Si je pouvais ne pas mettre aucune étoile, je le ferai.
Le divan-lit était plein d’URINE!
On a demandés un remboursement et le propriétaire nous a dit « Vous n’aviez pas à ouvrir le divan lit, c’est des extras »
PARDON! J’inspecte TOUJOURS mes chambres d’hôtel avant de mettre quoique ce soit.

Il y avait des meubles brûlés de free base.

We stayed In Hotel motel hospitality for a little trip on the east. Its a wonderful little hotel which is close to the ferry and the beautiful city of levis. It's ideally situated for the Ferry station on the south shore side. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff friendly and accommodating.i was very surprised by the amazing breakfast, i have stayed in several hotels even 5 stars hotels and all I get is coffee and croissants.this was a hot home made breakfast which consisted of eggs choice of bacon, sausages and ward buttered bread.the coffee was excellent not to dark just perfect, the owners are a sweet couple specially Mme Beatriz. I definitely recommend and will return again!

Nous avons réservé à ce motel pour une nuit car nous avions une journée d'activité (woodooliparc vol315 l'ère des dinosaures et l'aquarium de Québec). La chambre qu'on avait au motel était propre, les draps, taies, couvertures sentaient bon. C'était une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Sur la table de chevet, il y avait une lampe avec une entrée usb et une prise de courant. Ils ont une unité mural, on l'a allumé à notre arrivé car il faisait chaud dans la chambre. La toilette était propre. On avait notre glacière, il n'y a pas de petit frigo (a moins d'en avoir un caché dans un meuble ahah). Mais il y avait une cafetière kurig avec deux cups et deux verres ainsi qu'un micro-ondes. Il y avait une télévision avec le cable videotron standard (pas hd). Les matelas sont fermes. Je recommande ce motel pour un séjour de quelques jours.

Une étoile c'est déjà trop. Voici la situation.

J'arrive hier, la 4e fois que je vais à cet hôtel. Un couple sacré son camp après une dispute avec le propriétaire, et me laisse leur chambre pour la nuit. Ce matin, le propriétaire me fou à la porte en disant que la chambre n'a pas été payer! Et je lui offre de la payer pour la nuit suivante mais ne veut rien entendre.

Alors je suis sans hôtel pour la nuit.

Après 4x à faire affaire avec lui, n'allez pas la, pire endroit à Lévis pour sûr.

Je me suis réveillée avec des piqûres de puce! Quand un motel accepte les animaux, il devrait s'assurer de bien nettoyer entre chaque visiteurs.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with explaining where my room was, and how to get into it, even with a language barrier. My room was clean, lots of extra soap and towels. Had a great experience. I will definitely be returning to this place.

Les chambres sont propres et climatisées. Les propriétaires sont très professionnels et accueillants. Parfait pour se reposer avant de poursuivre votre route.

Très peu insonorisé. Nous entendions nos voisins de chambre parler et ils n'étaient pas des plus respectueux. On entendait cogner, la porte claquer, et ils criaient même ce qui nous empêchait de dormir et ce, jusqu'à une heure du matin. Le propriétaire était très gentil, mais n'a rien fait car la nuit suivante, même chose.

Just checked out and I have to say this is one of the best motels I've stayed in. The owners are so welcoming and nice and the rooms are so clean. It also helps that after calling 7 or 8 hotels to be turned down by every one, this one took us in. They are pet friendly and didn't mind that I had three medium sized dogs with me. Overall, amazing. Will definitely stay here again if I'm back in Lévis

Very considerate staff.my room spotless.linens fresh and the handicap accessibility was such a relief. Will definitely come back. It is also wonderfully located for all my touring. Thank you.

We stopped at this motel on our way through Quebec for an overnight stop. The pictures presented on the spot are a bit deceiving, you are shown a nice building housing the restaurant, not the actual motel, which to be honest is just a very ordinary old fashioned motel. This place is nothing special, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable once the people in the room next door quieted down. The breakfast in the morning was really excellent and the hosts were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed here on a road trip in March while we were moving cross country with our dog. The rooms were clean and neat, and great if your on the move with your pet. The service however was really memorable. I am writing this review after looking back through some photos and being reminded of the amazing fresh breakfast and good hospitality.

Owners really nice, breakfast done with love, rooms big and super clean! Already been twice and i'll be back in the future.
