Hôtel MUZO

Mon chien adore cet endroit, du moment que je tourne le coin de rue et qu'il voit la bâtisse, il devient toute énervé, et pour moi c'est un excellent signe! Oui c'est un endroit un peu plus cher que ailleurs mais le plus important c'est mon chien, lui il doit aimer cela et c'est le cas.

Même si mon chien avait ses vaccins a jour, il a quand même contracté la toux de chenil là. Et c'était très cher. Je suis contente d'avoir trouvé un autre endroit.
Mais je donne 2 étoiles parce qu'ils étaient gentils et c'est propre.

L’endroit est trés beau et clean. Mais le plus important et ce pourquoi j’ai utilisé les services de l’hotel Muzo était un grand flop. J’ai laissé mon chat d’un an chez eux, j’ai pris le package le plus cher mais quand je suis revenu je me suis rendu compte que mon chat était devenu EXTRÊMEMENT anxieux et jusqu’à aujourd’hui tres agressif alors qu’il ne l’était pas. Sa personnalité a un peu changè alors que cetait un chat tres doux. Il est meme tombé malade chez eux et oui ils ont fait le nécessaire c a dir faire une consultation chez l veto etc mais le traitement sur place a fais que mon chat ne mangeait pas ne faisait pas ses besoins et honnêtement c tellement triste pr moi que 5 ans apres je me dis si seulement je n’avais jamais hébergé mon chat o Muzo. Je ne recommande pas!

Endroit à éviter. J’ai utilisé leur service pour garder mon petit Chihuahua une nuit. Il est resté enfermé dans sa suite présidentielle avec caméra avec 0 attention. Il n’a pas mangé, aucune des gaterie que je leur avaient fournis lui a été donné. Il n’a fait aucun besoin pendant 24h. Quand j’ai récupéré le chien à ma fait croire qu’il avait mangé, fais ses besoins etc. La même quantité de nourriture était la et aucun pipi pad n’avais été utilisé. Pour les sorties ils ont essayé une fois mais comme il était timide, il n’ont pas réessayé. Service était froid, glacial et cher. Beaucoup d’autres endroit moins cher et avec une qualité de service supérieur. Le chien était traumatisé. Plus jamais cet endroit.

My dog came back home traumatized after spending 3 days there: (He hided himself under the sofa for 3 days so far and did not eat at all, just drinking water and go back under the sofa. I really don't know what to say more

Muzo is amazing! They really know how to take care of your pets and how to keep them happy and active. The team is dynamic and vibrant, the dogs loves to go there for pension and daycare! I highly recommend this place for your furry friends.

Great daycare and boarding facility. Very personalized and extremely professional care. My two vizslas are very happy to go there every day.

My baby kitty (at 15yo) Avery stayed here for a week and while he was excited to come home, he clearly had a wonderful stay with caring, fantastic people. I watched the dogs play while they got my bb from the back, and the staff was extremely attentive to body language and interaction of the dogs playing.

The absolute best, high quality staff th suites with cams also bring relief. Great with our dog always leaves and shows up so happy to be there.

My sister regularly uses Muzo and I did the same a few years back for my babies. I am the certified puppy pick of person for her and each time I pick up the pampered pooch the staff is very nice and helpful.

This is the second time I’ve used Muzo services for boarding, and I am really not happy. The last time I waited 30 minutes before anyone came to greet me, this time I waited 20 minutes, someone only came because my partner had to go get someone in the back. The dogs in the play area were stepping on their own urine and feces, all while not being supervised. If there were to be a dog fight, no one would be there to stop it. It’s very expensive for the horrible facility cleanliness and the overall care the animals get. Your animals deserve so much better than this.

This place seems very disorganized. Each time that I’ve gone to pick up my dog, I’m left waiting for at least 20 minutes. During this time, I never seen a single employee. Only the dogs running in the soiled “play” area. Very disappointed in this place.
