Hotel Omni Mont-Royal

Very good customer service. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. McGill University is across the street.

This place gets full stars because the staff is amazing and polite, well maintained common areas, clean rooms, fast elevators, pet friendly, centrally located, good view from top floors, good food and room service, fast internet. Did not get a chance to hit the gym, but that is also open 24 hours

The rooms are in need of upgrades, duvet were flat, and not longer white but grayish brown. The shower; I had water backing up on me pass my ankle, it was gross. They moved me immediately, But it had the same issue. Far from luxury. I was gross out while washing my face to see the dirt staring at me from the faucets. Never again.

Room was good and most of the employees. Some of the employees didn’t have any smile on their face. Though they served properly but looking like they are not happy to help me.

Lovely hotel with excellent service. Staff provided exceptional service and were accommodating with requests. Restaurant and bar had very good food and attentive staff. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Large rooms with very comfortable beds. The only negative is that some of the room amenities are in need of updating (ie - Home-branded alarm clock had outdated Apple charger and no USB ports in rooms).

Great location on Sherbrooke across from McGill. Lobby and lounge look great and the check in and service were efficient and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean - only place to improve would be modernizing the fixtures, which are getting due for an update.

The first person I met was Rui This gentleman was so welcoming and helpful. I informed him that Nov 18 was my birthday and the sweetest surprise was waiting for in my room. I forgot my glasses ; (I spoke to Mellissa and they were return to me via Purolator. The Service is amazing. This is my fourth time it feels welcoming home away from home Thanks Rui

Lovely hotel. Convenient to McGill University and many wonderful restaurants and attractions. Pet friendly.

It’s actually unbelievable about how expensive the rooms are then you pay at least 9 dollars a night for wifi? Who in the 21st century makes you pay for wifi it’s the most annoying thing ever.great room, extremely grubby money hands

Very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Overall, it's clean, the rooms could use a tiny bit of updating. Outstanding service overall. The bar and restaurant staff were amazing, and the concierge was great. The pool was not operational at the time of our visit, which was disappointing. Great location. Walking distance to everything. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Tried to call three times, each time the front desk put me on hold without allowing me to speak and then never came back to the call. Horrendous service.

I understand the reviews calling the rooms dated; they definitely need an update, however they are very spacious compared to other hotels and we found them comfortable.
As other reviews mentioned, staff are top notch: extremely kind, friendly and professional. It was a special occasion for us and they left us amazing treats and a card, it was very kind and touching gesture. Will definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here big time at Omni Hotel! The location is perfect, only a few min walk from hiking, with myriads of restaurants and stores nearby! Our room was really nice; the bathroom came with a bidet. Service was excellent as well, free WiFi even tho it says the price when we tried to connect. And the best part is the adorable hotel dog, Dante!

I’m really satisfied with the room, location, service and the restaurant. We ate two nights there, it was a very pleasant ambiance, our waitress Valentina served us both times, she was very attentive, friendly, food was wry good.
Thanks! When we next time time come to Toronto, we’ll choose Omni hotel!

Staff was amazing, even put a bottle of champagne in our room when they realized we were traveling for our anniversary.

Every member of the staff was exceptional. Justine, the superb manager, and the associate manager, Ben, set an especially high standard and were extremely responsive to every need. Juan and Tito at the front desk were invariably helpful. Abraham and Moeid assisted us graciously with our luggage. Rui provided directions and insight. The housekeeping was exemplary. Each staff member expressed genuine interest in us and made us feel appreciated, even pampered.

The rooms are spacious, well planned and maintained. The location is perhaps the best in Montreal, walking distance to the central city and with great views.

We travel regularly and stay in many hotels, but the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal is our favorite.
