Hotel was fine overall. Gym was very nice, location was convenient. Definitely not a family friendly hotel- music blaring from room nearby until 4am and nothing was done about it, not great when traveling with our infant son. Seems to have more of a party vibe. Manager reached out after I said something and then basically did nothing from there. Was ok in a pinch, wouldn't do it again.

Awesome place close to everything and the subway. Was here for a heavy metal festivals. Weather was in the minus degrees so was great to come back late turn the heat on and sleep comfortably and toasty. Great dining options close by. Highly recommend and will be back next heavy metal festival.

My stay at Humaniti Hotel was perfect. I took the junior suite and wow! Everything was amazing and let’s talk about my night view! 100% worth the price.

Definitely worth what I spent. Had a room with a nice view, the hotel itself is updated and modern. Spa pool bar and gym. Pet friendly and they even provided a dog bed, treats and poop bags Would definitely comeback when in Montreal.

Niveau service ils ont rien fait pour régler les problèmes à part envoyer un gars pour nous dire que ça marche pas.

April 2023. I love this hotel, everything about the layout and design make it pleasing to be in. The rooms are spacious and well laid out with great esthetic features that are very sleek. Service has been amazing right from check in. And Ange Cafe, the boulangerie is amazing! I have yet to eat at the restaurant but will update then. I love my stay here.
Update: I ate at H3 Lounge, 1 of 3 Restaurants and though the lounge menu was limited the food was immaculate. It was cooked to perfection with decadent sauces with great presentation and service. Don't forget to eat here while you are here.

Very nice rooms and great location for event at Palais des Congres. Also nice that there is bakery downstairs and Avril closeby for easy food options.

This hotel is great! Newly opened, service was great. I was a early to arrive and the front desk agent helped me with an early check-in, and I was actually upgraded to the junior suite. To be honest the room could be a bit larger. The breakfast was also very good, and platinum numbers are offered two choices. The gym was shared with the residential building so it's always crowded.

Honestly surprised, I knew I’d like but didn’t I’d like it that much. My partner that doesn’t care about hotel was actually in love, he was so happy with the gym and the bar. Valet makes absolute sense. Hallways to the bathroom full of art pieces. They are however drastically understaffed at their restaurant… but everything else was perfect, would go again

Super nice rooms and one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The woman at front desk was very friendly and professional. The restaurant was also nice. Thank you and will be back for sure!

I had a Xmas party last Saturday and the food was horrible. The next morning I ordered breakfast with my wife she only had a bagel with some fruits a coffee and orange juice and they charged the full price. Will never go back

Our stay was absolutely delightful! The suite was beautiful with fantastic views from every room. Everything was exceptional from check in to check out.

Location couldn’t have been any better. Within walking distance of all of our favorite dining, art galleries, shopping and all the incredible historical landmarks.

Les employés toujours souriant et très à l’écoute des besoins des clients, le chambre sont vraiment génial beaucoup d’espace la déco incroyable, la piscine et terrasse sont un lieu de détente incontournable. La propreté de l’endroit impeccable! Très bon service aussi au spa et le gym sont vraiment des atouts de l’hôtel.

J'ai passé 10 jours très confortables dans cet hôtel. Tout est prévu pour que le séjour soit le plus relaxant: une chambre spacieuse et parfaitement équipée, un restaurant gastronomique où se régaler matin et soir, un espace lounge où prendre un verre dans une ambiance musicale agréable, une salle de gym. L'hôtel fait partie intégrante d'un ensemble qui, autour d'une petite cour, réunit une boulangerie et une supérette. Vraiment utile pour un long séjour.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, à distance égale du vieux Montréal et du centre ville. On peut prendre le bus et le métro à deux pas.
Le personnel est charmant.

Nice enough little hotel. The decor was so London circa 2015, but friendly staff and brand new. The location is very central yet very out of the way.

Very modern and environmentally friendly condo hotel. Instead of water bottles their are filtered water dispensers on some floors. Great for refilling before you head out.

Rooms are super clean and beds comfortable. Heated outdoor pool was great and water resistant gym equipment was unique to try. Gym was huge for hotel standards.

Location is great also. Quiet and minutes from downtown, old Montreal and chinatown.

Grande déception: énorme bruit de VMC / Clim dans la chambre et réception très peu réactive (3 appels passés en tout). La chambre est belle mais certains détails attestent que l’ensemble est mal fini: porte de douche qui grince déjà, prises de courant sdb derrière le miroir et donc inaccessibles, climatisation qui goutte. J’ai dû insister auprès de la réceptionniste pour avoir le late checkout en dédommagement, très moyen surtout pour +500$ la nuit sans pouvoir dormir.

