Apart from the location I did not find anything good in that hotel. The rooms were small compared to the price you pay per room. The management must think to replace the air conditioners as well. It was so hard to maintain the temperature. And the Lighting in the hallway! Oh man could you please use better lights? We literally had to use flashlight to properly see the room numbers!

And if you are looking forward to enjoy breakfast with coffee, be prepared to get frustrated because coffee machine would not work most of the time! After 2-3 servings it would go off! And not a pleasant breakfast to have, apart from the view the food was not worth rating.

We spend a lot of $$$ and service was not at all worth it.
Would NOT recommend this hotel!

This is a very good place. Beware of the bed footers sticking out to grab your toes. Also, the shower is great but is slick and has no hand holds.

Comfortable and good continental breakfast. Friendly staff. A bit far out of Montreal but you can drive to the Metro and get to the city from there. Cost us 9 dollars to park car for the day but if you are early it's free if you can find a space.

Everything was just fine! One tiny thing, though: the AC installed next to your head. It's not a smart move! It's a headache guaranteed, in the morning.

Nous avons été faire l’expérience des bains durant un bloc de 4h. Premièrement, beaucoup trop de monde pour la capacité de l’endroit. Les gens parlent fort, boivent de l’alcool et des nachos un peu partout et laisse trainer leur vaisselle. C’est aucunement relaxant et beaucoup trop stimulant comme endroit pour un spa. Les gens parlent au téléphone, se prennent en photo et font des vidéos sans respecter les autres. Pu jamais j’irais là-bas

I wish i could leave them 6 stars! Amazing service, always smiling staff, tons of different sauna rooms and meditation experiences. I love this place and it's one my motivations to drive from toronto to montreal once in a while. A great place to get relaxed and disconnect.

The hotel was very nice, and the staff were polite, helpful and courteous. There rooms were nice as well, but they had closed the AC for autumn/winter. So it has hotter than I would have like. The only option has to open a window.
The bed had too hard and I did not sleep well, ended up tossing. Which I never do at home.
The continental breakfast was decent, but with a few major no no's. The coffee machine was out of order. We had to bring coffees from our room (our room was equipped with a Keurig style machine).
The yogurt dispenser was empty both mornings we stayed there. There was no sliced bread. They did have bagels, and mini croissants though. Muffins, instant oatmeal, other pastries, cold cereal with milk. And 3 kinds of juice.
The best part of staying at the hotel was the complimentary, all day spa access. With free bathrobe and towel. And you can replace them at will (when wet).

Mediocre hotel, Room was very stuffy, air conditioning extremely noisy keep us awake. No towel change nor room made up in morning. No dresser to put close away. Breakfast had expired boil eggs.

Belle expérience, bon service à la clientèle, les gens à l'accueil prennent vraiment le temps de t'expliquer comment ça marche. Moi c'était la première fois à vie au spa et j'ai vraiment adoré mon temps ici

Belle endroit! Super satisfaite de la chambre d’hôtel, le déjeuner continentale inclus est très bien, le spa est merveilleux, seul côté déplaisant, beaucoup de gens parlent dans les stations du spa, le soir encore plus, lundi matin c’était bien, plus calme, la clientèle est jeune en majorité alors beaucoup de téléphone cellulaire présent, malgré le règlement beaucoup de photos et vidéos sont prise dans les stations, ce que j’ai trouvé un peu décevant, il manque un peu de surveillance dans les stations pour aviser les gens de garder la voix basse et pas prendre de photos, cependant c’était très bien comme spa, je recommande!

If I could give 0/5 I would. Do not stay at the hotel ever ever ever. The pictures are misleading. I was told we were getting a suite with king bed and rain shower with tub, instead got a tiny room with a queen bed, tiny shower and bathroom. And let’s not forget the two giant garbage bins and staff smoking and coughing by our window. I had even specifically asked if we were getting a nice room with the large shower. You can barely fit one person in this shower. Don’t bother calling because they will lie to you evidently. Just go to the spa and sleep in your own bed.

My key was taken and my purse was stolen. Staff told me they could not Check the cameras for me and that they are not responsible

La suite boréale tres decus on dort carrement avec une aire clim dans le lit si tu la ferme ben ta super chaud et tu attend une mouche voler a exterrieur a cotter party jusqua 3h am et a 5h 9n attend un nid oiseau dans trou de air clim on ses reveiller avec un mal de cou a eviter payer 500$, jme suis plaint a receptioniste et on ma juste dit dsl

Chambre mal propre, toilette, ventilateur de salle de bain plein de poussière et ac encore pire que celui de la.salle de bain, grosse tache jaune des le plafond de la.salle de bain.

