HOTEL MANOIR D'AUTEUIL

3 nuitées au Manoir d’Auteuil. Un lieu magnifique ou j’ai été traitée comme une reine. J’y reviendrai c’est certain!

I had the privilege of spending a week at Manoir D'Auteuil in October. A charming hotel in the Old City it was perfect in its location. The staff were wonderfully helpful with everything and the breakfasts were so good we decided to eat-in. Thank you for making our holiday special.

Staying here was a great choice for our first trip to Quebec.within walking distance of everything you need and want to see. The employees were all very helpful. Soa helped us in so many ways from yummy spots to get food to any little question we had

Excellent in every respect, especially the front desk staff, who were very, courteous and helpful in every aspect of our stay. Unfortunately I do not remember all the names of the staff that helped us, Sou, Roque, Andrea stand out. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.

EXCELLENT, le meilleur hôtel et le meilleur service! Vraiment impressionné par la qualité du service et le personnel est excessivement sympathique. Très bon petit déjeuner, confort remarquable. Super aussi pour y tenir des réunions avec service de collation et traîteur pour le midi permettant ainsi de tenir des réunions d'affaires durant toute la journée.

Très bien comme hotel, proche du centre ville et bien servi par le personnel. Il est silencieux et internet est rapide et stable.
J'y retournerais.

Nous y retournerons assurément, parfait pour un séjour en amoureux. Le personnel est accueillant et dévoué pour agrémenter positivement l’expérience. La chambre est chaleureuse et confortable. Le petit restaurant est très beau (décor chic et chaleureux). Nous avons grandement apprécié l’accessibilité à ce lieux a toute heure de la journée.

Every member of the team we spoke with was extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. It is a beautiful building, perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Great first stop on our honeymoon!

Wonderful boutique hotel in a historic house. Nancy was the first to greet us and she was so pleasant, welcoming and helpful. The patio was such a nice place to take a break and recharge. As a whole would recommend this hotel to others. There are no elevators but rooms on the lower level if mobility issues are a concern. However the staff are extremely helpful if you need help getting anything to/from your room. This wasn't an issue for us this trip but would've been in other times and thinking about some friends it would've been more challenging. The uniqueness of the hotel, and keeping so much of the heritage of the building within the rooms is worth it, especially when so many buildings are getting gutted or torn down to be modernized.

EDIT: In original review, mentioned that the prices changed from reservations to arrival. This turned out to not be the case. There was a misunderstanding at check-in on my part and the original hold (not charge) on credit card was higher than expected based on reservations. The final invoice matched up with original reservations.

We had a wonderful three night stay in one of the Superior rooms at the Manoir D'auteuil. The room was much larger than we expected, and had all the amenities one might expect. The staff at the Manoir were exceedingly helpful, informative and warmly welcoming. We would happily return for another stay.

Loved this place especially since we upgraded to room 56 rather than walk up to the 4th floor. The staff is extremely helpful and made dinner reservations for us for our three night stay. I would definitely stay here again.

It was my first time to Quebec city and to stay with these people and there hotel staff were absolutely amazing. They were very pleasant they were very helpful the rooms were to die for and the cleanliness of the hotel should be rated 5 stars in my mind not 4.7. I felt so special and we were taken care of like king and queen. Thank you so much Linda and staff looking for our return at Christmas Kenny&Rhonda

Perfectly located in the heart of the old city. Its a bargain find due to no elevator so you paying less (not for the unfit). Definitely will stay here again if ever I visit the old city

Cute little hotel at very good location, walking distance to everything in Quebec city. Clean spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.love the idea of served hot breakfast with a human touch rather than the regular laid out buffet.

This charming hotel is conveniently located to everything, including the main gates to the Old City, and a nearby parking garage. The hotel was surprisingly quieter (in a good way!) than many mainstream chain hotels. The room was well appointed and had lots of character.

The staff (shoutout to Luigi) who went out of their way to greet us, and even set up two macarons in the room prior to our check in when they learned we were celebrating my birthday.

I appreciated that they had umbrellas available during a very rainy stay in Quebec City. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea. We didn’t purchase the breakfast package but we heard great things about the continental breakfast they serve. Drinks are available for purchase at the on-site bar. Restaurants are within walking distance.

The only (minor) point of feedback was that the sink was a bit slow to drain. The hotel was up front in emailing that they don’t have an elevator because it’s a historic building. No elevator but wasn’t a dealbreaker - it added charm!

We would not hesitate to stay at the Manoir D’Auteuil when again in Quebec City.

This is a terrific boutique inn located within Old Quebec City close to the St. John Gate. The boutique hotel is located across from a very nice park and an easy walk to all paces to visit and outstanding restaurants (2 blocks). The entire staff is outstanding! Friendly, caring, and very engaging with guests. All speak multiple languages. Their recommendations were always on the mark. The breakfast provided is extremely high quality and served in a welcoming dining setting (we would recommend getting the breakfast included, you will certainly not need an early lunch. The rooms are very well appointed and linens top end. The hotel has a small bar to relax before venturing out or an end of day cocktail. We would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back!

Great little boutique hotel. It rained heavily during my stay. The hotel offer us umbrella as a courtesy. Wow that is nice! Great location, close to many locations.
