Worst online service of all time, ordered a perfume online they use an unkown shipping conpany they dont even have a website, had to wait 2 weeks to get refunded cause i never got my package they seriously need to change to a proper shipping company like fedex or ups cause its ridiculous

Good store but some of the staff has an attitude problem. I was told off rudely for trying out a few shirts before buying them. The lady literally through her hands in the air and exasperated when she saw me trying out a few shirts. Seemed to be worried about folding them back again. Plus no service There was another cashier with head scarf who was much nicer. Maybe it's better to just buy online. Will avoid this store in the future its a pity because they have good stuff

La dame au comptoir Chanel (cheveux noir) est dotée d’un service à la clientèle pitoyable et je pèse mes mots. Je suis la seule cliente au comptoir et je lui fais signe que j’ai besoin d’assistance. Elle me voit, me hoche la tête, et continue de parler au téléphone (un appel personnel je tiens à préciser). J’attends une bonne quinzaine de minutes pour que finalement une employée d’un autre comptoir vient m’aider, mais, comme ce n’est pas son département, elle demande à la dame pour le produit que je recherche et celle-ci la répond bêtement, l’oreille toujours bien attachée à son portable. Vraiment aller au La Baie du Carrefour Laval, de grâce, si vous voulez obtenir un service à clientèle digne de ce nom. Par contre, je remercie l’employée qui m’est venue en aide malgré tout!

J'ai acheté des robes de la marque Leota sur le site en ligne de LaBaie. Deux de celles-ci n'allaient pas.j'ai voulu les retourner à LaBaie. Il m'ont dit que parce que c'est expédié par la compagnie "Marketplace", sous-traitant de LaBaie, je dois m'arranger avec eux. Résultat: si je veux un retour je dois envoyer les robes à mes frais à LasVegas (ÉU) où se trouve le bureau chef et attendre 2 semaines pour qu'un crédit soit porté à mon compte. Vraiment déplorable de LaBaie qui ne permet pas le même service que si j'avais acheté la robe en magasin. Dans ce cas, j'aurais pu facilement la retourner à LaBaie. Je vous prie de prendre action sur ce sujet.

Their online customer service is worst than ever now. Never order from their website. Because, their customer support is not helpful and they will not coordinate with you. I already lost my money on their online order. They never resolved it and in addition they disrespected me on call and this is very serious. They don’t care about their online customer. Very poor customer service. Well, it is okay about money but, they should respect their customers atleast. They need to talk with them and resove this issue. Customer service charge Is always associated when we order something and when they disrespect their customers it’s very immature. I highly recommend to not but from their online services.

First and last visit in this branch.the man in the front thats checking the vaccine passport was rude, instead of being patient for the costumers to take out their passport & id he made a rude gesture to me. It was an unpleasant experience and I didnt feel welcome in the store.

Aucuns service téléphonique, on appel et faites le 2 pour entendre les choix de différents départements… je choisis un département… désolé personne n’es disponibles pour pus répondre ou… désolé le choix du poste est invalide (même si c’était dans la description). On fait comment pour savoir si un produit est disponible en magasin et non en ligne…? J’espère qu’un Representant va lire et répondre à mon questionnement!

Service Client catastrophique, venu demander une etampe (adresse de magasin) pour la garantie d'une montre G-shock le magasin n'a finalement pas trouvé de tampon après 45min d'attente à me faire balader de rayon en rayon de service en service. Je repars sans réponse à mes attentes pourtant très simple à satisfaire! Ridicule

Visited this store in Rockland mall on Friday. The quality of the clothing is good but the prices are way too high. Even Winter leftover clothing is very expensive at this time of the year particularly when they don't have full assortment of sizes and colors.

I experienced the worst customer service EVER by Marie Claude at the Clarins counter in the cosmetics section at the Rockland Bay. This woman was extremely rude, disrespectful in so many ways and unprofessional. She harassed us and was discriminating when she overheard me and my friend speaking a different language she screamed at us and I quote: «  We’re not allowed to speak in a different language ». She was threatening and refused to return items I purchased within 30 days that were sealed when I have a 90 days guarantee with my Bay credit card, she refused to call a manager when requested and best of all was slamming the pos machine when serving me. She also didn’t respect the hygiene protocols as she wasn’t fully wearing her mask when we live in a COVID era. These aren’t the standards of service that the bay is known for. I was traumatized by this experience.

