They lost/misplaced my documents for 6 weeks with radio silence. Once I reached out they were able to get my taxes in order within a few days with no information on what was the problem in the first place. Then still have the audacity to charge me 100$ to do my taxes as if they’re doing me favour. Absolute Garbage. Waste of time. Never again in my life.

Went this morning, without an appointment, with documents for my four family members, to have our tax filings prepared. Had a 5 minute conversation with an employee who speaks French with an accent and who does not want to speak English. (I don't mind speaking in French, but this person's accent made me think they might be more comfortable in English, but no.) I could not get a clear answer about whether I could leave all my family's documents with the employee or whether I needed to provide their signatures first, and I could not get a clear answer about how long an appointment I would need to schedule if I wanted to explain all my family's documents in one sitting (4 hours? 2 hours?) I was not convinced that the process would go smoothly, so I left. Your mileage may vary.

Elle est vraiment tres profesionnelle et par ce fait donne une trés bonne image de la compagnie.

Terrible service. Just glad I walked away because no one attended me after waiting 30min past scheduled time.
