Belle expérience, grande chambre, propre, grande douche. Borne de recharge de niveau 3 de 50kWh juste l’autre coté de la rue

Overall, I love the hotel, the staff are friendly I guess as I dealt with them only at the check in and check out.
The service is okay for me since I have used the restaurant because of the availability of HALAL menu.
The rooms need improvement, they must add fridges, and they need a regular cleaning and lingerie change.

Enjoyed all the facilities they offered! And the staff are welcoming and friendly. Wish we were on a higher floor for better view, but next time when we visit again. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

I give 2 stars for the service, because the receptionist (a woman) is unfriendly. She works during the day even with the children she was unfriendly.otherwise all services Note 100

First, I found it to be expensive for the room quality. The beds were not comfortable, the shower was half broken, the choice of coffee in the room is awful (Keurig K Cups) with no half and half, the room location was bad, overlooking a long roof with plenty of aluminum vents, room 211. The parking lot is a bit of a walk away from the main door, although generous in size, it is cumbersome with a kid and luggage bags. Biggest frustrations, for a $201 bill a night in a rural area, breakfast is not included, rather "available" for you to purchase. There are two Espagne bottles in the room with a tag that describes where the water came from, a lengthy message, so we drank the water only to be slapped with an additional $2 per bottle. At checkout, they keep an amount owing on your credit card for up to 10 days till they find a problem with the room for which you will pay, for someone from out of that region, how am I to acknowledge that it is done in good faith when they inspect and charge. Overall, I hated my experience and I would never consider that place again, truly disappointed.

Great location, close to a variety of restaurants. The pool is in renovations but the overall value for cost is pretty good.

Accueil très courtois et efficace à la réception. Le souci de bien faire les choses est palpable. Chambre propre et bien aménagée. Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et terrasse au bar vraiment bien pour relaxer en fin pm!

La chambre était parfaite magnifique, grande et pratique, le restaurant offre des options délicieuses et une superbe terrasse. (Négatif: piscine et bain norvégien fermés, pas de service aux chambres, pas de service de ménage de la chambre durant le séjour. MAIS ce n'est pas la responsabilité de l'hôtel et davantage causé par le covid)

Excellent séjour. J'ai adoré la déco de la chambre. Tout était super propre et le concept était parfait. Les employés étaient accueillants. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here! Stayed in the renovated deluxe section for 4 nights. I liked the bed that’s where the 1 star comes from. Outside of that everything was awful. I don’t understand why staff (janitors and electricians) just decide to unlock the door and walk right in. (Without any permissions) I get it I had no power in my room doesn’t mean you walk right in when I’m in the middle of showering. Also why the cleaning have access to rooms and decide to come in without permission? !? The staff were unprofessional and extremely rude not to mention constantly begging for money! I get it the city is struggling and times are tough. But I’m staying here it’s a 4 star hotel “supposedly” professionalism and hospitality should be a priority. Btw the hotel phone did not work as there was a power outage so you’ll have to call them through your phone and wait hours to access front desk it’s better to just go down and talk to them and they will not care about you even if you ask. Never once asked me how is my stay. This hotel will charge you for everything! I’m a photographer and filmmaker and I come often for business charging my gear is an essential thing for me and having some space for edits on my laptop is important. Power outage for the night is going to affect me severely I was not able to get anything done not even charge my gear for the next day of shoot. They will charge you for everything. There is no fridge or freezer and no microwave the microwave is $15 a night (in case you eat special food due a health condition good luck) also the microwave is really bad and not even worth $15 to buy it outright. The hotel will charge $20 for each hour of late checkout on top of the $200 a night of absolutely no power. Yes the hotel had no power where zero accommodation or help was offered. Staff rudely says so is everyone in the hotel is having the same problem you’re not the only one. The hotel is empty and bar/restaurant is closed almsot every night everything is closed clearly because your service sucks. I will make sure I will do good for publicity in my videos as I have had better experiences in every other hotel in the city and definitely not this one!

