Decent place to stay. Neither fancy or rubbish. Just a good spot and fantastic location. Around $150 per night is reasonable.

Dison tu va la pour dormir, pas plus. Accueil les chiens d'assistance. Faut avoir leur carte. Sinon beaucoup d'escalier. Pas pour sommeil léger ont entend bcp crier de nuit dehors.

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos du site internet. Vous n'aurez ni le même standing que la chambre montrée en exemple, ni le coté "élégant" mis en avant.
L'hotel est collé à un grand sexshop, avec des itinérants qui vivent au devant de la porte. L'intérieur ressemble à une auberge de jeunesse vieillote. Le staff est acceuillant est serviable (bon point). Nous avions reservé une chambre standard. Elle était si petite qu'on ne pouvait pas se déplacer en même temps à l'intérieur. On aurait dit un palier. Le tout était chauffé à plus de 25*C, parce que certains clients de l'hotel avaient froid. Il faisait si chaud dans la chambre qu'on nous a dit de mettre la climatisation qui était hyper bruyante. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenetres puisque l'hotel donne sur une rue très animée jour comme nuit. Nous avons dormi 1h pour 150$. Nous ne reviendrons jamais

Apart from the very central location, not recommended at all. Very tired, room dilapidated and roommates appear in the room (crawling) that you don't want.

Votre hôtel est le plus miteux et misérable dans lequel j'ai séjourné. Entre l'odeur nauséabonde de la chambre, la petitesse de la chambre, l'absence de réfrigérateur et l'amabilité inexistante de l'accueil, on se demande pourquoi on paye. Vous ne méritez pas de rester ouvert. Et en plus, vos fenêtres ne permettent même pas de filtrer le son incessant venant de la rue. On se croirait être dans une boîte de nuit jusqu'à 5h du matin.

Une honte. Je crois que les prisonniers ont plus de confort dans leurs cellules. Et c'est gratuit pour eux. Votre hôtel est à fuir absolument.

Hands down worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They bring the pain. Zero comfort here. Zero accessibility. I firmly believe this place could injure you.
It’s basically a hostel. I legitimately think my mattress was a box spring. Avoid at all costs. This place should be condemned

To be noted, this street is very active in terms of festivals, concerts, people going out etc. There was a concert of some kind (under my hotel room?) from 2AM to 4AM during my stay, it was very loud. The AC worked, but it sounded like a mini generator. I stayed in a budget room with shared bathroom and I would not feel comfortable showering here (in terms of cleanliness and privacy). Also, I had planned on eating breakfast here but decided against it due the overall feel of cleanliness. I am a good sleeper in terms of noise etc.and I had my expectation set low for a hostel experience but this place really tested all my limits.

Nice place and friendly staff. There is no elevator and a LOT of stairs, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has trouble going up and down a lot of stairs. It's more of a hostel than a hotel, though. Not all of the rooms have bathrooms or showers, so you may end up having to use a shared bathroom and shower with other tenants on your floor.

We booked 3 rooms: 1 single bed room, a budget 2 bed room and a 2 bed deluxe room.

The single bed room was small but okay. The mattress was firm, but the AC didn't really work, so the room was a bit hot and stuffy. It had a window facing the pedestrian-only street so you could hear the music and parties going on through the night while trying to sleep from the M. A. D. Festival outside.

The budget 2 bed room was nice, open and airy with high ceilings and a spacious closet. Both beds were spring mattresses, which weren't the most comfortable, but it was a good night's sleep once you settled in. The windows opened onto the street, and noise was not a problem.

The deluxe 2 bed room was nice and cozy. The only complaint was the room was over the pedestrian-only street, so, just like in the single bed room, you could hear the loud music and parties from the M. A. D.festival.

Overall, I would stay here again if in the area. Honestly, it was a convenient location right in the Arts and Entertainment district (Quartier des spectacles) of Montreal and, aside from the M. A. D.festival going on well into the night while trying to sleep, there were also a lot of great food venues, cafes, stores, and activities to enjoy. Plus, the M. A. D.festival was a nice addition that just added to the atmosphere while walking around after dinner before we turned in for the night.

Le responsable est très accueillant et l’hôtel est très bien situé. Cependant, compte tenu des photos, nous ne nous attendions pas du tout à un hôtel de la sorte. Les chambres sont spacieuses mais peut être un peu trop. Tout est trop sombre. Les volets ne servent pas volets, ce qui fait qu’avec la luminosité d’une ville très vivante la nuit, en plus du bruit qu’un double vitrage aurait pu éviter, fait que nous nous croyons en pleine journée. Les salles de bains sont communes, mais ce n’est pas un problème car elles sont très nombreuses et proches de chaque chambre, cependant, pour un lieu où l’hygiène devrait être impeccable, elles étaient très sales…
Cet hôtel peut dépanner pour une nuit mais il ne faut pas s’attendre à un hôtel 2 étoiles.

The photos do not correspond at all to what it is. The floor in the room was sticky and creaked with every exaggerated step, the carpet on the chairs was very dirty, the sheets were also dirty. In general, it is not a hotel, it is a hostel and of poor quality and cleaning that would need a thorough reform.
In favor of the attention of the workers who always treated us with kindness and gave us other sheets. The location, which is true, cannot be better. And the breakfast they have, with coffee, toast, fruit, yogurt.was very good.
For all the latter I give it 3 stars.

Les coussins ont une mauvaise odeur la chambre pour 2 personne c’est vraiment n’importe quoi ma toilette de la maison est tres grand que toute la chambre toilette partager avec les autre chambre service prix 0

Le seul point positif de cet hôtel est l'emplacement. Déjà quand tu rentre le personnel de l'accueil, chiale sur le nom de famille de mon amie! Oui oui il lui dit quasiment de le changer. Grand manque de respect.on nous avais attribuer une chambre avec salle de bain commune, mais nous nous attendions au moins à une chambre qu'on nous montre sur le site booking.au lieu de ça, chambre très très petite, sa sentais le moisis.que dire des escalier en tapis rouge année 50.nous avons même pas dormis là. Et quand on a remis notre clé, la seule chose qu'on a eu droit: à déjà le check out, et bien voulez-vous la facture.ben ordinaire!

This isn't a hotel, it's a hostel and a mediocre hostel at best. One of the staff harassed over small details at check in. We didn't use the shared showers, they were disgusting. The room could have been cute but had fallen into disrepair. Only plus was air-conditioning and location.

ATTENTION!
When you book in here - don’t expect a full service, proper hotel - it’s more of a hostel/guest house. NO private bathrooms, kitchen facilities or any real concierge services. Beds aren’t great, the breakfast offered by them is literally just cereal, toast and fruit. Floorboards are creaky and walls are thin. Bring or buy EVERYTHING you need or want because they provide nothing except towels pretty much. It wasn’t awful but it was also far from great.

If you’re on a budget or aren’t fussy about you’re accommodations it’ll do. I wouldn’t stay here during the low season as better places are more affordable but I came during peak season for osheaga and honestly the location couldn’t be beat. Right in the middle of QDS and all the action of downtown. So I’d say depends on what your expectations and priorities are: if you’re wanting someplace relaxing, quiet, with lots of amenities and doting service then DO NOT even think about this place.

If you are gonna spend most of your time out and about, want a convenient location to be within walking distance of metro, major downtown areas etc and just need somewhere for sleep and looking after yourself - this might be alright.

If you want to spend little you have to share the bathroom otherwise the prices are average even if the rooms and bathrooms are not of high quality. The breakfast is basic.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. The location is in a lively area.
