Les prix sont plutôt élevés pour la qualité des aliments. La cuisson de mon steak n’étais pas adéquate, mais merci à notre serveuse karine qui a été en mesure de remédier à la situation rapidement.

Si vous êtes à/ visitez Hull: hautement recommandé pour manger un bon steak, mexican, méditerranéen ou pour avoir un drink avec une bonne qualité de service, et si vous tombez sur Amy vous serez bien servis.

The only reason I'm even giving this place a 2 star is because the waitress was very nice and gave good service. If I had to rate this place on the food alone, definitely a 1 star. I ordered a steak plate and asked for it well done, the wait time was extremely long (but I do agree it was a very busy night), finally got my plate, cut into my steak and its completely red inside. So I tell the waitress which she agreed that I did ask for well done, she takes it back and comes back a few minutes later with my plate. My steak was burned to a crisp, like charcoal burnt. My son was starving at that point so I didn't return the plate and ate what I could from it which was very salty mashed potatoes.

All in all, will never return. And I would suggest that the chef maybe go learn a thing or two from the keg and how to cook steak. Waste of 70$.

Je n'aime pas l'emplacement en haut pour les groupes. Trop isolé et la vue est affreuse.

La nourriture était excellente, le mardi mexi est un bon concept. Notre serveuse Selena était très bonne et toujours souriante. J'ai l'intention d'y retourner très bientôt.

The service was very slow. It wasn't worth the drive from south Ottawa to Gatineau. Food was good but nothing special.

Bravo à tous les employés. Nous n'avions pas de réservation et l'employée å l'accueil, nous a trouvé une place, un samedi soir. De l'entrée au plat principal, tout était excellent. Serveuses compétentes et sympathiques. Nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Le manger était excellent. Un bon steak cuit exactement comme je voulais. Pour le service c'était un peu lent. Et les jupes des serveuses un peu trop court. Quand elle doit toujours la descendre quand elle ce penche pour ramasser quelque chose c'est que c'est trop court.
L'atmosphère est parfaite pas trop éclairé mais pas trop sombre non plus.

Houston Avenue Bar & Grill is definitely a great place to go and to enjoy a delicious food (I like the salmon with spinach salad with strawberry and the filet mignon). Good environment, excelent service and, if you don't need to go back to work, ask for some beers or a good wine! Cheers!

Je dois dire j'ai été agréablement surpris!
L'atmosphère est très bien, la nourriture est bonne avec des portions généreuse et notre serveuse était vraiment gentille (Magalie je crois).
La seule petite chose qui ma déçu est la grosseur du cocktail, je m'attendais a un plus gros verre pour 12$.
Je vais retourner souper à ce resto et je le recommande!

First time tonight and am so disappointed that we didn't eat here before! Waitress (Catherina?) was great. Food was AHmazing! The decor was beautiful super chill atmosphere. For 2 adults, filet mignon steak, Philly Cheese Steak sandwich, 2 drinks each and tip less than $200. So worth every penny and will be back soon no doubt! TY!

Such a great atmosphere, our sever was super friendly and the food was amazing. I had the Mediterranean Salmon at our servers suggestion and even though I had the tiniest bit left I still got it to go. Amazing flavours, service, and especially environment. Would recommend.

Bonne ambiance quoique un peu bruyant avec la rue juste à côté. Malgré tout agréable le concept de salle "plastifiée". Beaucoup d'espace et chaufferettes un peu partout dans cet espace!

Restaurant avec une bonne ambiance, et bien aménagé. Le service de notre serveuse Zoé était impeccable, et elle était très gentille! Plusieurs choix de cocktails (même des personnalisés). Le steak et toute la nourriture est vraiment délicieuse!

New to the area and we are trying out all the restaurants. We loved our order from Houston Bar & Grill and were seriously impressed. We took delivery and it arrived quickly and warm. Steak was amazing. My husband loved his meal too. My only wish would be more vegetables. The side seemed a little light.

Excellent service! Food was awesome with a good quantity. As a group of 6 we all had different things and everyone was very pleased with how everything tasted! Highly recommend stopping into Houstons when you arw in the area!

