Hôtel St-Denis

The hotel has a great location, the room was clean and the staff was friendly. The amenities need a bit of maintenance.

Me and husband had to attend an event nearby so we booked an overnight stay. Faced no problems at all! The hotel does not offer parking but they were nice enough to give us a map of an under ground parking for 11$ overnight which was also fairly close! Had uninterrupted sleep and the hotel was nice enough to extend the checkout since they had no one staying in the room the next day.
Will visit again!

Stayed for one night in room 215. The room was clean and the wifi connection was good. The front desk staff were all very nice and the morning staff allowed me to stay and work in the common room for a few hours after check-out, which was very nice. The only downsides were that the room was very hot (end of winter) and the shower temperature kept varying. Still recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel St-Denis in downtown Montreal. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to some of the city's best restaurants, shops, and attractions. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by receptionist Wafa. She was incredibly friendly and understanding, and went out of her way to ensure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wafa was always smiling and willing to help. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning thanks to Wafa's outstanding service.

Great experience, friendly helpful staff, highly recommend their Jacuzzi room if you have a partner.

Emplacement idéal à proximité de tout j'avais RDV au CHUM génial 250 m pratique. Accueil professionnel et sympathique propreté chambre et hôtel - possibilité de prendre le café ou thé dans la chambre. Bonne adresse je recommande

Je vais ai chum régulièrement et s'est juste à côté er je doit vous dire que pour ce prix s'est très bien.je ne recherche pas le luxe mais la propreté er commodités.chambre très propre lit très confortable nous avons très bien dormie j'y retournerai sûrement

Great location, basic hotel. There’s a parking garage right behind the hotel, which was convenient. Front desk staff was friendly. When I was checking out of the room, I broke a glass cup and cut my finger. The helpful man at the front quickly gave me a couple of bandaids and some alcohol wipes. Thank you so much!

Simple but comfortable and clean hotel. Does not serve breakfast. Great location in the Quartier des Spetacles with many theaters and cinemas. Two blocks up are all taken by restaurants of many nationalities. Metro one block away with access to three lines.

Séjour du 30 septembre au 1er octobre 2022. Hôtel bien situé. Le stationnement est à tout proche à l'UQÀM, avec entrées et sorties multiples à un coût raisonnable. Chambre 405 spacieuse certes, mais elle était infestée. Voici une des vidéos que j'ai captées. L'eau chaude s'est coupée pendant 30 minutes sous la douche. La tuyauterie dans la salle de bain est bruyante. Drap mal propre et matelas à changer. L'administration en a été informée. Aucune réaction.

Hôtel très propre même si elle est âgée! Chauffage un peu trop élevée, bon prix, j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait plus de produits dans le distributeur en entrant à l'hôtel il était presque vide

Close to the airport shuttle bus and subway station. It's really old but clean. The staff is doing their best to help with your requests. Be careful with any food you might leave out, we found ants in the bathroom after a crumb fell on the floor instead of making it in the garbage pail. Our bad, indeed. Not glamorous at all, but it's doing the job if you want to stay on a budget.

We stayed 4 nights here and it was great. Not fancy but neat and clean and in a good location to be near everything. There's a metro stop nearby and plenty of places to eat. There's a full time front desk and they were always very helpful. Free ice downstairs too. Our room was very comfortable. A little problem with shower pressure occasionally but nothing terrible. We really enjoyed our stay.

L'emplacement est idéal le parking facile d'accès. Les chambres sont vraiment bien pour le prix, les lieux sont aussi très propre.

Hôtel agréable. Le style est un peu vieillot. Par contre, la literie et l'emplacement sont excellents, à proximité immédiate de restaurants et d'un métro. L'accueil est très agréable

If you want to get a room for three with a couch as a third bed, don't. Just don't do it. The beds were good but the sleeping couch was horrible.

L'hôtel est un peu vieillot, surtout le mobilier des chambres mais la literie est très confortable et la chambre est très grande ça compense l'aspect vieillot. Il est relativement bien situé mais prévoir quand même 10 à 15 min pour atteindre la place Jacques Cartier. Le gros avantage c'est qu'il est prêt de la gare d'autocars et du terminus du bus qui va à l'aéroport. Je recommande malgré tout!

5/5! I love it! Staff were so Friendly and kind! Location was great, parking was included when I booked through the Hotel’s website and king size bed and sheets were so comfy. Yes it is old, but it does not matter when everything is maintained and cleaned so well, I would stay here again and recommend anyone visiting Montreal stay here!
