Hotel-Motel Drummond

Jeunes couples qui avont louée avec des ami (es) 2 chambres dont une suites.
Nous sommes arrivés le soir et la personne a l'accueil était vraiment bêtes et autoritaire.
A la chambres nous avons etez déçus, manque flagrants de contrôle qualité pour la propreté, tres sales et climatiseur embourbé de saleté, moisissure et cache misère pour camoufler, moitié des luminaires sont à remplacé. Tellement de saleté que le climatiseur de la chambres de nos ami (es) ne démarrait pas.
Je n'es vue personne vérifié la propreté des chambres après le passage des employés pour le ménage. L'hôtel aurais besoins d'investissement, pourtant il charge très chère la suites, 250$ avec les taxes la nuitée. Tres déçus

Cet endroit est une vraie piquerie.

TV completement non fonctionnel.
Receptionniste douteuse à l'entrée.

Lieu idéal pour truckers en manque de.

Propreté de la chambre douteuse, j'ai laver le miroir moi même car il était sale depuis longtemps, pas de moustiquaire a la fenetre. Déjeuner correct, lavabo rouge dans la salle à manger crasseux. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Chambres avec portes donnant sur l’extérieur ce qui est très bien. Mal entretenu, 3 ampoules brûlées, la cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas, le micro onde annoncé est absent,
Bref 200 $ par nuit ferai bien de réinvestir le profit dans la qualité des chambres.

Motel vieillissant, personnel réactif tout de même suite à un problème dans la chambre.
Petit déjeuner continental décevant.

J' ai coucher au Drummondville a plusieurs reprise et c étais toujours propre un bon service.ont est pas dérangerait. Les mauvais commentaire.je comprend pas.moi JAI bien aimer et passe une tres belle fin semaine Merci

La super chambre " la jouvence ". La télé ne fonctionne pas. Radio des années 80, bouchon de bain qui fuite. Donc 45min pour le remplir et 25 min presque vide. Mur d'eau qui fonctionne à peu près pas. Douche manque de pression. Dvd faut monter sur une chaise pour l'utiliser. Spa brisé. Déjeuner continentale. Pour la coquette somme de 300$ j'ai pas essayé le spa de peur être encore dessus. J'ai canceller ma fin de semaine trop décevant

Came in at 9 am needing a room from driving all night, front lady was extremely accommodating getting a room cleaned and available as quick as possible even though check in is not until 3 pm. Very clean, washroom was small but had amazing water pressure. Highly recommend for the price it is more than worth it to stay at this little gem.

We needed a place to stay the night and my sister immediately booked this hotel before reading the reviews. There were a lot of negative reviews but we can no longer cancel. Contrary to the negative reviews the room is clean. We got the room in the ground floor and parking is just outside the room which was so convenient. The bathroom even had a soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser. They also provide free breakfast- coffee, bagel, hard boiled egg, cereals, fruits, yogurt. Location is close to the mall and restaurants. For a room to stay in overnight this is a good hotel-motel and at a good price.

The upper level rooms seem to be a little nicer than the ground level rooms. The refrigerator nicely stowed in a cabinet under a trendy vanity and the microwave tucked away in a tidy custom compartment above the closet. The comfy modern couch converts into a bed if required and the pricing online seems to not differ much from onsite so wait till you get there to book. The location is convenient right by the highway and the breakfast is not too bad, but dont wait till the last minute at 1030 otherwise most of the good stuff will be gone!
The breakfast room has reopened you can now add waffles, toast and bagels and also cereal and juice to the items that you can get for breakfast now. Self Serve of course

Déjeuner horrible le monsieur au déjeuner en chort vieux gillet barbe pas fait plas vide presque rien propreté désirable on été assis dehors très long temps vitre de la réception pouvais faire des dessins dedans internet on en parle même pas je le conseille à personne

C était très sale terriblement sale on ne pouvais pas regarder dehors la vitre très sale salle de bain dégueulasse la toilette tout croche le plancher défonser et j en passe mur sale le bain sale etc je veut un renboursement merci.

Stay here every time pass by this way. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Decent breakfast

Checked in at 1am. Stayed at the beginning of July. Paid $200 for one night. Staff were pretty good.