Meilleur restaurant à Hull, la nourriture est excellente et délicieuse, les cocktails sont très bons, le service est exceptionnel (merciii Emilie) et la terrasse est très belle.

Good food. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy game night. Servers were great. Environment is very nice.

Delicious food and drinks but they need to work on service, it was slow getting drinks. Besides that everything else was great awesome atmosphere and friendly service.

We got the tataki and the steak and fries.

The tataki was great. The presentation and the seasoning was on point. No complaints there. I was actually quite impressed.

The steak however was insanely dry. I don't know how they thought it was acceptable to serve this garbage. I was having so much trouble just cutting it with the steak knife and it was so hard to chew. It also tasted burnt. The way they massacred this unfortunate piece of meat should be a criminal offense.

The vegetables were bland. Like there was no sauce or seasoning. Just boiled or steamed. It's honestly just really lazy cooking.

The sweet potato fries were amazing though. I'd recommend. Crispy on the outside and just the right amount of seasoning to compliment the sweetness of the potato.

Superbe expérience! L'entrée de crevettes est à s'en lécher les doigts! Que dire du service exceptionnel que j'ai reçu de la part de ma serveuse qui était également la barmaid. Le propriétaire est passé nous saluer, très gentil à lui. Quant à la jeune femme à l'accueil, beau sourire et une belle gentillesse. Nous allons y retourner plus souvent! Agréable soirée.

Vendredi dernier, on s’est fait servir par Catherine et comme d’habitude le service était excellent, elle nous porte toujours à vouloir revenir décompresser avec sa personnalité rayonnante. La macreuse et l’entrée du tartare de saumon était également à la hauteur de nos attentes! Les drinks sont tellement bons qu’on ne peut résister à en prendre un deuxième et un troisième. Cathou sait toujours nous plaire avec notre mojitos au framboise!

Very Clean place. Full Covid-19 protocol, proper spacing and required spacing exercised. Surfaces disinfected between customers. Impeccable customer service. Food quality and preparation above average. Dishes look and taste appetizing. Management very customer oriented.

Do not order the Houston poutine unless you absolutely love salt. It is a mountain of salt. Even if you order the regular poutine, the amount of salt is not eatable! Lower the amount of salt, it is absolutely ridiculous!

Service wise was quite nice and apologetic for the food. Friendly, nice, our server was very sweet. She went above and beyond, which made up with the terrible poutine.

Went there to celebrate a birthday in my family. The waitress we had was really helpful and had a good timing, but her attitude was off and she wasn't smiling that much (compared to the other waitresses). But that's all I have to say, she was a good waitress anyway

The nachos were okay (a little dry, probably overcooked), but the tartars were not super good (we had the shared plate). There was peas and corn in one of them. Just why (didn't tasted good) ? The other twos were fine, but not a lot of flavors. Not worth the price to be honest.

The food was really good and reasonably priced but the extras are way overpriced and the waitresses offered them without mentioning these were extra $. Eg Do you want mushrooms with your steak? Cost me upwards of 200$ for a steak dinner, no dessert.

California salad was next level! Loved it!
Ordered a medium rare steak too, was meehh.

Waitresses were a bit rude from the start, no etiquette at all. My sweet potato was good just too salty.

I was really surprised when I saw the other ratings for this place.

It was a slow time at the airport clearly. But we were quickly seated and the waiter was really good. Gave us a quick opinion on several dishes my wife was considering.

The food was a bit slow for the airport but we had told them we weren't in a hurry.

The chicken burger was delicious as were the sweet potato fries. My wife's salad was great.

If this was a regular downtown restaurant this would be 4 stars. Considering it was at the airport it gets 5

Great ambiance, the staff was amazing. But the food was way to salty. I would of thought that the food would have been better at such a high end restaurant.

Nice place but the food is salty like crazy. The waitress are fast and smiley even during the busy night.

Haven't been to this specific location before but it was busy in the evening and we were able to get seated pretty quick. The steaks tasted great and the server checked in on us for another pint and the quality of food. She also discussed about the Chefs special for today for appetizers and main courses.