I’m very disappointed the ladies at the watches section are so rude and don’t want to help they make you feel bad for wanting to bye staring at you like you make them work. They seem unhappy and rude I couldn’t have a bag to put my things in it because she was lazy to find one at the back. What’s wrong with people!

Ordered a very special something, given and eta of 3 to 5 days. But when I get the confirmation it might be delayed because Purolators very busy. You should mention that stuff before you’ve completed your order. Three days later I get an email that they’ve sold out and my order was cancelled. How does it take 3 days to figure out you don’t have anymore of something, but it takes 3 to 5 days to get it?

I have spent a lot of money over the years at The Bay and for some reason they closed my Rewards account and say there is nothing they can do to give me my points back. It certainly was not due to inactivity and I cannot get in touch with anyone who can help

Overall good store, until one cashier refused take a return I had to do, even though I was told I can return it as long as the tags were on. Few minutes later, when to speak to the store manager and she accepted the return.

The service is worst in women's clothing section, there are some cashier they don't know how to talk with customers.today we went there to exchange a winter jacket that we bought 6 days ago and there is a lady first she said she will exchange it and then she said she can't the jacket is dirty she talk to us very badly but the customer service they took it back they didn't find it dirty

La baie ne nous a jamais remboursé plus de 400 $ d'articles retournés depuis 2 mois. Ils nous ont juste volé. Le plus triste, c'est que j'aurais été arrêté sur-le-champ si j'avais volé même 10 $. Mais la grande cie labaie s'en tire. Labaie.pourriez-vous me rendre mon argent. Cela fait plus de 2 mois maintenant

Je ne pouvais pas trouver des vêtements qui m’allaient bien. Tout était beaucoup trop petit! Un peu désorganisé. Il y avait une bonne sélection d’articles pour la maison, mais ça coûtait cher. La caisse était la pire.deux caissières qui s’occupaient de grands retours et la queue était absurdement longue. J’ai passé au moins 15 minutes en attendant. J’ai vu d’autres employés qui n’aidaient pas les caissières. Pitoyable pour un tel grand magasin!

Service is nonexistent. Three people behind a counter, disorganized, chatting amongst themselves and clueless while you stand there waiting like an idiot. And try calling the store.an adventure to try and speak to someone. I am giving up after 30 minutes of trying to reach a manager. Beyond ridiculous.

Un pur bonheur que de magasiner dans cette superbe succursale au centre Rockland la marchandise est de qualité rayon vêtements superbe toujours de bons spéciaux ainsi que ds la chaussure et le personnel gentil et empressé de nous aider! Je préfère 100 fois mieux y aller et toucher les tissus poser des questions essayer un parfum etc.pas mal mieux que d acheter en ligne! Bravo!

Very bad customer service. Long waiting period to pay at the cashes. Missing staff in all departments and no one seems to care when you voice your concerns and dissatisfactions. I won't be going back until they improve their service.

I came to the estee lauder in la baie rockland yesterday and had a terrible shopping exp.
Since i receive email from estee lauder for special gift bag with purchase. There was a customer in front of me already did their purchase with gift bags. When it was my turn, there was this chubby sales lady refuse my request with reason of merchandise out of stock, refused to take my ordering request, finally i was mad and required to talk to her supervisor, and she told me the supervisor was not in. I felt insulted and dissappionted. I will send a complain letter to estee lauder canada and i hope i will be provide with a fair explanation from you guys!

Excellent pendent les soldes! Nous avons trouvé des très bonnes affaires (-75%) sur des grandes marques au rayon homme.
La boutique est plutôt grande et assez déserte mais l'employé du rayon homme nous a très bien renseigné et aidé. Jusqu'à maintenant j'avais été déçue de l'enseigne mais cette boutique m'a convaincue d'y retourner
