Groupes tournoi de hockey de jeunes, party et tournoi de ringuette pour adulte. Les enfants ont couru dans les corridors jusqu'à 22heures et l'après party a eu lieu juste au-dessus de ma chambre à 1h30AM. Le personnel est courtois, mais pas proactif.
Je vais choisir un hotel différent la prochaine fois.

It’s ok but definitely not a 4 stars hotel. The heating in the double king bed room was so loud that you can’t sleep without earplugs. But the room was big and staff nice.
It’s very close to the airport and if you have to go to the city there’s always traffic in that highway (specially rush hours of course).
FYI it’s not a buffet breakfast, it’s a la Carte breakfast.

It was my first stay here. Everything was clean and well maintained. I only gave an 8 instead of full marks as a lot of the hallway noise carries into the room.

This is a decent hotel within the office/industrial park, not near much else if you don't have a vehicle. It's near the airport but not that close compared to other hotels. The service is ok, certainly some staff need customer service training while others were very attentive. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. My room temperature wouldn't go below 72f/22.2C in the middle of winter. The hotel restaurant was fine.

Disappointed for price.first: this does NOT qualify as an airport hotel. $35.00 ride each way. TIP stay closer, even if it costs a bit more. May make better sense.no dining room except small area off bar serving average pub food at relatively high cost.very disinterested service. I know this is probably an in-out hotel with quick one day turn-around, but customers deserve better attention.on the positive side, very comfortable bed.

Amazing experience. Really enjoyed our Family stacation at Inis Styles Jimeirah. All staff very good. Alex at reception and Roshan at the pool both very nice gentlemen. Great value for money. Will go for it again definetly.use keeping. Staff Irshad and yesu, radley very nice. We looking forward to come again kudos to team.

THERE IS NO SHUTTLE. AT ALL. Same price as any other hotel with shuttle.

Room are clean, thats about it.

The hotel is good, as expected for a hotel in its class. Rooms are spacious and clean.
However, I really do not understand why the hotel is calling itself an "Airport hotel"?
It is not very close to the airport (approximately 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic) and, most importantly, does not have a shuttle service to the airport. One way to the airport is by taxi and costs a lump sum of 35 dollars. In addition, we had to wait for 25 minutes for the taxi to arrive even if we reserved it the night before for 8 AM. It arrived at 8: 25 AM. Makes a big difference when you have to go to the airport. These are the facts. You be the judge.

Not recommended. Check-in is not welcoming. The stuff gave me the card and say bye without indicating where is the elevator, when and where will be breakfast, what is the wifi password (I’m not sure if they have wifi because I used my own data plan). Then the moment I entered the room, it was a big disappointment. Stains on sheets and towels. No robe nor slippers. Big cracks on sink. Broken lights. Hard to believe I spend a total of $284 to stay 1 night. The water pressure was not enough and it took long time to wet my hair in shower. Lots of noises coming from the corridor and outside. Then when I finally fall asleep, I was woke up by the 2 alarms set at 6 am by default. It was unpleasant.

The room was large and clean. There is no airport shuttle service, although the hotel advertises itself as an airport hotel. The restaurant was closed because there was supposedly a defect in the kitchen. Since there are no restaurants or stores in the vicinity, the only alternative was a pizza courier. The staff was not very helpful.

Pas de navette de l’aéroport à l’hotel. Nous avions pris la peine d’appeler pour se faire confirmer, un unilingue anglophone m’a confirmé qu’il y avait une navette. Rendu sur place j’ai du prendre un taxi, car qqun d’autre m’a dit qu’ils n’offraient plus de navettes depuis plusieurs années.
Le bain à remous fonctionne mal et l’eau est tiède.
Nous avions deux objectifs en débarquant de l’avion; prendre une navette et se détendre au spa.
Restaurant au choix limité, dispendieux, service qui laisse à désirer
Avoir su, on aurait réservé ailleurs.

Great place and location. Beautiful hotel and great service. Only issue was the tub/shower wasn’t working well. The tub diverter didn’t stay up so the shower was challenged to use.

I never seen Hotel like this in my life. That was a new experience so much mess and week management each time I have to come to the desk reception and ask them to replace my access key almost every day

The heater in my room doesn’t work it just for fun,
nothing I can use like dryer hairdryer. There is no microwave. There is no stuff that you can live here

And before check-in, we trying to get change the room, but they give us so much attitude and telling us that there is no management here works for now you got to come after and I will come after they said no you cannot do anything because you already checking in.
I hate this place and everyone with me they will give a lot feedback.