Let me start off by the spa, it was a great experience, the selection of saunas are great.the pools were very nice and cozy.massage was decent but nothing more than that.as for the hotel, i really dont recommend staying in the hotels.they seem nice on the site because they only post 1 single photo and inside they are poorly made.my room wasnt even clean i had spiders with babies in the corner.the bathroom in the room is terrible and extremely gross.which is why there is no picture of it on the site.theres a out dated A/C in the room that is extremely loud and unpleasant to sleep with and it turns on and off every 5-7 minutes with noisy rattles.the pillows they offer are super cheap and awful to sleep with and as for the hotel staff, they are not the greatest and sincere at the hotel, because the rooms are poorly made the walls are super thin you can hear everything and anything.i had 2 staff members knock on my door telling me my tv was too loud i had one staff enter my room so i could show the volume of my tv which was at 15% and they were yelling at me to lower it even more.i paid 550$ for the entire experience and i wish i wouldve went somewhere else.i would never sleep there ever again or recommend it to anyone i know.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel et clairement ce n'est pas à la hauteur du spa. Vue sur un mur en brique, bain à 1m du lit, salle de bain microscopique avec une douche parapluie aussi petite, couvertures rugueuses et inconfortables, etc.ce n'est définitivement pas ce à quoi on s'attend du spa finlandais. Nous avions l'impression d'être dans un motel et au prix que la chambre coûte (300$ pour un mur de brique), c'est encore plus décevant. Le déjeuner continental était fait de café, bananes vertes et quelques choix de viennoiseries.bref rien qui justifierait finalement le prix de la chambre.
Notre constation est que notre chambre était définitivement minable comparé à tous le reste de la bâtisse

I have been many times to this spa years ago. So many things changed since then, but not for the best! The only great thing is the variety of saunas and pool.with covid restrictions, I was shocked to see the amount of people inside, It was pretty packed.
They Charged me 14$ for a towel and a robe and a water … when the entrance is already 60$. I never been to a spa that does this.
The food is horrible, cold, and saggy. No warm meals available (no actual restaurant) and very overpriced (16$ for a cesar salad that I couldnt eat).
The female changing rooms were dirty, no shampoo or hair conditioner or any cream available, just one soap wich who knows if is body wash or shampoo. No bags for wet bathing suits, I had to carry my bathing suit in my hands when leaving the spa. Also, There is no cotton pads or q tips like other spas provide.

Positif: d'une propreté exemplaire, bien situé, à deux minutes d'un accès à l'eau (idéal pour le paddleboard)

Négatif: chambre au décor douteux, à mi-chemin entre un décor moderne et un motel à l'heure des années 70. Beaucoup trop cher pour ce qui est offert. 277$ mal investi. Prendre les chambres les moins chers est sûrement un meilleur choix. Petit-déjeuner offert trop tard pour les lève-tôt. L'hôtel n'est pas situé du même côté du boulevard que le spa. Donc si vous comptez faire les deux, ce n'est définitivement pas gagnant. La location de la chambre ne donnait pas de rabais sur l'accès au spa.

Pour aller au spa faut traverser le boulevard. Il n'y a pas de passage piéton ou de passerelle alors, on oublie vite la dédente du massage où d'un bain quand faut essayer de pas se faire frapper. En plus, la réception nous à pas prévenu d'un party qui nous a tenue reveillé jusqu'a minuit avec de la musique de rave dans tapis bref! Chambre super belle, ambiance bonne et pour cela que je donne 3 étoile comme l'indique vôtre hôtel.

Surpeuplé en période de covid.
Aucun personnel affecté pour assurer la désinfection des chaises, chaises longues etc

Grande déception!

Aucun membre du personnel ne dit pareil ce qui rend le séjour très frustrant.
Les mêmes problèmes rencontrés pendant nos deux séjours: système de son non-fonctionnel, frigo qui gèlent nos aliments, problèmes avec les lumières et l'air climatisée.
Le bar d'à côté joue de la musique forte jusqu'à 3h le matin donc très difficile de trouver le sommeil.
Prix qui changent selon la journée et ne concordent pas aux prix affichés sur le site web.
À midi nous devons changé de chambre mais nous devons être pour midi au spa sinon nous devons repayer nos entrées, les membres du personnel ne peuvent rien faire.
C'est très mal géré.

Awful experience.called to reserve king bed and was recommended the view to the river and when I got there.got a queen bed and the river is hidden by the parking lot. They told us it was freshly renovated but furniture is old and looks nothing as advertised.

Très bien situé.
Bon déjeuner continental.
Très propre.
Seul inconvénient, l'air climatisé fait trop de bruit. Ça nous réveille pendant la nuit.
Les tables à l'extérieur n'étaient pas disponibles pour y prendre notre petits déjeuner.

L’endroit est superbe et très propre! Le personnel est agréable et vraiment courtois. Nous avons pris un séjour hotel-spa ainsi que des soins.

Nos massothérapeutres Mathieu et Frederic ont été impeccable. Merci encore! ️

Puis mon esthéticienne Léa a dépassé toutes mes attentes pour mon premier facial. Elle est vraiment douce, attentionnée, compétente et agréable. Je la recommande chaleureusement! Merci Léa! ️ Xoxo

Second time spending the night and it was great.the room was clean and quiet with a nice view of the pool and river. They also still had included breakfast which is a major plus.

Although if you are looking for an actual deep tissue massage don’t waist your money as you will only get “forearms”.

