Beaucoup de bruit dans le corridor quand ton dois se lève le lendemain matin à 5 H 30 et qu'il est 2 H on ne peut pas dormir très désagréable le service laisse à désirer surtout à mon départ

Pretty average! Rooms are tiny, walls and ceilings are thin, and there is not much consideration for accessibility at the establishment. I would caution and not really recommend this place!

We got 2 rooms with double queen beds and were very disappointed with the size of the room. The room was not fit to share for 3 adults and for the price we paid (over $300/night /room) we expected better. There was barely any space to fit the luggage and be able to walk without constantly bumping into each other. The room (on level 1) also had low ceilings and gave more of a motel kinda feel. Also, they do not service the room daily (its only after 2 nights), which again was disappointing given the amount we paid per night. We also found some stains on the comforter, and the iron stand was quite dirty as well (see pics). We asked for the comforter to be changed, yet it was still not done. Hugely disappointed with the overall experience, value for money and service.

Very clean room, fantastic service, great breakfast, free parking, and close to everything.

The price is ok, I paid a higher rate because I did the booking from one day to the other. The wifi is terrible, I couldn't do anything, unfortunately breakfast is not included which is a shame coming from choice hotels, the room decor is not the best and, in my room, there was a lot of noise coming from the roof.
On the other hand, the rooms are spacious, super comfortable, and the staff is very quick and efficient, the check in and check out were really fast.

Enfin un hôtel avec un gym propre et très fonctionnel. Je vais occasionnellement à cet hôtel pour mes voyages d'affaires. Très bon service, excellente propreté. Rien à dire, que du bon.

Tjrs un plaisir de séjourner à cet hôtel. Le personnel est souriant et très professionnel.

Well-kept atmosphere, nice room, coffee machine in the room, modern bathroom, no breakfast in the hotel, but a bar downstairs, a McDonald's is directly opposite, which is open 24 hours a day, but unfortunately there is a construction site right now, so you either have to walk a little detour via a traffic light or climb over a small concrete barrier.

So we went with my family and stayed at this hotel and J dont beleive its a 4 star hotel as rated. It deffnetley can be a 3.5 star. We had two king rooms, one is deluxe and other is regular king room. Only difference is deluxe was abit bigger and the regualr was so small for a king size room. It felt lime a double bed room.
So what I did like was, the room bed was comfy enough and was close to the mall and other restaurants.

What I didnt like was that, the room gets really hot and when I try to turn the A/C on and reduce the tempreture, it will work for 5minz and during that time, the room starts to cool off but then the AC turns off. And doesnt start again until i reduce the tempreture more. I had to keep doing this over and over and over again, I had to wake up during the night time to reduce it multiple times and was not happy about that. And also because we had our 1 year old and he was sweating and was not able to sleep as well because the rooms were too hot. From the thermostat you can only have it on Auto or ON. So when you keep it on the ON mode you think it will work but it does not. The other thing that was bad was, and im not sure why though but all the channels on TV was just news nothing else. There was no movie channels no kids channels or even go to rent or buy. I even asked the front desk and they said its only the news channels they have. The washrooms need to be updated as it was too dark inside. Only light is above the sink, but when you are in the bath tub its really dark. But most of all is the restaurant (Barbie). We had lunch there and that was okay. The next morning We went for breakfast where it was buffet and for the value for it is $17pp and it was just eggs, bacon and sausge. No way that was not worth $17pp and coffe and tea was extra. And it was cold also. Also the breakfast wasnt even refilled and it was still 9am. That was the worst. It was better if went to Mcdonalds and got breakfast that is right across.
Overall the value for the room is not worth. I would think might need to reduce the price or upgrade the rooms.

The pool has 3 ladders with only 2 high rungs. No stairs. Very poor for older and handicap clients.

Really nice hotel. No breakfast included though. Room nice and clean. I was here for my 10th year wedding anniversary.

Je vais toujours dormir à cet hôtel pour le travail. (En semaine)
Les chambres sont belles et propres.
Le personnel est courtois.
Pas besoin de sortir de l’hôtel pour aller souper, c’est génial!

Amazing hotel.
Hôtel Quartier have amazing employees. Proud, polite and professional. I recommend no hesitation for short and long stays.

Habituellement, c'est un hôtel 4* où j'adore me rendre mais la dernière fois, j'ai eu une mauvaise expérience. Il y avait des petites bibitte dans notre chambre et nous sommes aller voir à la réception, cela voulait nous reloger juste à côté de la chambre, que j'ai refusé d'ailleurs. On m'a dit que j'allais avoir un retour d'appel dès que la responsable serait disponible mais aucun appel. J'ai même rappeler sans succès. Juste un conseil, toujours vérifié les chambres à la loupe, on ne sait jamais ce qu'on peux trouver.

The room smelled unclean i found hairs in the drawers and look like hadn't been cleaned for a while. Also the coffe was expired.so disappointing. It does not worth 250 $. Worse hote i had ever seen. If there is half star i will give it

I visit quebec city about once a month I always stay at this hotel. Great price, really nice rooms.

Great place to stay. Hotel is clean and provides a lot of amenities. If you plan on a longer stay, I would suggest requesting housekeeping as they only clean the room every 3rd night. Kids enjoyed the pool in the evenings and hotel was close to many restaurants.

Vielle salle de bain, la ventilation fonctionne même pas. Des murs en carton, on entend les autres clients parler au travers. Verre en plastique ainsi que les produits, shampooing, savon etc. Supposé être une chambre de luxe. J'ose même pas imaginer une chambre régulière. À 230$ la nuit on s'attend a mieux. Plus jamais!

Honest Review!
I'm not the type of person that is usually negative but here goes my thoughts.

Room:
1. Hotel is not a 4 star hotel compared to other ones with the same rating and same price.
2. The room is small for a king size bed.
3. Bedsheets looked like it had mold or a type of stains in them (I might be wrong)
4. Hotel lobby entrance not clean
5. Staff is friendly
6. Shower doesn't have a door but half a glass which is a very weird design and water can get out on the floor easily.
7. Lack of lights in the room, it was fairly dim.

Restaurant:
The restaurant itself is clean and looks nice.

Breakfast: (breakfast buffet)
1. The food was cold
2. Not a big selection compared to other hotels with same rating 3. Coffee doesn't taste good.

Dinner: (quesadillas, wings and ceasar salad)
1. Very bad service with a long wait time. Waiters weren't friendly!
2. Food didn't have taste and it was horrible.
3. There was a piece of the plastic in my wings plate (cross contamination), there was hair in my ceasar salad. Two waiters were told and none apologized, they had to ask for a manager which gave us "vouchers" to eat at the restaurant again, which is pointless because this will never happen!

La pire nuit de notre vie! Nous étions au premier étage, juste à côté de la piscine! C’est tellement mal isolé nous entendions crier sans arrêt! Également! Nous étions sur un étage où un groupe d’équipe de hockey avait réserver! Les enfants criait et courait et jouait au hockey dans les corridor jusqu’à 11 h et les parents ont jaser et crier dans mes corridors toute la nuit! Il n’y a pas de surveillance dans cette hôtel? Ah et aussi le lendemain matin des 7h les enfants couraient et jouaient au hockey dans les corridors… aucune minute de sommeil! Je dois ajouter que le wifi fonctionne une fois sur 10 le restaurant laisse à désirer! Je ne jetterait plus les pieds dans cette hôtel aucune restriction ont dirait!

Chambre tres confortable, beaucoup de stationnement, piscine tranquille (lors de notre visite)