Super clean rooms and amenities at a price you can find nowhere around the area. The bar was very nice, Service was friendly and the breakfast very good

Room and tub were dirty. Bed was terrible. We left a day early and still paid full price, came home early it was that bad. Just sleep in your car and save the money, you ll get a better rest

Le restaurant a une superbe terrasse, belle ambiance, menu excellent et varié. Definitivement à adopter.

I cannot believe the people in the review section praising this hotel for the open bathroom concept.

This is the first time I've ever went to a hotel where there is a big see through window between the room and the washroom. Absolute deal breaker.

If you even have slight decency and call yourself a human, id avoid this place like a plague.

A Bit overpriced. Very average rooms with No fridge or minibar.free k-cuos coffee, but you have to pay $1.75 for the water necessary to fill it.
Soap and shampoo come in pump dispensers fastened to the wall, which I hate. After 11pm they lock the backdoor and you have to walk around the entire building to enter through the front door, but the only parking is in the back. This was aggravating to say the least, considering I had a room key that should have unlocked the door.
The hotel was very clean and the restaurant was very nice.

Stopped here for the night. There is a gas station very close to the hotel for drinks and snacks. Lots of restaurants around as well. Loved the super modern design of the room. The mirror lights up, there is a beautiful shower incased by glass that is right in the room. (Not your traditional bathroom) there are lights that change colour. Over all loved this place and the price was very cheap considering other hotels were asking over $200 for a Friday night. The staff was super nice. I highly recommend this place and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay there again.

Probably the best hotel in the area. They've done a decent job making it look nice and modern given the surrounding area. The breakfast was good and decent value for a hotel (usually crazy prices for basic things). I wish the coffee was better though.

The only thing odd (but maybe I should have expected it) was that in the morning, I noticed that 99% of the clients were white middle aged men, likely on business trips. Guess it's the businesses and companies in the area.

Last time I visited this hotel it was under renovation. What a beautiful woman transformation. My room was lovely. The hotel restaurant was the only issue I had, the service in the morning was horrible and when I attempted to eat there the next evening I was denied as they had an event. Hey buddy since when do paying guests become second fiddle?

À l'occasion d'un mariage qui avait lieu à l'hôtel, nous avons eu des problèmes avec nos réservations faites depuis plusieurs mois et confirmée 4 jours avant l'événement. Nous avions demandé 2 chambres avec 2 lits doubles, une à côté de l'autre pour faciliter la garde de nos petits-enfants. On nous a installé sur deux étages différents. J'ai alors demandé à être changé d'étage en précisant que nous avions notre petit-fils avec nous. Arrivés à la chambre, nous avons constaté qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul lit, impossible de dormir 3 dans la chambre. Pas le temps de retourner pour un autre changement, c'était l'heure de la cérémonie. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, je suis étonnée de leur manque d'organisation et de professionnalisme. Seule réponse reçue aux commentaires transmis, nous sommes désolés.

Le restaurant de l'hôtel offre des déjeuners médiocre. Il y a énormément de tapis partout dans l'hôtel et les chambre et je déteste ça.

We stayed there for 6 days for a family reunion. Hotel is super clean, spacious and cozy. Nice restaurant bar.
Hotel is in a walking distance from restaurants.

Endroit idéal pour organiser un congrès ou un gala d'environs 1000 personnes. La salle est facile d'accès et le personnel est courtois.

Service impeccable. Hôtel très confortable. Chambres tendances dans la nouvelle partie. C’est toujours agréable de séjourner à cet hôtel.

This place was very clean.
Staff was nice and helpful.

The lamb was juicy and excellent. Usually when I go to hotels, I avoid their restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised.

Nice hotel, staff is friendly and seems like a fancy place. But we are here for just under a month and there is no means to cook for ourselves. The resturaunt is pretty expensive $30+ a meal and no complimentary breakfast.