The room itself was terrible. The blankets had some yellow stains. I would be afraid to touch their pillows or floor without slippers on. You can barely fit in or close the door to the washroom. The sink sprayed in more directions with more uncertainty than my ding dong. Yeah. Didn’t need the shower thank god. No fridge was supplied either.

The breakfast was decent and included. Few fruit options. Waffles, bread, bagels and cereal were the options. Yogurt, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, jam, milk, hot water, 2 brightly coloured and artificially flavoured drinks.and coffee were also supplied. If something ran out, the staff filled it up within 5 minutes.

Their were also people up past 2 am drinking and talking loudly but the room, which was one of the farthest away and on the second floor blocked them out pretty well.

Overall, cleanliness and room quality make this room a 1/5. Do not recommend. Save your money and choose something else.

Not for me. We stayed on the lower level in room 107. The room was dirty and musty smelling. The bathroom was by far the worst. There was black mold all throughout the shower tile and floor. The faucet was rusted and separating from the wall. Also, there were cob webs on the ceiling. The towels that were provided smelled of smoke. In the bedroom, the sheets on the bed seemed to be clean however, there were cigarette burns in the comforter. The small couch in the room had dirt and stains on it. Our room was very loud, we could hear everything from the highway, surrounding rooms and hotel/motel bar. The reviews and pictures posted on the website were misleading and we had higher expectations of this location than we were met with. The staff was pleasant. In sum, if you are looking for comfort in a clean, quiet room you should not stay here.

Rapport qualité-prix est excellent! La chambre est spacieuse mais la chambre de bain est trop petite et pas mal désuète! Situation bordélique dans le stationnement car les espaces pour les autos ne sont pas identifiés aux numéros des chambres.

Je suis là en ce moment et la chambre pue et elle est vraiment sale. C’est dégoûtant! En plus il y a une enveloppe pour laisser du tip aux femmes de ménage, c’est ridicule!

If I could I would not give any stars. Customer service was unfriendly, actually nasty on the phone. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Manque de propreté dans la chambre. Le spa ne fonctionnait pas.
Au déjeuner la machine à gauffres était brisée, les céréales avait un goût de vieux.

It was clean and comfortable and close to highway, having a bar with very friendly staff was a bonus.

Room was dirty. Smelled of smoke. Shower head was mounted very low. I'm 5'2" and it was below my head!
Couch was old and worn. There was a layer of dust on the coffee maker. Sink was chipped, as was the tub.
I would not stay again.

Aweful customer service.
The girl on the phone spoke to me as if I owe her the whole world.

Very poor room.cold when we went in and had foul smell. We made do only because we were too tired to go anywhere else.

Chambre sale et qui puais énormément. Manette de tv défectueuse, poussière, table non lavée, miroir sale, etc…. Aller pas là!

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et pour le déjeuner inclus, il n'y avait que des muffins emballés avec deux choix de fruits. Sur le site internet, c'était inscrit qu'il y avait des gaufres. Il n'y a jamais eu de gauffres.

Room smelt horribly of smoke. Beds didn't have fitted sheets. Bathroom was incredibly small - you could barely stand in it and close the door. Our kids feet were filthy from walking on the floors in our room. Breakfast was okay - typical toast, cereal, yogurt.

Je met 3 étoiles car la propreté était au rendez-vous et le lit confortable, par contre l’équipement et d’une grande vétusté et le petit déjeuner vraiment frugal… Pour une ou deux Max pour le travail ou pour dépanner ça passe mais pas plus …

Je n'ai jamais vue une chambre aussi sale et en mauvaise état.
Il avait de la vie avant nous dans la chambre. De la poussière et des fils d'araignée dans le haut des murs.

What is it with hotel bathrooms along the TransCanada? It's like they are an afterthought. Do not stay at this hotel if you are disabled, a senior or have mobility issues. The WORST bathrooms I have ever seen in my life.
They are SO SMALL, you can't close the bathroom door once you are in the bathroom, because that is how tiny the floor space is.
The sink is outside of the bathroom.

This should be an easy fix. Take off the door and extend the wall 3 feet to include the sink. That would give you at least enough room to close the darn door once you are inside. Or to dry off after a shower.

We do not recommend this place unless you are desperate.