Nice room with the amenities we needed. Only complaint was that the onsite restaurant menu was not accurate online and we were quite surprised when we arrived as the prices and selection were much different than what was posted. The host at the desk was very helpful and friendly and took care of all our questions. Thanks for a great stay!

Aucune note ne prévient sur le site que l'hotel ne met plus a disposition de navette, et qu'il faut prendre un taxi! Après 1 h d'attente de navette à l'aéroport, j'appelle l'hôtel à mes frais (15€ pour 5 min d'appel), qui me dit qu'il faut que je prenne un taxi! 29$ par trajet a rajouter en plus! Pour un hôtel d'aéroport, c'est inadmissible! Et surtout que rien ne soit noté nulle part! Je m'en plain donc à la réception à l'arrivée. Aucune réaction de la part a part me dire "je ne suis qu'employé". A un moment donné, le client doit être considéré et pas mérpisé! La réceptionniste levait les yeux au ciel quand je parlais. Soit disant qu'un responsable devait me contacter, cela fait maintenant 1 semaine, j'attends toujours. Je suis très mécontente et je n'en resterai pas là!

Hotel was decent but not sure how it’s a 4 star hotel. The service at the restaurant was so bad it was funny and the food was pretty bad too. They also charged my credit card twice so I ended up paying over $1200 for 2 nights.

I visited the hotel first time 10 years ago and it was very new and great. This time it was kind of aged. There are some noise if you have a room with connecting door. Staff are good and overall considering the price it is good value for money in Montreal.

Only spent the night, but the room was very comfortable. WC was also spacious.
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service, which is an inconvenience. Be prepared to listen to an unnecessarily long and annoying message when you call the hotel.

Hotel is fine, just very poor customer services. If youre solo traveller, this is fine. Anything else, just don't.
We have 3 young children so we asked for 2 cribs and the sofa bed made up for when we arrive. None of those things were done (in fact the sofa bed just had the big yellow foam mattress). No worries, things happen. So we asked for the cribs again and they ended up just left in the hallway outside our room for us to take in and make ourselves. We still hadn't received sheets for the sofa bed for our son to sleep on. Called again, after bringing in the cribs and making them up ourselves, the housekeeping person came in and just pointed at the pillow and furry blanket found in the wardrobe, without a single word. I reminded him that the bag did not contain sheets, so he left and returned with sheets after a few minutes and just gave them to us and walked out.

Making our own bed in a hotel that costs 240 night was def a first for me.

Rooms was nice (clean and nice shower) but the food from the I house restaurent, not so much. Ordered nachos (can't screw that up I thought). Good portion with nice toppings but found an old dried up cube piece of chicken (didn't order meat) halfway. They did comp it. 12$ for bar rail drink seems expensive. (Southern comfort gingerale). Pool is on the small size and hottub had 1 jet and lacking water. Had to hunt for for ice machine. Good overnight stay overall.

My husband and I stayed here on our last night of a road trip and it was the best hotel we had, mostly because of the great customer service.

We were greeted by Serina and a lovely colleague who were both energetic and welcoming. She upgraded our room and we celebrated our honeymoon with some drinks, which we were so grateful for. The conversation was warm and funny, and she was eager to make our night memorable.

The rooms were nice, pool and hottub were open and perfect Temps after a long drive.

Le restaurant est très décevant. Le filet mignon est servi avec des frites et des legumes congelés. C'est une hôtel d'aéroport avec des prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité du restaurant, du service et de l'ambiance. Il y a aussi beaucoup de mousse et de saleté et sur le fan de la chambre de bain. Ça serait un minimum d'au moins nettoyer ce qui ce vois. Bref c correct pour un transit pour prendre l'avion mais sans plus.

Located on the complete opposite side of the YUL airport area and it takes 12-15 minutes to get there by car from arrivals/departures or train station. If you want a real airport hotel, this isn’t it. Bathroom wasn’t fully clean when I got there, none of the hotel amenities were open, and the room temperature didn’t get warm enough. Trés deçu!

This hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle even though advertising says it does. No food close by so you are kinda forced to eat in there restaurant and food is good but $$$.