Worst experience ever. I came to my appointment there was no female message therapist as it was requested. I asked the lady in the reception if she can find a solution she refused to help and said there is nothing she can do for me after I paid in advance 175$. She told me to go take a bath outside in the pools, I replied to her I am not going to 'take a 175$ bath' she said there was nothing else she can do and that there was no refund. That girl was really rude and not willing to help at all. I requested to speak to the supervisor, she was nice and tried to find a solution for me, she still took me to the waiting room realising after that there was no therapist at all. They made a mistake in the appointments. Finally she was able to find me a therapist for 2 hours later and offered me a 20% discount. When I came to get my discount at the end of the day she applied only 15% saying that her boss only approved 15%. Besides the supervisor that tried to help, the service was really bad and the massage was even worst. For a service that expensive I would expect a minimum of service and curtesy. Customers do not deserve to be spoken with a condescending tone. Again the supervisor did everything she could to help she was really nice, but excepting her, the rest of the staff was really bad and I the management is as well if they can't even settle for a commercial gesture. I should have a refund for all of this mess, had more stress than relaxation in this spa.

The spa is really nice but for the price I was expecting a towel and a robe to be included. There was so many people so it was hard to find a nice spot in the pool (it’s not a big space) The massage therapist was super nice but I didn’t feel relaxed after it, for 350$ for 2 people I would expect to feel relaxed. The experience was ok but I wouldn’t go back there are nicer spas that are much bigger and cheaper.

Way too many people admitted on their premises. The spa areas are all swarming with people and when the baths are "at capacity" access is then restricted. But even "at capacity" it is nearly impossible to maintain 2m, and with people not required to wear masks in the baths, it greatly affects your ability to feel at ease and relaxed. So it is very diffcult to even access the baths and when you do, Covid rules are often not respected. They should really put a greater limit on the cleints they allow on their premises.

SPA ONLY

With Covid I would not go to the SPA. It is over capacity and everywhere you go there is a sign saying full capacity and you need to wait to go in ever access. Due to limited amounts of people in each sauna you often have to wait because the limit was 6 or 8 or 2 people at a time.

The other thing I have never seen at a spa is charging for towels! Usually that it included.

Otherwise everything else is fine.

Last stay someone had been smoking cigarettes INSIDE the room or the hallway as it was potent. As well as the wifi being too slow to complete a FaceTime call smoothly, or even buffer a show on Netflix. When we mentioned this to the stay, they said "okay" did absolutely nothing.

Took my girlfriend for her birthday for two night and reflexology and massage. We had the suite KEY WEST.
Let's start with the spa.
We Haven't felt relaxed like that in a long time. Still feel relax after 4 days. Very strong and on point. Good service in beautiful atmosphere. Did not want it to stop. Only thing better would have had it in our room and sleep right away after.
The Room.
Love the decor. Very well thought out. You can choose the led lighting to mimic the sun coming throughout the boards. Love the Bluetooth. We put 8 hours Playlists of tropical noise in day and thunder storms at night to feel more like Vacation plus it helps cute outside sounds.
The full rain and waterfall shower is amazing. Didn't want to leave.
Only warning i have to give is, Key West is next to staircase and a door so in morning when you want to sleep in its not the best but that is a personal choice. I would like it back after we tried the other ones.
To finish, because of the covid situation, they do not clean rooms when its occupied which i totally understand. They have quick breakfast and since the pools, saunas and everything public is closed well THEY HAVE VERY GOOD PROMOTIONS TO CONSIDER. I greatly recommend this place.

Tres cher pour un jeu de lumière qui ne sons que rouge une douche sans lumière un bain et pas de spa. Nous avons reserver a lavance et il non pas voulue nous rembourser la chambre meme si le spa est fermer (covid) on avais la paramont elle est 400 la nuit tres décevant. Nous devion payer 75% de la chambre si nous ne nous presentons pas. Un motel aurais ete mieu coter! Heureusement que nous navons pas besoin de grand chose pour etre heureux et avoir du plaisir.

En temps de Covid on s'attend a ce que les institutions prennent les mesures nécessaires pour assurer la santé de ses clients. Non seulement le spa était probablement à capacité maximale, les vestiaires étaient plein, nous étions collés les unes sur les autres. Les gens prenaient des selfies dans les bains, criaient, prenaient des appels dans les saunas. Personne n'était la pour assurer la sécurité et encore moins la tranquillité. Cette expérience n'était pas du tout relaxante sans parler du prix nettement plus élevé que la moyenne en plus de devoir payer pour des serviettes et peignoirs. Je ne retournerais plus a ce spa et je ne le recommande pas. Le 2 étoiles est seulement parce que ma massothérapeute était assez bonne.

I'm going to start my review with the spa. Simply amazing! Baths, saunas, steaming rooms, bistro, everything about this place is pure love for healthy rejuvenation for your body. Service, modern design, ambience, freshly clean towels and bathrobs provided. Overall quality. 100% recommended. Hotel cross the street not what I expected. Room very small for the price I paid. Even though conveniently located I still think the price should be lover considering the fact of current situation.
