Hôtel Le Manoir

Je ne comprends pas les avis sur les chambres. La nôtre était très bien, pas vieillot. Le chauffage/air climatisé fonctionnait très bien. Bel emplacement. Déjeuner simple mais bon.
J'ai bien aimé l'endroit.

Une véritable pépite. Qualité des chambres, emplacement bien adapté, superbe vue.après la déception de certains hôtels traditionnels le long du St Laurent (notamment le Tadoussac), cet hôtel relève le défi de l'authenticité, de la déco sobre et des équipements et chambres rénovées. Bref, une agréable de ouverte.si vous prenez le traversier a Baie Comeau vers Matane, n'hésitez pas à séjourner ici.

We were really looking forward to this stay. However, upon entering our room, we noticed that the beds did not seem to be made well but didn’t think much of it. After just dropping off our luggage, we ventured out into town for dinner etc. Upon returning, my niece being in the washroom noticed that the towels on the rack had something on them. Upon closer inspection it turned out that all the towels on the rack were filthy & stained with things I don’t really want to detail. We went to the counter & the lovely lady at the front desk did try & address the issue. She mentioned that they were having issues with some cleaning employees. Upon reaching out to management, she offered a replacement room. Instead of a 2 bed room, we were given a studio with one king bed & a sofa bed. This was fine but there were absolutely no linens or pillows for the sofa bed. However, the friendly attendant did her best to provide & we managed for the night. We also attempted to have drinks & a bite at the Bistro in the hotel however we changed our minds when clearly the 6 waitresses that were there preferred to ignore us and just continue to chat amongst themselves the entire 20 minutes of us waiting at the table. The worst thing was that we were the only clients in the bistro at the time. This hotel has so much potential. Although being quite dated and in need of some serious TLC & renovations, it is beautiful located & possesses a castle like look & feel. I truly hope they address the issues.

J’ai réservé une chambre il y a plus d’un semaine vue sur le fleuve …. Quand je suis en route pour venir ici on m’appelle pour me dire que ma chambre a un bris! Alors ils nous transfère dans une chambre vue sur le parking. Faire 800 km et me faire changé comme ça sans aucun dédommagement, très déçu
La terrasse est superbe, le bord de l’eau et la vue magnifique, Mais pas de notre chambre

Accueil chaleureux, services impeccables, chambre confortable, spacieuse avec vue sur la mer.
Salle à dîner et terrasse, repas excellents (nous y avons soupé et petit-déjeuné.
Hôtel à proximité du vieux Baie-Comeau.

Chambres propres, belle vue et très bon restaurant (nous y avons pris le déjeuner et le souper). Si l'occasion se présente, j'aimerais certainement y retourner.

4 étoiles plutôt que 5 pour le service en raison de l'attitude de quelques employées à l'accueil.

Had dinner here when staying overnight in Baie Commeau. Lovely food, beautiful restaurant overlooking the bay. Friendly and helpful staff. Well worth a visit.

Bel hôtel, lits super confortable, bon restaurant et même un gym. Parcontre, odeur bizarre dans le corridor et la chambre, un peu d'aération et c'était bon pour la chambre. On a une belle vue sur l'eau pour les chambre côté bord de l'eau.

Très bel endroit. En saison une belle terrasse avec vue sur le fleuve. On peut y déguster un repas ou une consommation.

All night long, noise was emitted from the ventilation, some kind of clock was ticking, knocking. We woke up at 6: 30 am and couldn't sleep anymore. Well, as we arrived for one night. That immigrants and especially do not speak French. We decided to drop it

Très belle hotel situé à Baie-Comeau. Les chambres sont propres est le servise est très bon. La vue sur la terrase du resto est merveilleuse. Pas grand resto peuvent dire d'avoir une vue similaire

Pricey for what you get. Food was just ok. Grounds are not maintained at all. Stay on the deck. Would not book again.

Nourriture excellente selon moi meilleur entré que j’ai jamais mangé et une autre dame dans la salle a dit avoir mangé les meilleurs crevettes de sa vie

Toujours un plaisir de s'y retrouver. Magnifique endroit pour contempler un si bel endroit de la Côte Nord

We were a group of 8 snowmobiles and booked four rooms to be arriving on snowmobiles for the evening of March 13th and 15th.
Upon arrival at the end of the trail there was no access to the hotel for our snowmobiles. It would have been 2 km.of dry pavement and the snowmobiles would have overheated.
We called reception to advise that we could not get to the hotel so we cancelled that reservation and the Wednesday evening one.
We were told we would not receive a refund for the Monday evening. Our feeling is that we should have been advised by the hotel that arrival by snowmobile was not possible and we feel it is very unfair that we were not refunded our Monday evenings accommodation. The Quebec trail association should be made aware when access is not possible and your evening guests should be advised as well!
This would be a good business practice and it would go a long way to having happy future customers.
We would have loved to stay at your hotel!