This place was awesome, and given ideal conditions, could've earned 5 stars. This is a 5/5 star hotel if you're a business-person staying in the hotel from 9pm to 6am. We would stay there again.

The exceptional:
The service. I can't emphasize this enough. We speak English, and the front-desk staff spoke 'wicked good' English and French. They exceeded every expectation. The cleaning staff had our room spotless, continually refreshing towels and toiletries as needed. I loved it.
The build is brand new, and is really cool. 5/5. We even splurged and got the hot tub room and loved every minute of it.

The lacking:
There are conferences everywhere. After all, it is a business-oriented hotel. This takes up all the parking spots, the hallways, and is noisy until they all go away around 8-9pm. They were building a new patio area and we could hear entire conversations from our room, along with construction equipment, trains, trucks, highway traffic, and other noises throughout the day and night. I was disappointed with the noise from the hallways, people slamming doors left and right, and I couldn't sleep a solid night for any of the three nights we stayed there.

Again, if you're a business person used to all this and probably having a few drinks until 10pm, you'll be in heaven and sleep right through the issues, and given your busy schedule, won't even notice it.

BE CAUTIOUS! At the middle of the night someone tried to open my door. That was freaky! The weird thing is that he was able to unlock the door using his hotel key. Good thing is that I put the door chain before I went to bed. The door was not wide open. I talked to the guy.
I complainted to the hotel and I don't think they took very seriously the complaint. They know that the door was open at the middle of the night (of course it wasn't me) but they said they couldn't see anyone with their cameras.
I was expecting the hotel will take responsibility of this because it was the staff mistake by programming two keys for two different clients for the same room.they promise a refund but they never did.
NEVER AGAIN WILL BOOK FOR THIS HOTEL!

Clean and pretty and nice but lacks common conveniences despite appearances. Ice on 3rd & 5th floors, hot water-only shower despite appearances of precise temperature controls (ended up using pool/sauna shower with "variable temperature" but at least not 100% scalding as in our room), front desk lost track of our extending another night so we had to wait to get back into our room. Most things are for pay that I've been spoiled with free at 1,2, and 3 star motels like free coffee and hot water.

There was an incident involving my child and a staff member last weekend and the management handled the situation very poorly. It ruined our trip and my son is still getting over it. That is all I will say.

Avoid this hotel - I called to make a reservation tonight and as soon as I asked if she spoke English they hung up on me.

Très bon hôtel, j’y ai participé trois ans à, des colloques de l’AGPI. Vastes salles de conférences, bien organisé, belles chambres, bonne nourriture, bon prix, Tout y est!

J'y suis allé pour un conférence. Le service de traiteur est excellent et la salle de présentation modulaire était parfaite pour l'événement.

La bouffe excellente et les salles de réunions sont parfaite de la grande salle aux petites salle. Excellent team work

I just love this hotel, the new section is so fancy, right next to the highway.so close to amazings resturant, great restaurant in the hotel. Definitely my first choise on the south shore!

Je ne suis jamais allé dans les chambre, mais à en juger le lobby, le restaurant et les salles de conférence, j'ose croire que celles-ci valent le détour.

Sérieusement pas de frigidaire dans une chambre d'hôtel rendu en 2019 c'est vraiment être déconnecté. Au prix que sa coûte quasiment 200$ par nuit ne pas avoir de frigidaire dans une chambre faut se poser la question. J'ai visité des chambres de motels 80$ la nuit qui avait des frigidaires alors me semble que le prix que coûte un mini frigidaire celui ci serait payer assez facilement. Entk sa peut paraître chialer pour chialer mais etre ici pour 3-4 jours avec des lunchs pour sauver un peu d'argent bin bye bye lunch je peux pas le mettre nulle part.

Salles bien équipées pour les réunions. Endroit très accessible et bien situé géographiquement, au bord de la 20 et hors congestion.

Bel hôtel, facile d'accès, nouvelles chambres de luxe confortables mais qui devraient être la norme et non l'exception en 2019. Hôtel recommandé.
