Les chambres sont propres, le bar était fermer à notre arriver à 22h et le lendemain aussi, le déjeuner était tièdes presque froid sur certaine choses.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 7 years and I always enjoy it. The service is amazing and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is not included, but it's worth paying extra for. I only have one small qualm and that is with the sound-proofing of the rooms. I was woken up a few times either by people in the next-door room or people shouting in the hallways. Even so, it was only about 10% of the time that it happened and I still really enjoy my stay at Hotel10.

If you drive, your in bad luck. This place uses valet parking only, and getting your car past certain times, is a hell zone. DO NOT COME HERE if you drive

My Thule roof box was damaged by the valet. I have been talking to them for months now to get it replaced. They have said they would reimburse me, but now they are ghosting me. Is this what a person should expect at Hotel 10?

Hotel is well located. Much can be reached on foot. Cleanliness is fine. My room was very large. Safe, coffee and hygiene items available. Unfortunately no water bottle, that's actually standard. WiFi works perfectly and login is easy. I can't say anything about food, fitness, etc. I did not use this service. I had a room facing the street. This is something to hear. It didn't bother me. But if you need absolute silence while sleeping, you should take this into account. There is sometimes a small queue at check-in. But it will be processed quickly. I can recommend this hotel

Great location in Montréal's center. Some rooms have bathtubs, which is a really nice touch. It can be a bit noisy; also, some rooms can get too hot in the non-winter months.

Spacious and comfortable rooms right next to downtown: the brunch is amaizing and there is a gym downstairs.

Typical hotel room, everything as expected with nicely updated bathroom. Concierge and staff were very attentive and helpful. Loved the adjoining café, and the location was perfect for us to visit Old Montréal and still get to other parts of the city. Valet and parking services were a bit complicated to navigate, but again, staff was very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

What an absolute trainwreck. Long weekend here was a complete nightmare.

Staff didn't clean our room once. They knocked once, I was busy and they never came back.

The front desk was unhelpful, charging me $20 for breakfast they told me was included. When I said I didn't know, they said "it's only 20 bucks, come on! ".

Then they almost lost our car keys for the "valet" that was late, that we had to go point our keys out because they thought they lost them.

STAY AWAY.way more hotels worth this insanely overpriced stay.

Quel naufrage absolu. Le long week-end ici a été un cauchemar complet.

Le personnel n'a pas nettoyé notre chambre une seule fois. Ils ont frappé une fois, j'étais occupé et ils ne sont jamais revenus.

La réception n'était pas serviable, me facturant 20 $ pour le petit-déjeuner, ils m'ont dit qu'il était inclus. Quand j'ai dit que je ne savais pas, ils ont dit "c'est seulement 20 dollars, allez! ".

Ensuite, ils ont failli perdre nos clés de voiture pour le "voiturier" qui était en retard, que nous avons dû aller signaler nos clés car ils pensaient les avoir perdues.

RESTE LOIN.bien plus d'hôtels qui valent ce séjour incroyablement cher.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. The beds are on the softer side which I prefer.

The cleaning ladies and superbly nice. The breakfast staff was also nice and helpful.

The front desk staff has some terrible elements. My impression was they don't care and if they don't care why should I care about staying here.

Do not recommend.

Very nice hotel. Very clean. Centrally located, you can walk to many places from here. Good food are just blocks away.

Nice place, in a great location for our travel. Room had a few minor issues that didn't really affect our stay. Would stay here again if we come back to Montreal.

Good spot downtown. Very convenient for business in the area. Good valet service and the massage at the salon Tais was amazing.

I stayed a weekend in April. My wife and I loved this Gem. Great location, very clean rooms and friendly staff. Look forward to coming back.

Depuis 2019, je suis une fidèle cliente de cet hôtel à la décoration soignée, aux chambres confortables et conviviales, au bon rapport qualité/prix, à la propreté exemplaire, à la situation géographique idéale au centre-ville, au personnel courtois et accueillant. Cette fois-ci, la suite 238, la Suite Godin, a été parfaite en tout points en répondant à mes attentes et à mes besoins.

I hardly ever write reviews for businesses but I felt like I had to for this hotel. I stayed in this hotel with my sister from December 29-January 2,2023 to celebrate New Years. We were visiting from Toronto and we picked this hotel for the fact that it is located in downtown Montreal. The hotel itself is very beautiful, colorful and upscale. There is even a bar inside the hotel along with fancy paintings and the option to buy alcohol and non alcoholic drinks from the reception.

When we checked into the hotel and arrived in our suite, we noticed that the room was very cold. When we sat down on the bed, we also noticed that there was human hair on the bed that was not properly cleaned by the hotel maids prior to our arrival. Also, when we had put our drinks in the mini fridge in the suite, we noticed that the fridge was set at VERY low temperature and that there was no way for us to adjust the temperature. Our drinks and food were very warm because of this.
Also, there was no microwave inside the suite so we could not heat up our food.

Across the street, there is a Esso gas station that has a Tim Hortons located inside the gas station which is great if you would prefer to buy drinks and snacks there, however, during our stay, there were multiple police cars that were at the gas station for numerous types of incidents at different times. Which made us feel very unsafe during our stay at the hotel.

Another thing was the fact that there was no valet service between the hours of 11pm-7am. For the price of parking ($45/day), one would expect that there would be 24/7 valet service available.

The absolute worst experience out of this entire review we experienced was the early morning of Saturday December 31. My sister and I were in the lobby of the hotel and we were discussing amongst ourselves as to where we should go in the area. Moments later, a unknown individual who was sitting behind a computer near the hotel reception counter who was later identified as hotel staff, "Marv". Marv interjected our conversation and told us that most bars and clubs close at 3am in the area. This was great information to know but we felt that it was super creepy that Marv was listening to our conversation and felt the need to interject when we did not directly ask him for advice. It got worse from here. My sister had wanted me to take some photos of her in the hotel lobby entrance area. I decided to ask Marv to do so. Marv agreed to take photos of my sister using my sister's cellphone and I had walked away to take a look at the hotel's art gallery. While Marv was taking photos of my sister as I asked him to do, he was typing something on my sister's cellphone. Afterwards, he pulled out his own cellphone and was typing something on his cellphone. My sister started to become suspicious and uncomfortable and had asked him for her cellphone back and Marv did not pass her cellphone back to my sister. When my sister asked Marv what he was typing on her cellphone, Marv responded with ''I know of this good snapchat filter''. Shortly after, I came back and Marv was still taking photos of my sister. Marv was nice enough to offer to take pictures of both me and my sister and pictures of myself alone. All using my sister's cellphone camera. After that experience, Marv had walked back to the reception area and I sat on the couch near the reception area. 20 Minutes later, my sister and I decided to leave the lobby to go to our suite. When we entered our suite, my sister noticed that a unknown individual with the screen name 'marv-e6" who ended up being Marv had added her on Snapchat, viewed her snapchat story and messaged her. Marv told my sister that he found her to be attractive. My sister told him that she had a husband and then blocked him right after.

Overall, if you enjoy hearing police sirens every 5mins, not having a microwave and a fridge not working, as well as coming across creepy employees then this is the hotel for you.