I stayed here with my husband; my mother and brother were in a conjoined room with us. The room was pretty clean. The TV, fridge, lights all worked well, but the thermostat in my room was a little finicky and wouldn't register our settings.

The staff were respectful but not engaging. No complaints. The pool was booked the might we stayed so they offered a slightly later check-out and a pool time slot accordingly. We unfortunately didn't have the opportunity to use the pool as time ran out.

The bar inside the hotel restaurant could have been better. The server made us wait 10-15 min outside instead of seating us, and kept saying "I'll be with you". There were only 3 other people in the lounge/bar area. She was chatting with other guests who were sitting there instead of seating us which we didn't appreciate. When she cleared us to enter (covid protocol) she didn't seat us, we just chose a spot. We waited another 5-10min before she came to take out order. My husband got annoyed and went back to our room while my brother and I stayed for drinks. Once she did take our order, she was more friendly. That's about it. I would say customer service needs some work.

After reading lots of bad reviews I almost want to cancel the reservation but the first desk rep promised me a great stay. Room 429. Carpet had some age. But otherwise it was clean and well organized. Mattress was especially good.

Room has no bottled water but the previous rep was helpful to fix this.

The previous rep was trying his best to serve me while another rep at morning was very cynical and refused to offer even 1 bottled water. I felt like talking to him was like facing a policeman and ask a bottle of water is my fault!

That was the only star deducted.

The hotel doesn’t have an airport shuttle as mentioned on the website. Instead you have to pay for a taxi and to be honest I wouldn’t come stay here knowing that. I would stay closer to the airport with a free shuttle available.

Not very crowded, reasonable price. Bathtub was missing the drain plug. Internet was ok, nice big screen tv. Lots of construction going on in the area right now.

The good: The room was nice and had a gym + pool
The bad: They say they offer a shuttle to the airport but this is not true. We spoke with the front desk and they said they would cover the taxi/Uber to and from the airport. However, the next day they said they wouldn’t cover the cost to the airport, and I’m not sure if they will end up covering the receipt for the taxi to the hotel. This would be fine if they hadn’t promised this verbally to me as well as on their own booking portal. You have to take a vehicle as they are too far away from the airport to walk. This ends up costing an extra $60 round trip that we had not planned for.
To top it off there were blood stains on the bed sheets:/

Mon séjour de prequarantaine s'est bien passé sauf que mon resultat est sorti au bout de 2 jours. L'hôtel a refusé de prendre en compte le sejour réel (en plus je n'ai pas pris tous les 3 repas par jour au total sur 9 repas, je n'en ai pros que 4). Avant d'arriver, jai fait une réservation sur internet, le tarif flexible (sans repas etait proposé) je l'ai choisi en me disant que je preferais commander avec uber eats ou me faire livrer par mon chum. Ils m'ont eu meme proposé le petit dejeuner, jai mention que j'avais réservé sans repas. Au téléphone quand ils m'appellent pour mendemander ce que jebveux manger, je repete que je n'ai pas pris l'option avec repas et je demande combien coûte les deux repas précédents, ils me donnent le prix de 84$ pour les deux. Au tatal sur ma quarantaine (arrivée le vendredi à 20h et parti le dimanche à 11h, j'aurais pris 4 repas et passé 2 nuits.) J'ai ete facturée à plein tarif comme quoi c'est demandé par le gouvernement. Le gouvernement demande que les passagers prennent leur disposition pour reserver une chambre en attendant les résultats de leurs tests covid, à aucun moment il ne dit qu'un hôtel doit forcer ses clients à payer pour 3 nuits s'ils n'y ont passé que 2 nuits. Cest illogique et sans aucun accommodement raisonnable. Apres le covid 19, l'experience client restera et la mienne est très désagréable. Surtout que j'avais un appartement tout à fait vide qui m'attendait.

The food is not coming on time and when you call the reception from the room, they do not pick up the phone

Médiocre, cet hôtel m’a volé 500 dollars, ils m’ont facturés deux fois, je n’ai jamais eu les reçus, je n’ai jamais eu une seule personne dotée d’un cerveau au cours de mes 8 appels depuis ce deuxième prélèvement, c’est INADMISSIBLE. Cet hôtel sont des voleurs et des incapables.

