Hôtel & Suites Normandin Québec

Was attending a concert at the Centre Videotron. Was within a 5 min drive from the venue. Hotel staff were very friendly and courteous.

Breakfast was free and had a decent selection! Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very affordable and clean.

Notre seule déception était que nous nous attendions à un déjeuner continental avec les gauffres et crêpes, dont ont s'était fait parlé de mais, j'imagine que les déjeuners en semaine sont différents de ceux de fin de semaine. En semaine c'est très de base.

Wi-Fi et déjeuner inclus qui est tres bon! Première expérience à Québec et jai bien appréciée! Je recommande! 2 prises pour les voitures électriques.

Je suis en fauteuil roulant depuis peu et j'ai trouvé la chambre réservée aux personnes à mobilité réduite très bien pour moi c'était super bien

La chambre n’était pas propre (poils sur la toilette et dans le bain, des petits déchets au sol)

Les chambres sont mal insonorisées, a 23: 00 d’un côté j’avais l’impression qu’on déménageait dans la chambre voisine, de l’autre côté j’entendais la télévision, le bruit des portes etc

Le déjeuner est très ordinaire, choix limité, fait l’affaire sans plus ou « wow »

L’air climatisé fait un tel bruit et de façon intermittente que j’ai du la fermer parce qu’elle me réveillait plusieurs fois dans la nuit, j’ai donc eu chaud toute la nuit.

Pas mal de bruit de la route également donc l’emplacement est un plus et un moins en même temps.

Sommes toutes pas une belle expérience et je n’y retournerai probablement pas, peu de sommeil et une chambre pas très propre.

La seul er unique chose qui m'as déranger est quand choisissant m'a chambre il me disait déjeuner compris et a l'hôtel ont m'as expliquer que j'ai réservé sur Expedia et non le site de hôtel normandin et le déjeuner n'était pas compris ok c'est pas grand chose mais quand même déçu, A 300 la nuit ne mettrait personne en faillite de fournir le déjeuner Merci

Très bien situé. À moins de 15 min du vieux Québec. Hôtel impeccable, excellente propreté de la chambre! Petit déjeuner inclus très varié! Tout était parfait!

Check in was easy, courteous staff, room was spotless and comfortable, lots of resto's close by. Located near the highway, and place De La Capital for shopping.

Très bel hôtel, personnel acceuillant, très propre. Point fort: café gratuit à la réception et location de films et jeux de société. Matelas et literie super confortable.

About 10 minutes from downtown QC. Comfortable and clean. Better pricing than the hotels downtown. Amazing breakfast included which had a good variety of food.

Hotel Normandin is a great hotel. The room was nice and clean. It did not look old fashion or out-dated like some of the other hotels we stayed at. The breakfast was acceptable, even though I think a hot egg or omelet would have been better, but overall it was ok. The price was also acceptable for the quality of the room and the hotel. Parking is also free. I recommend this hotel to travelers.

Très bel hôtel, propre et chaleureux, personnel accueillant, magnifique chambre (loft lit Queen) et lit très confortable, repas excellent au restaurant.

En fait, le choix de l'hôtel figure dans la liste des hôtels ayant une entente avec le SFPQ. De plus, l'endroit où j'avais mes rencontres étaient à 15 minutes de marche. Je n'avais pas besoin de prendre un taxi pour m'y rendre. Aussi, j'ai bien apprécié que nous ayons accès à un gym. J'ai apprécié aussi d'avoir un endroit tout proche pour souper quand je suis arrivée jeudi soir dernier.
Le seul désagrément que j'ai eu: le taxi ne m'a pas attendue au bon endroit. À l'avenir quand vous appellerez un taxi; spécifier que c'est à l'hôtel qu'il doive se rendre. J'ai manqué mon autobus au Centre-Ville. Heureusement que j'ai pu embarquer à la Garde de Sainte-Foy. Cela m'a occasionné des frais supplémentaires en taxi. Je me suis quand même bien rendue à la maison.

Walls are thin, so you'll hear people in nearby rooms and in the halls. Water in the shower would often change from hot to cold during a shower without the water temp control moving. Towels had holes in them. When trying to check-in, the front desk employees didn't even acknowledge us until a 4th person came up 10 minutes later. They do not perform housekeeping services on the weekends for "COVID reasons", which we were not informed upon check-in or anywhere on the website while booking the room. Good location, but not worth the experience we had.

I booked this placed for 3 nights Thursday thru Saturday to attend a funeral. To my surprise and disgust I was not told there would not be any room service on weekends. I had to clean the room myself, empty the trash and get fresh linens. I am coming back again next month for another funeral and was planning on a return stay. However I will never return after having paid the amount I did, they charged extra on weekends and having to clean BUT not being told or at least have something posted to let you know they would not be any room service. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed and that is very wrong and poor customer service.
