I HAVE A LONG LIST OF WHY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE BUT THE LADY IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL VERY RUDE, AND SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE WAS DOING TO ANYONE WHO LIVES IN LACHINE PLEASE DO NOT GO TO HR BLOCK IN THAT AREA SHE IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

J'ai pris la peine de prendre rendez-vous par internet en français la veille. J'arrive et la madame avec qui j'ai rendez-vous est occupé avec son boss. Je demande à être servie en francais, mais on me refile quand même à une madame qui ne parle pas un mot de français. Elle veut traduire avec son téléphone? Ils sont très gentils, mais c'est une blague. Je ne viens pas acheter du pain je viens faire mes impôts. Je me suis sentie humilié et je suis partie. Je ne vais jamais y retourner. Je vais faire mes impôts moi-même.

I went to do my taxes and the woman who took care of me was really nice but barely spoke any english or french. I took an appointment 2 days before in person for 2 oclock and when i showed up they told me my appointment was at 1 oclock i still had the card with me saying it was in fact a 2.
We did my taxes and it took a good 2 and a half hour which is ridiculously time consuming.
Poor service but the lady was still smiling and nice.

RIDICULE! J'ai appeler avec mon cell, je parle a une madame qui comprend a moitie le francais, je pose une question tres claire, si jai un retour d'impot est-ce que il a un payment fait sur place ou a l'instant.tres simple comme question non? Perte de temps total!

Very nice people, Terrible service. I had to come back twice because system wasent working, and again because he forgot to give me back documents. This guy was very lost and confused the hole time. Very Expensive for poor service. Never again.