Je suis allée pour ma quarantaine. 400$ la nuit. Le résultat de mon test est arrivé 24h après et j'ai quitté l'hôtel sans être remboursée. Fenêtre givré. Chambre comme une prison. Bouffe la pire que j'aie mangé dans ma vie. Un steak froid avec des légumes fait à la vapeur. On est-tu à l'hôpital? ! Pas de fruits. Gâteau genre Super C. Ils sont tous anglophone et en plus ils nous corrigent quand on ne parle pas parfait l'anglais!

During the three days of quarantine, we received the utmost care by the hotel staff.
The staff is very considerate and so friendly, the hotel provided all what we need without delay, I'd certainly highly recommend this hotel for all visitors and transit passengers

A l’arrivée j’ai dû mettre moi-même mes bagages sur le chariot. Dans la chambre, tapis taché, traces de doigts sur le micro-ondes, pas de télécommande pour la télé, le bouton du téléphone pour rejoindre la réception ne fonctionnait pas, le chauffage/air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait 24C dans la chambre et je n’ai pu réduire la température qu’à 23,4C, la nourriture passable sans plus. Après seulement 12 heures j’ai reçu mon test COVID négatif et j’ai quitté l’hôtel sans aucun remboursement. Donc, 12 heures au Novotel aéroport de Montréal m’a coûté la somme de 1,198$ et j’ai dû les rappeler car ils avaient facturé deux fois sur ma carte de crédit. J’ai laissé un message pour que le directeur me rappelle, il ne l’a pas fait. Moi qui croyait que le groupe Accord était une valeur sûre.

Chambre sympa, personnel agréable mais malheureusement anglophone. Résultat, pas de petit-déjeuner et de longues minutes au téléphone avec la réception avant de comprendre que le wifi est automatique donc pas de code. Plutôt déroutant pour une province francophone.

Stayed here for a few days earlier this week for a business trip. Nice little hotel that's close to the airport. The room was clean, and the staff was extremely friendly! I felt quite comfortable.

The restaurant and bar is nice to have as well. The pepperoni pizza was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was convenient and tasted great!

Great price for the room we got for 1 night.staff was extremely nice which made my boyfriend feel very well received when he usually doesnt. Would definitely go there again. Has a little gym pool and sauna aswell.

Friendly staff, clean and elegant rooms and excellent food and ambiance at the bar. They go above and beyond to make sure you have all that you need. I usually stay at the Sheraton a few km away but this is far better value for money; plus, the check-in and check-out process is so fast and easy - all digital and easy to store receipts etc. A great hotel!

Decent hotel to spend the night at. It's very no-frills but it is clean and has all the basics that you would need. The WiFi is not very good unfortunately so it's a bit difficult if you're on a business trip.

The entrance of the hotel was welcoming and it had a good scent. I arrived late and the room was not ready. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. The pool was small and the water was cold.

Nice hotel.
Out of city in industrial area. Food not available near by except hotel.
Breakfast is same for each day.
Restaurant staff is nice.
Cool place. Not noisy. I have been stayed for 8 days, after 3 days I have to ask for water bottle while reaching in room by late evening. Which have created very unpleasant stay. This act of their staff were very illogical and made me very unpleasant, they could keep water bottle daily, but Don't know why? Moreover this hotel have rate contract with my company.

I'm in a wheelchair and booked an accessible room for my stay. Although my stay was pleasant there were a few things that provided some challenges. There was a hand shower but the holder for it was up high and I couldn't reach it without calling the staff. I noticed there was no emergency button/cord/phone in the washroom. The bed was very comfortable but very thick and very high and I couldn't get in it without help. Also, I did have an unusual request for some duct tape one evening but found that the night staff do not have keys to the maintenance cupboard so I had to wait until the next morning when the maintenance staff arrived.

I did still enjoy my stay. The room provided all the space I needed. The staff in the Rivoli were extremely pleasant and helpful and the food was delicious.

We came for one night (less then 12 hours) before our flight. We had a reservation of 2 queen sized beds, but when we reached the hotel we got a room with one king bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. We've been told that the sofa is already prepared for sleeping.but it wasn't. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers.). So we ended up with 2 sleepless persons and a huge disappointment.beside that the refrigerator was smelly.because of the leftover food that stayed inside.
We honestly expected more from 4 star hotel.
