Hôtel propre, dont les chambres sont spacieuses.
Belle piscine en intérieur avec sauna.
Petit bémol pour le petit dejeuner vraiment pas top.

Belle chambre. Petit déjeuner succint avec des croissants de supermarché pas frais voir moisis.

Juste à côté de l'autoroute mais on entend aucun bruit. Très belle chambre. Personnel d'accueil très courtois. Au début un peu déçu du déjeuner car personne pour remplir les plats vide MAIS dès qu'on a avisé tout a été rempli. C'est certain qu'on va revenir.

Joli hôtel, belles chambres bien entretenues. Pas au goût du jour, mais tout de même de bon goût. Bien insonorisé. Piscine un peu petite, mais appréciée malgré cela.

Deux bémols: peu de choix au buffet pour le déjeuner (nous sommes allés manger ailleurs) et personnel à l'accueil peu sympathique lors de notre arrivée.

Rooms are standard and clean. The pool is open from 7am until 10pm, which is great if you have children. Our boys made good use of the pool, there's a hot tub and sauna too.

Breakfast was decent and they start at 630, eggs, sausages and beans are the hot choices. The rest is the usual continental Breakfast. Location is great, right off A20 and easy access to Montreal.

Très belle hôte située un peu loin de Montereal mais du coup au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Chambre qui pue la cigarette alors que l'hôtel est non fumeur, chambre pas très bien isolée, on entend nos voisins. Impossible douvrir les fenêtres pour aérer.
Clim extrêmement bruyante même en réglage minimum avec une capacité inexistante pour refroidir.

Petit déjeuner extrêmement bas de gamme, jus d'orange infect, beans et saucisses industrielles à la limite de la nourriture pour chien.
Une salle microscopique pour tous les clients avec une seule pauvre employée débordée.

Seul point fort: les employés très aimables.

Stayed here in a pinch. Was greeted by a lovely staff member, I believe his name was Conrad. He was super friendly and very helpful. Pool was fantastic for the kids after a long day of driving. We had a great stay!

Nous avons tres bien dormis.
Le seul points négatif est le déjeuner pas beaucoup de choix. Oeufs brouillee avec saucisses et feves aux lard. Muffin, céréale le cafevest passable.

Unfortunately on check in there was a dirty facecloth behind the room door. Not a big deal, but none the less disappointing. The buffet breakfast would have been better if the place wasn't so packed and people not being polite and pushing their way in.

I can't say this was my best hotel experience on my family vacation. They took down all the old signs about masking and social distancing whe the Omicron BA5 cases are exploding in QC/Montreal right now, no need to enforce the old rules but aleast hope others will. At breakfast time they has room in the basement that was very small that customers had to stand next to each other and no one wore a mask accept for myself and wife.

Great spot to stay for cheap. Stayed during F1 race this year, decent pool and sauna for the kids. Good location for newer restaurants and amenities and shopping. Also public transit right outside the hotel. Only 20 min from downtown.

Déjeuner était pas extra, lhotel était plein de monde et ils n'arrivait pas a fournir le dejeuner pour le nombre de personnes présentes

Les femme de menage fait pas bien leur job quand tu retrouve dans ta chambre.des fille d'araignée et être obliger des enlever toi même parce quand tu telephone à la réception et quel te dit il y a pas personne ici et c'est pasoi qui va enlever ça ques que tu fait tu prand une serviette pour enlevé les fille d'araignée toi même woow quel belle place

HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND! GO TO A DIFFERENT HOTEL! They breakfast is said to be service between 07: 30 - 10: 30am on the weekends. We went for breakfast at 08: 50am and there was NO MORE FOOD at ALL!
No plates, No cutlery. Management told us to wait a few minutes, we waited 45mins and still nothing. Many guests including myself complained and were very disappointed. We paid for a hotel & paid more for breakfast yet no breakfast was available! Definitely NOT staying here again!

Very clean, quiet, people were very welcoming, friendly and really like to help. The breakfast was delicious. The swimming pool was very clean. I highly recommend it.

Staff were amazing, the place was spotless, breakfast was a little greasy but excellent none the less. If you're looking to get away to relax, it's perfect but if you're wanting to go out and do stuff, there's not much around. We went to relax and we had a great time.

SCAM! 3 hours after check out (long enough to ensure that I wouldn't be turning around and going back to dispute it in person) I received a phone call informing me that I would be charged $100 for smoking in my room. I do NOT smoke. I never have. I hate tobacco smoke with a passion. It took two days and several phone calls to get a refund. I wonder how many people will out of province plates receive the same treatment? If this review can discourage a single person from staying here, I'll consider it a win.

Very confortable and very good price, the pool was very nice especially the sauna and hot tub. Overall a very good hotel and would definitely recommend and would come again.

Le personnel était souriant et sympathique et c'est pour cela que j'ai mis 2 étoiles.
Par contre voici les problèmes que nous avons rencontré:
- reveiller a 7h du matin par la femme de menage (nous n'avions pourtant pas mis la pancarte de nettoyer)
- 8h15 reveillé par MARTEAU PIQUEUR, juste sous notre fenetre
- la couleur de l'eau du bain bouillonnant est plus que douteuse
- le petit dejeuner en chambre passable dans des contenants de plastique qu'il faut aller chercher.
Nous avions prévu cette nuit à l'hotel pour nous permettre de dormir ayant de jeunes enfants a la maison et pour les problemes rencontrer, l'hotel c'est trouvé tres genereux de nous donner un remboursement de 15$ sur 140$ de frais d'hotel. Honteux!
Je ne recommande certainement pas cet hotel, le prix ne reflète pas le service.

