My battery light came on as I was driving from work. Thankfully, I was able to get home. When I called Bernard, he graciously drove to my place to diagnose the car. The car needed to be towed to his place and he got it back to running again. I highly recommend his top notch expertise. You won’t be disappointed. Bernard always provided great service and was accommodating to my strange hours due to work. I remember a time when he provided me with a loaner for free so I could get to work when my car was being repaired. Being a cheapskate, cost effective alternatives were provided when i could not afford the overhaul. I recommend this shop, great guy!

Had my car towed because it was not running. I had replaced the fuel pump due to the car having starting issues, after my install the car would not start so I knew it had to do with the re assembly of the fuel pump. I made it clear that spark plugs were new and specified it was a fuel pump issue. I was charged $230 to basically re assemble the fuel pump assembly due to an O ring that had not seated properly. I also had removed engine cover and removed back seat, so everything was already easily accessible. I will NEVER ever go back to this place and I strongly suggest you find somewhere else if you need any work done. An honest garage would have charged one hour of labor not two under these circumstances.

Had my BMW serviced there costed 1800$ to get handbrake fixed and all rotors changed and new pads. Ok i understand. When I asked to see the parts they changed which is my legal right. They said they were in the metal container and never bothered to show them. So In my head there are parts that they didn’t change. Completely illegal procedure. Watch out.

My experiences with Hudson Auto Tech have always been positive. They are knowledgeable, honest and kind.

Joe runs a professional quality shop. I've always been called ahead for the go-ahead on pricier repairs, been given details when I ask questions, he has offered me affordable alternatives, and has even fit me into his schedule when I needed my vehicle back quickly. Been fixing my vehicles for almost 20 years and he has kept all of my beaters alive! Sure you can go somewhere for cheaper, but Joe's work is worth the price, and more affordable in the long run.

Avoid like the plague! My 77 year-old mother went there to get the gas level sensors changed, they put in the part upside down! They never bothered to check to see if it was working just let her drive away. $265 in labour.then when she put gas in and realized it wasn't working they told her it must be something else to come back and we'll figure out what the problem is.she went to someone else and it cost her $100 to have the fuel pump taken out and the sensor put on right side up.when she went back to them all they did was look at her with a blank stare and shrug their shoulders.no offer to compensate
her.either they put it in upside upside down on purpose or they're unbelievably incompetent. At the very least they should have offered to pay for repairing their repair. Ripping off an old lady, well done!