Not upscale food and definitely not ‘classy’. Prices bloated and overdone to give the impression of gourmet dining. I ordered over 70$ in takeout and they gave me fries instead of the Caesar salad I ordered. No idea the caloric of nutritional value of their menu items. Food seems likely to have been flash frozen (not good). Shoddy physical location not accessible in the middle of a run down parking lot beside a tire centre.

Mon expérience n'a pas été superbe lors de ma dernière visite. Rendu à notre table notre premier bonjour a été de nous demander de quitter pour 20: 05. Pas que l'on prenait trop de place car nous n'étions que 2 personnes. Mon amie a commandé son steak saignant et moi médium-saignant. Elle a reçu son steak médium saignant et moi cuit sur les bords mais le reste pas du tout cuit, juste un petit peu chaud. Ok, il me l'on changé mais le temps que ça arrive mon amie avait déjà presque terminer son repas.

Had a nice Friday evening dinner with friends at Houston. Friendly staff suggested the spinach and salmon salad which was awesome.

Criss de marde.apres 1hres 30 on ns à servir que nos nachos. Nous sommes partie sans manger et il ns ont charger ce que ns avons reussis a avoir. Bande de criss de pas bon. Faite attention en plus le parking etait vide.

Steve and his staff were inviting and really made our visited amazing. The tartar trio is a must have. Thanks for an amazing experience.

Le service était en effet assez lent. J’apprécie qu’on revienne me servir de l’eau au cour du repas ce qu’ils n’ont pas fait ici. Nourriture pas extraordinaire pour le prix. J’ai pris le fish and chips et tout est devenu “soggy” rapidement car le poisson était trop mouillé. Les frites étaient bonne. La serveuse était gentille même si la qualité du service manquait.

Nous étions un groupe au 2e étage, il y avait des prises de courant en plein milieu de la place entre les tables. Ceci est extrêmement dangereux. J'espère que le management verra a corriger ceci car quelqu'un est tombé!

Was not that impress. The ice tea i ordered was warm and tasted like water. I had requested lost of ice but did not get much. The waitress seamed confused. U had to pay first before getting your drink. The skirt on the waitress was so short and tight u could see everything. In this day and age this should no longer be require. Why does a woman need to wear a skirt that short and tight to serve people. Management should be reviewing the policy on how a woman need to dress to serve food. I was uncomfortable.

I had several things at this restaurant and everything was fantastic and strongly recommend. The melted brie for appetizer was so delicious, the cranberries, walnut, and arugula made it such a pleasant blend. For my main meal I had the filet mignon with roasted potatoes, phenomenal. For dessert I had the lime pie which was great with a coffee! For drinks I had the peach sangria, nothing negative from me for my meal tonight, everything was great!

Went on a Sunday for my birthday and it turns out they have this amazing $25 special. My husband had the calamari (the best he's ever had!) and I had the Ceasar salad as appetizers, then we selected the burger and the steak frites (loved it). The desserts were really good too! We went back on mother's Day and we we not disappointed!

Bel ambiance. La bouffe est bien. Les steaks on ne se trompe pas. Par contre jai trouvé les ribs ordinaire. Belle carte de drinks à des prix raisonnable.

Le service est décevant. Quelques barmaids ont l'air blasées surtout une qui je crois s'appelle Ariane. Désolée mais j'étais une régulière et le changement de menu happy hour et le piètre service me rendre très irrégulière.

Usually go here on Fridays for lunch. It is a casual restaurant with a fancy glare to it. Food is good and delicious but a bit pricey. The waitresses are very good and service is quick. If you go with a large party you may have to wait a while for your food.

Absolutely loved it! Amazing service with kind and down to earth staff! Everyone was happy to help if needed. The food was exquisite and not too expensive! I definitely recommend anyone to go there to try it! I would give it a 6* if I could!

Food was really good but not hot when it reached our table. Coleslaw needs to be revisited - not good. They need a better dishwasher - spots on our dishes. Service was friendly. Price was adequate.

Il faut aimer le genre de l'endroit, ce qui n'était pas mon cas. Les serveuses écourtichées, l'éclairage unique en gros néon rouge à l'intérieur ne font vraiment pas de l'endroit un idéal pour une soirée en amoureux disons. La nourriture était très bonne au moins!