I had an issue with the shower It's doesn't drain, also the dryer broken. I complained at the front desk, but they didn't do anything thing. I will not go there again.

L'accueil a été exceptionnel, dommage qu'il n'y ait qu'une seule place de stationnement pour personnes handicapées, pour moi c'est un gros manque. Les couloirs sont chauds et vieillots mais les chambres sont bien. Le climatiseur est bruyant et sent la forte humidité au départ mais ça se replace. Pour le reste je ne peux pas dire, je suis arrivée il y a tout juste 2 heures.

Nice clean hotel. Beds and washrooms were also clean. Breakfast was not the best. Hotel scrabbled eggs and beans tasted watered down. Apple juice also seemed to be diluted with water (but good if you don’t like your Apple juice too sweet). FYI charge your devices using the outlet not the ones on the lamp. Wi-Fi is only for 2-3 devices.

Decent hotel that includes free parking and takeout breakfast. Breakfast wasnt great, subpar like other reviews. Has a pool and sauna. Their hot tub want hot. Wasn't impressed by their toiletries (only shampoo, soap, and shower cap; no conditioner or cream), room has a TV and fridge. Sufficient for our needs.

Belle chambre beau séjour. Maisnimpossible d'avoir accès à la.piscine, elle étaitntoyjours plein (capacité maximale Covid 10 personnes) buffet déjeuner fermé c'estbun déjeuner chaud en take out a apporter à la chambre.

We booked that motel during the Covid thing especially for the indoor pool to find out later during check in that the pool heater is down so the water went ice cold! Breakfast is garbage and there was no shower gel in restroom.

This place is just Ok.
The room I stayed was too hot and when I asked the staff to switch on the window AC, the response was “Open the room window if it’s too hot”

It is a place I feel relax. I enjoyed the atmosphere and it was nice that there was a breakfast complete breakfast. There was a swimming pool and hot tub very nice.

L'endroit est propre et confortable. Par contre, les chambres sont mal insonorisées. De plus, la vaiselle pour le déjeuné est jetable et on m'a même refusé de remplir mon thermos à café, ce que j'ai trouvé particulièrement insultant.

Personnel sympathique. Chambres confortables et bien insonnorisées. Pour les séjour à long terme, un accès aux micro-ondes est apprécié. Piscine, spa et sauna semblent bien entretenus. Beaucoup de choix pour déjeuner. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Bon hôtel. Personnel agréable et compétent. Prévoir maillot de bain car piscine d'intérieur + sauna + bain a remous. Petit inconvénient loin de la ville et de ses centres d'intérêts

Very good hotel. Clean and quiet. Nice pool and gym. The hotel offers breakfast buffet. Close to the hotel area are plenty of restaurants and is close enough to old Montreal

The pool's area is not a private area. The girl with the tattoos in the front desk is so roode. But the room is nice and clean

Most of the service was very polite and bilingual. The pool and hot tub was a nice inclusion as well as the breakfast. There are lots of options to eat.

Nous avons passé une très belle nuit, petit déjeuner sympathique et personnel attentionné. Un peu difficile d'accès en arrivant de Longueuil à cause des travaux à l'intersection pas très loin.

I called and made a reservation for a room for Tuesday night with a confirmation number but when I arrived there was no reservation. They even asked me for my 3 digit security code on the back of my credit card here. The fridge in the room won't even hold one bag of groceries it's that small lol. The shower drain is clogged so just standing in your own dirt. The food is always a moment from going bad and is rancid. I think it was like $160 for their cheapest room! I wasn't happy here.

This was an interesting experience for us. First of all nobody smiled. At all.

On our first morning there we went down to have breakfast (which was from 6: 30 to 10). At 10: 05 we were asked to leave.in French. It was obvious I didn't really speak much French, although I definitely understood the words and attitude (dépêchez vous? Not the most polite) but the lady made no effort to accommodate us. I said ok. 2 minutes later the first lady brought another one who also spoke to us explaining something in French, this time I didn't really understand most of it although she was obviously telling us to go. Again no effort to speak in English. Interestingly the next morning people were coming to the breakfast room up until 9: 55.people were there until way after 10.

The lock on our door had been removed. We put a do not disturb sign on the door so we wouldn't.you know.be disturbed. At about 11 we got a know on the door that woke us up. My husband went to open the door but before he got there a women just entered our room! She handed him a paper that said although they respect our do not disturb sign we had until 1pm to ask for room cleaning and 8 to ask for towels.now I'm no hotel manager but in my mind it would save a lot of trouble if they could just include these little tidbits in the rooms to begin with. But also how can anyone just barge into a room and invade someone's privacy like that?

The tv didn't work.we got a signal for a total of about 40-45 minutes in 2 and a half days.

The breakfast was nothing fancy but simple and filling. And the rooms were clean.

I have gone through the responses to the reviews on this "hotel" (I've traveled a lot and this feels nothing like a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star motel), and I'm guessing someone will respond to me defensively, perhaps with the tiniest hint of aggression. But I guess we'll have to wait and see

La litterie est confortable, la salle de bain est propre.
Le seul bémol viendrait des portes intérieures de chambre à chambre qui ne sont pas tout à fait assez insonorisées.
