Hôtel Manoir Victoria

Perfect location but not very accessible if you have special needs, such as wheelchair or bad needs, because you have to use the stairs to get to the lobby. Otherwise, great place to stay.

The good: - This hotel is within 20 mins walking distance from the cruise port. The location is optimal for Rue Saint Jean and its many street cafes as well as about a 15 walk to Chateau Frontenac and the lovely waterfront boardwalk.
Room was lovely and quiet with comfortable beds and good AC and had a small fridge and Keurig coffee machine but no kettle. There is a breakfast room where you can pay $26 for a good breakfast and the hotel is connected to a Nordic style restaurant. There is also a little boutique cafe called Boulay with gifts and fancy little cakes attached to the entrance of the hotel. However we got lovely coffee and delicious fresh pastries and muffins from the local Cafe Smith chain round the corner.
The bad: - There is no bar in the hotel and getting up to the lobby requires mounting a huge set of stairs- so probably a case of paying the busboy. I can imagine depending on room location that you could be disturbed a little by music and evening crowd noise from the surrounding area but our room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet.

Bad reception, feels like coming to jail.and not hotel.
Front desk barely speaks English.
No parking available (even paid) for pickup trucks.
No elevator on the entry except employee's. Long stairs to climb upon arrival to the room.
Doest even offer a free water bottle in the room.
Had to beg someone to get our bags up to the room. Finally, they approved. After 30 minutes, I still jad to go down myself to get them.

Très bien situé dans le vieux Québec.
Le service et la courtoisie super, le seule problème nous avions fait une réservation pour quatre une fois arrivé d'ans la chambre il y avait trois chaises deux verres à vin un ensemble à savon, gel douche shampoing.etc et pour le prix payé c'était un peu ordinaire comme chambre.

Beautiful hotel and lovely service. Be mindful that you must walk up a large flight of stairs at the entrance. They will assist with luggage, though. I found out later that they have a lift in the garage entrance. We also had to walk up additional stairs to get to our room. It made it difficult to manage luggage with mobility issues.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are friendly and the location is incredible, there is so much nearby but, I'm not sure it's worth the price.

Since we were only there for 2 nights they did not come by for housekeeping, but you could ask for replenishments of certain things. The room was decent in size but had quite a small bathroom, no kettle (only a keurig machine with awful coffee/tea and only powdered milk) and no mini-bar. There was a fridge, but for 4 stars I would expect more.

The hotel has a restaurant that is part of it, we didn't go but it did look very nice. There is a gym and pool but both are very, very small. There's no bar and no room service. I assume that room service was removed because of COVID but I think it could be safely reinstated. Last thing I want to mention is the TV. There was a nice sized TV in the room but it had very few channels and you couldn't connect netflix or anything. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel but it's nice to watch some TV before bed.

Nous avons eu une réunion à cet endroit et j'ai adoré le repas qui était simplement merveilleux. Pour ce qui est de la chambre, les fenêtres ne sont pas les plus insonorisées pour une rue aussi achalandé (St-Jean) mais autant le matelas que les oreillers étaient douillets à souhait. Je recommande.

The room was okay. But the maid service is non existing if you stay for only 3 days. I only wish they told you that. But the location is great for restaurants and drinks.

C'est bien, mais pour le pour le prix, je dois mentionner que la qualité n'est pas nécessairement au rendez-vous.
Je suis désolé de donner ce résultat. Quand j'ai réservé cet Hôtel, je croyais à une qualité de résidence.
Ce ne fût pas le cas.
Bref, nous somme déçu de notre séjour.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. We were there for four nights. The rooms were big enough for two. There was a variety of food for breakfast. There is a pool which we used three out of the four nights and a sauna, which was perfect. We used to gym every day which had all the things you could need. Our check-in was very easy. The doorman Alexi gave us ideas for things to do while we stayed. There is a garage parking for $10 a day next door which we used since we did not need to use our car during the stay. I strongly recommend having ice machine on each floor. Having to go down to the basement every time we needed ice was super inconvenient especially when you’re staying for multiple days and when elevators are busy when the hotel is full. Also having a restroom open when the gym is open would also be great, having to take the elevator to use the lobby restroom or coming up to our room is super inconvenient. Please keep a restroom open outside pool hours. Other than that we had a great stay at the hotel.

The place is great but the hotels should, include security fees. And made to return those fees. No protection for scams. As i just learned from another hotel in Ontario. Its against the law, for them to charge an security fee. A corrupt province, and wont return.

Nous sommes très déçu car n’avons pas été prévenu qu’il n’y avait pas de petit déjeuner. Le service laverie était fermé car le monsieur était en vacances.
Il fallait lire les conditions à la fin du mail de confirmation reçu 2 jours avant notre arrivée pour savoir que le ménage ne serait pas fait du séjour « du à la crise sanitaire ». Aucunes excuses de la part du personnel pour ses désagréments d’un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le prix de la nuit restant inchangé.

Un manoir vraiment imposant situé en plein centre de la ville de Québec. On pourrait presque voir les fantômes du temps y passer. Très grandes chambres et personnel au petit soin.

Stayed there with my family for 3 nights. Friendly Staff, nice location (right in the middle old Quebec city). Check in / Check out was smooth. Swimming pool was well equipped with a life guard on site. The room size was a bit smaller than we thought. Also, they did not provide room cleaning service since we only stayed for 3 nights. Upon request, they did replenish the room instead. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay for us.

We had a great stay and the hotel is located in the heart of Old Quebec. Everything is walking distance from the hotel which is ideal. Keep in mind the hotel has no elevator so you'll need to walk up stairs to get to the front desk and to the hotel elevators to your room. Also, I would recommend checking in before late evening like maybe before 8 or 9. We arrived at the hotel passed 10pm and we had to bring our luggage up. There were no porters to help us as they all went home. Four stars for service, because the front desk seems to want to rush service in helping you. Kinda like they don't want to be bothered. However, I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I plan to return to Quebec.

Excellente location, l'hôtel est très propre. La piscine est pas très grande. L'accessibilité est difficile si on a des jeunes enfants car pour entrer dans l'hôtel il y a 30 marches sans ascenseur.

Had a good 5 night stay at Manoir Victoria. Room worked well and except for minor A/C noise it was quiet and comfortable. Staff at desk were friendly but our interactions were limited. Location is excellent.

4.5 stars for hotel Manoir Victoria. Good location, helpful staff, decent WiFi and nice rooms with some exceptions: the pillows were all too high and slighly lumpy, and there was no kettle or tea in the room, just a coffee-machine like thing. Good AC.

Bel établissement en plein centre de Québec avec parking de l'hôtel Dieu (9 étages) à 100 mètres!
100 mètres aussi de la rue St Jean.
À pratiquer sans hésitation.

Only stayed one night but this was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern. Right near all the main streets and attractions of the city. You can walk from your place to anything you would want. Carl made our stay even better with being very helpful! A great porter to have.

Was here two nights and was impressed with the staff, because of personal shortages room was not "cleaned" but it was not a problem for us, close to all the old city attractions walked for miles looking at things after a 2cour bus tour.

Nice hotel with good size rooms and a really great location in old Quebec City. Staff is very friendly.
