Emplacement parfait. Chambre confortable. Service excellent à la réception! J'avais un congrès et j'ai pu laisser mes bagages en consigne et les récupérer avec ma voiture à la fin de ma journée.

Hotel was decent, room was a bit small and minimalist, but if you have a scent allergy, DO NOT come to this hotel. They actually pump perfume into the HVAC system in the lobby (concierge told me), I could barely breathe. It’s very strong: (
They only have Valet parking and it’s very slow.

The staff was absolutely exceptional! Especially considering how busy the weekend was.
It was fun & pro-active of a hotel; they really aced it!

Overall clean hotel and nice decor but your elevators are extremely slow and are an inconvenience for I believe all your customers. Having my sugar, coffee creamer and stir sticks in the room would also be nice and standard anywhere else.

Zero1 Hotel: Where 'zero' seems to be the theme. From the pungent aroma of rotten eggs that welcomed us, to the impressive collection of stains on bed sheets and curtains, this place truly redefines 'experience'. They took a creative approach to interior design with strategically placed holes in the walls and a broken window that lets in the 'fresh' city air. And let's not forget the enlightening encounter with the manager, a masterclass in terrible experiences. On the bright side, the staff attempted kindness amidst the chaos. A stay here guarantees memories you'll want to forget.

Hotel in perfect position to visit the city, exceptional view (we had a room on the twelfth floor) kind staff

Chambre sale, micro-onde sale, matériaux vétustes et non-entretenus, keycards qui se désactivent sans arrêt, personnel incompétent, responsable désagréable.

Great location and reasonable rates.
Rooms could use some updating, furniture is in decent condition - but well worn. After the third day of no maid service we had to call (twice) for some clean towels and more coffee pods/sugar/creamer.

This hotel had a really cool vibe, dark walls and ceiling just added to the atmosphere. Located within walking distance to Notre-Dame and lots to see in Old Montréal, McDonalds and Tim’s near by, nightlife near by. Rooms were small but clean and very comfortable with fridge, extra sink lots of storage. Staff really friendly! Recommend using the valet service, just way more handy than walking to the parking garage. Loved my stay would stay there again!

Our stay was fascinating, the staff very attentive and Claudia more than that, her attention is more than excellent! I would return without a doubt.

Requested service was not fulfilled, housekeeping service. Brought to the manager’s attention and was able to remedy the situation.

Prepare for frustration at every turn in this hotel. The night shift front desk specializes in unfriendly rudeness, instantly souring your mood. And don't be shocked when they conveniently enforce puzzling policies during check-in. If you have disabilities, forget about empathy – they couldn't care less. The management team? A textbook example of ineffectiveness, ignorance, and deception. As for the rooms, "shabby" is an understatement for the depressing atmosphere. Plus, if you're not fluent in French, brace yourself for an even tougher time. Superior alternatives are just around the corner. Your getaway deserves much more than this headache of a hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Everything else has been a bad experience for me. I had a bad experience at check-in when the reception gave me 2 rooms in a row that were not cleaned at all. They explained to me that because the housekeeping service was only 1 person, it was quite slow but there was no apology. I can sympathize with the mistake, but they never apologized. But if you need to find a hotel right in the city center and most comfortable, the location here is definitely not to be missed!

Hotel is below standard has microvawe but no cutlery or kitchenware. Bathroom shower was tiny. Everything is in plastic. Coffee machine not working. Although the bed is comfortable, less convenience than a condo airbnb for the price. Room is smaller than in the picture showed on website.

Hotel lobby smells like sewage. The hotel only has 1 elevator that everyone uses including house keeping so it keeps on stopping nonstop. Furniture in room needs to be replaced, there is soo much wear and tear on it. I’ve never seen a hotel so eager to charge for early check in, 2 hours early: $50 come back an hour later for early check in: $50 when the hotel is clearly empty. To charge almost 30% of a nights stay for early checkin, what a complete joke. The Fairmont down the street charges $50 for early checkin and that is a much more an expensive rate. Tbh very disappointed with the stay, the hotel room was clean but I truly wish this hotel just stopped wanting to charge you as much money as possible instead of making the guest comfortable and providing good service.

The rooms walls are paper thin and you can clearly hear people’s conversations at a normal volume from another room. So there’s no way you can watch something in your devices at any volume. The location is great. The front desk staff are not knowledgeable about the public transit. If you’re in the hospitality industry, you should know at least how to purchase bus fare to help out tourists.

We had some problems with a/c with our first room on 10th floor, we were quickly changed to a room on 8th floor which had the same problem, someone came to try to fix it,
No luck, so we didn't sleep well for the 2 nights we were there, wouldn't definitively go back there
