Huma Spa - Spa sur le toit

It was amazing as they had the hottest water at 39c. There were nice different pools and a sauna. The lunch was good as well since I took the shrimp salad. Pricey at $23 tho. I liked the air leg thing, but it was a struggle with my pain so I had to end it earlier. I love their floating chair to watch the little hill. My father would dip himself in the coldest water of 14c and return to the hot pool like 6 times or more.

Le Huma spa est parmi les meilleurs endroits de détente que ma conjointe et moi avons eu la chance de visiter. Les installations sont magnifiques, l'ergonomie est très bien pensé, le personnel attentioné et les soins très professionnels. De plus le calme qui y règne contribue à vivre une expérience des plus reposante. Nous y reviendrons encore et encore.

New favorite spot to relax. This is truly a real spa experience. Come to detox. It's a relatively small facility but has all you need. Facility is clean, smells great and never crowded. A fan of the hydrotherapy jets, steam room and the feet pressotherapy. 3 or 5 hrs layover after a workday is the best option to experience this place.

Wonderful rooftop spa, quiet, relaxing and great for re-centering yourself. It has unique spa options, included in entry fee, that no other local spas offer.

Wonderful experience. It was quiet and relaxing. Everyone respected the no talking rule. It wasn’t busy. The sauna is very hot, the wet sauna was also nice. The jet pool was also fantastic. They provide fruits and lots to drink. Everything was clean and organized. Already booked our next visit back

J'ai eu un bon soin facial avec Debbie, malheureusement le massage était un peu moins réussi, je suis repartie avec les mêmes nœuds dans le dos après 1 heure à cet endroit, manque un peu de technique sur les nœuds.j'ai été surprise de voir que les lits n'aient pas de matelas ou de couverture chauffante et musique un peu trop forte dans les cabines

Like some other reviewers, my husband and I also were skeptical about the place - however it exceeded all our expectations and then some! We went on a Saturday morning at 10am and it was so quiet, there was maybe one other person. It picked up a little bit in the afternoon and got a little bit more rowdy because of a large group (I wish the no talking policy was a bit more strictly enforced), but nothing intolerable. The teas were delicious and the compressing boots - odd, but pleasant! Will definitely go back for a longer stretch of time now that we now what we like (the outdoor pools are beautiful!)

The staff was wonderful, the facilities super squeaky clean (they clean the water puddles on an ongoing basis so it's never super wet/slippery), the locker rooms have hair dryers and even hair straighteners!

My only wish would be to add a body lotion of some sort - the chlorine of the pools dries your skin out a bit and a lotion would definitely help!

L'expérience au Huma Spa est extraordinaire! Un lieu de détente totale dans un environnement très zen. Une belle évasion! Le service est excellent aussi.

A silent spa on a roof, cool concept, but big construction happening just outside so the whole silence thing is sort of lost on you.

Me and my mother in-law just came back from the spa and we were amazed! The spa was very clean and organized. The employees were great. Karelle, one of the staff, was fantastic. She was very helpful and was always willing to answer our questions - she went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best experience.

Will definitely be coming back to Huma

Upon arriving I was greeted with a very friendly staff member, she explained the spa and gave me a robe, bracelet and towel.
Water treatments and saunas we well appointed.
Facilities are very clean view was very nice as it is on on the roof top
Massage chairs and a leg massager are fantastic
Fruit is complimentary, smoothes are 9.50$
I had a massage and facial with Debbie both were amazing!
I paid for 5 hours for the facility and only used 2 hours due to the massage and facial
I would highly recommend Huma Spa
Don’t forget to bring a water bottle I forgot mine and paid 15$ to purchase one

J’ai été séduit dès mon arrivée! C’est l’endroit idéal non seulement pour relaxer mais pour se ressourcer, grâce aux nombreux choix d’espaces de détente très bien pensées! Installations élégantes et modernes.

There are absolutely no words to describe Huma Spa other than AMAZING! The workers are friendly and the whole area calm and very clean. It’s a little gem I call paradise! Will definitely go again.

Un spa tellement relaxant et bien aménagé! Plusieurs stations à parcourir, 3h n'est presque pas assez pour bien profiter!

A l'intérieur, il y a un spa avec des sièges allongés aux bulles massage. Il y a aussi des sièges avec des jets puissants qui massent bien le dos et les jambes. Dans la même pièce, une expérience sauna humide à l'eucalyptus et une douche froide thérapeutique.

À l'extérieur, sur le toit, la vue est magnifique. Plusieurs bains, un bain chaud avec jet massage, le bain arctique pour l'effet chaud/froid, un autre bain massant un peu moins chaud ainsi qu'un parcours de marche dans l'eau qui nous permet de soit se laisser porter par le courant, ou de faire une peu d'exercice à contre courant. Plusieurs zone détente avec chaises allongés et foyer pour profiter du soleil.

A l'intérieur, on a aussi accès a la pressotherapie des jambes ainsi que d'une expérience sur chaise vibrante zéro gravité inclus dans le prix.

Il y a aussi un spa flottant au sel d'Epsom pour un frais supplémentaires.

Plusieurs stations intérieur de relaxation avec écouteurs pour méditation contrôlé et pendule pour la respiration.

Un peu partout, il y a des stations d'hydratation, des tisanes, de l'eau a la chlorophylle ainsi que des fruits frais inclus dans le prix.

Il y a aussi des smoothies pour 10$ ainsi que des boules d'énergie.

En gros, super belle expérience complète relaxante.

Dans les vestiaires, tous le nécessaire comme élastiques a cheveux, sac pour maillot mouillé, q-tips, séchoir, fer plat, shampooing, revitalisant, savon pour le corps bio.

Peignoir et serviettes inclus, mais sandales obligatoire à apporter.

Personnel accueillant, super service, vraiment relaxant pour un prix abordable! Il y a toutes les installations de "base" et plus encore!

Very clean and quiet. Loved the exterior pool we were able to enjoy the sun all day. The staff was amazing thank you to Frederic who was very helpful. Would recommend 100%

The experience was amazing
When for the thermal experience and we had a great time.
The staff was very friendly, welcoming and assisted us with the leg massager machine, relaxation audio and vibration chair.
My aunt also had a massage, she really love it and felt very relaxed afterwards.
Some fruits and chlorophyll water (very refreshing) and tea are available.
Highly recommend when around Gatineau area.

C’est un endroit magnifique! Les nombreuses stations ont été crées pour une expérience incroyable! Que dire des espaces de détente!? ! WOW! Je ne voulais pas repartir! J’ai aussi eu une exfoliation corporelle et c’était parfait aussi! C’est certain que je vais y retourner pour essayer un autre circuit!

Superbe expérience chez Huma Spa! Une heure de yoga contemplatif sur le toit suivi de quelques heures au spa. L'endroit est magnifique et le personnel attentionné. L'expérience est pensée pour notre santé et notre bien être, ce qui la rend complète. Ceci fera que ce nouveau spa se démarquera des autres! Bravo et merci:)

It was perfect for relaxing - great equipment and amenities. It wasn't crowded on a Saturday morning. My only complaint was that we didn't know to bring sandals (the booker may have missed it if it was communicated) so we had to buy some and they were extremely overpriced.

My husband took me to Huma Spa for my birthday, back in March 2022. We were so pleased with the thermal experience and the spa's calm, clean and relaxing atmosphere. We booked the 3 hour thermal experience and added the salt float for two. We enjoyed our time and did not feel rushed. I am about to book a return visit.
