The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and modern. The gentleman we dealt with at check in was very kind and helpful. Overall a great and reasonably priced place to stay

HIGHLY recommend this great little hotel! Everyone working there was friendly, professional and welcoming! Our room/mini apartment was very clean with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and linens topnotch. The area suited us perfectly, can't wait to return!

The staff was extremely friendly, the decor of the room was new, the room was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, I couldn’t of asked for a better stay!

Very clean and spacious room. Good neighborhood to grab food or drinks. 5 minute walk for the metro to the city.

Great hotel to stay. A lot of noise from the state if you sleep at the front at night. Could do with a little more insulation.

Stayed for one night in September. Hotel is located a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Check in was seamless. The room was very spacious and extremely clean.

An impeccable hotel. Beautiful room. Without room service but with kitchen and living room. The location is stunning. The neighborhood is university and has places and shopping and nightlife. Brilliant!

The room size was appropriate and small, but it had a kitchen and was nice and clean. However, it was a bit difficult as it was located on a very large road, so there was a lot of noise from outside, including sirens, all night long.

De passage à Hôtel terasse lors de notre séjour à Montréal. Très bel hôtel, chambre très bien équipée avec petite cuisine frigo à dispo. Très spacieuse avec sofa disponibles. Situé au cartier de plateau De Mont royal. Cartier animée restaurant supermarché et boulangerie pour petit déjeuner à disposition au pied de l'hôtel. Parking privé également très sécurisant pour la voiture.

J'ai eu l'occasion de passer 3 nuits, rien à redire, excellent rapports qualité/ prix

Chambre superrrrr clean, service excellent, le staff on était tellement gentil accueillant je recommande cet hôtel à 200%
Et j’y reviendrais les yeux fermés!

Received excellent service from Victor at the reception. Nice room (suite). Hotel located in a lovely suburb, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants and retail. We will recommend this place to friends and family.

Le parking de l’hôtel était plein, si ils vous disent d’aller vous parker au « indigo » n’y allez pas, puisque quand nous voulions partir du parking un homme nous bloquait l’entrée et nous devions lui donner de l’argent alors que nous avions déjà payé pour notre parking dans l’hôtel. Service peu efficace et pas à l’écoute de ses clients. Déçu.

Personnels courtois et souriant. La chambre très propre et une très belle douche. Tout équipé pour se faire a manger.

I have been only once inside at this hotel, most of the time you don't find available rooms on a short notice at this hotel (I use Expedia). For people using wheelchairs: the hotel does not have a wheelchair adapted entrance, however the concierge allowed me to entry through the garage door and it worked perfectly! Important note for the potential clients: be aware that Cote des Neiges is a priority lane for the bus Monday to Friday, from 15: 00 to 18: 30 on the side with the hotel and 06: 00 to 09: 09 on the opposite side. In general you can stop the car in front of the hotel for 15 minutes but not in that time frame! The ticket is quite pricey: it is 312$ (2023), so in the aforementioned intervals you are not allowed to stop there, even if you are a customer of the hotel! I hope this helps

Everything Very Good about hotel. Clean and excellent room. It's a $50 cab ride from Trudeau Airport. If your staying in area great choice.
