H&R Block

This is my second year doing taxes with H&R block and I'm very satisfied. I participated in a free tax clinic at a university and they made errors (you get what you pay for!). Thankfully I didn't send the forms out and M. Rafas helped me file the taxes correctly. He is very patient and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help!

I came on sunday 30th Apr at 6PM, they had alrdy closed at 5PM, but they exceptionally accepted to receive me. After finalizing with the previous customer, Fadwa handled my file and by 7PM my taxes were submitted.
I received a top notch service from her and also from her colleague at the reception.

Ive been filing taxes at this branch for 10 years. I was given an appt for 4pm with a Elinor. When I arrived the receptionist told me to wait for 10 mins because the previous client wasnt done. When checked with her after 10 mins she told me it would take another 15 mins. All this after taking an appt! Never going back

Went to file our tax for the first time at this HR Block location. The price given to us included a "tranquility basic plan", which was never suggested to us. This added fee is an option and when we asked the lady who made us pay what was the fee about, she proceed by saying that she always includes this price to all of her customers, even without them knowing.

She then said that usually we could pay up to 200$ for our tax filing which is ridiculous because we did our tax the previous years by professionals and it didn't cost that much.

We also only had 1 T4 document and a Relevé 1, which are basic documents.

Very disappointed by the service received as well, she was rude.

I hate tax season but luckily Samar always makes it such a seamless experience. Not to mention Pamela is so friendly. Thank you.you guys are great team!

Always had fast and professional service. All staff are very attentive, polite and highly professional. I recommend them to everyone!