I have been on the road for 5 hours straight. Came to get my key for the room and they asked for my credit card while i already payed online. Nothing on the website told me to bring my credit card with me. This is unnaceptable! At least advise us on the website. Never coming back and the one of the staff was very impolite with rdme, The guy with the black suit.

This is an amazing hotel. Service and rooms were impeccable. This place was a steal in my opinion. The amenities were crazy nice as well. The terrace restaurant was amazing as well. Great food and Service. Overall, this hotel was a 5 star place.

This might become our hotel of choice when we return to Montreal.
The hotel is located 2 blocks south of the Bld Rene Levesque which is a main artery downtown and 3 blocks away from the main Via station.
Subway is across the street.
The front desk was very friendly, polite, and efficient. Checking in took only a few minutes.
Our room was small, but this was all that we needed as we spent most of our days out.
The bed was comfortable, the shower was spacious with a double water head, soaps and shampoo in permanent bottles affixed on the wall.
Furniture was modern and according to my taste looked good although a bit uncomfortable.
Service was done promptly. A special thanks to our floor housekeeper Cristina. She was friendly and helpful every time we met her.
Breakfast was good. Since the pandemic almost no hotel offers buffet anymore. The menu ranges from $20 to $30 per plate. Coffee included, juice and other request are charged in.
We had the same waiter during our entire stay. Friendly and helpful as well.
The girl who checked us in in the morning was unfortunately a little bit rude. She kept asking in addition to our room number, our first and last name, asking to spell them for her. It worth for me to add that both my names and surnames are French and that French is my mother tongue. So nothing lost in translation here.
When we checked out, the front desk asked if they could put the charges on the credit card that they had on file. I requested to review them first. All breakfasts appeared on the bill for over $300. Breakfast was prepaid and included in our reservation. The front desk quickly reversed them only leaving the tips that we added to the bill for our waiter. They blamed it on the restaurant not coding it correctly.
Not a big incident since it was resolved quickly. But since this is not the first time a Marriott made this mistake with us, this is the reason why we are not giving it a perfect mark.
Other than that a great hotel and a fantastic stay.

Nice location, very nice rooms, has a terrace lounge and pool that we used. Very close to old Montreal and the tourist sites are within walking distance. Lots of restaurant options close by. Breakfast at H3 was basic but good
People are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return here.

Let me start off by saying that I travel a decent amount and I have never ever met staff more friendly or kind than I met at this hotel. I wish I remembered everyone's name who helped me and my group out but we didn't have a single negative experience with any staff and as a big group, I know we were undoubtedly annoying. They are super positive and upbeat and truly make you feel at home! I absolutely loved staying here because it was a very convenient location, it was super clean & fresh, and it had spots to grab coffee & food in the hotel which made mornings easy! I couldn't say enough good things about this hotel and I don't think I'll ever stay anywhere else in Montreal ever again even if they raise their prices.

Our stay in this new hotel is great. Service is excellent. But there is confusion about breakfast charge on 2nd floor H3 restaurant.
Food quality is top notch. I am Marriot Titanium elite number and have been to many breakfast included Marriot Hotels. There are some pricing discrepancy from the menu which did not tell the details.
1st day, we ordered to go with one cup of coffee and one orange juice with 2 main dishes. There is zero amount when I signed the bill and been told this is included with Marriott elite program which meets my expectation and understanding.
2nd day, we dine in this nice ambient restaurant. Service is great! And been told we can have extra cup of juice without charge. When signing the bill, overall amount is $87 which is much higher than 2 main dishes plus drink.
We talked to main service lead about the first day billing and unexpected 2nd day bill. And be kind of tell them the menu for elite member should be separated from other non-elite customers.
When check out, we got charged on 1st ("zero" amount on restaurant 1st day receipt). End up I still paid for the difference which was not expected. Attached the receipt here.
This is the only low part I am with Humaniti Hotel. Overall this is a great and wonderful hotel.

The hotel is awesome, the staff are friendly, the pool is great, the sun was shining, the art is appealing, the beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, the location is central, the check out the late, the accommodation is appreciated.

It just opened and rooms are nicely designed and bright.
Staff was very friendly and helpful, they even organised covid testing for travel in our hotel room.
Would definitely come back when visiting Montreal again!

Overall is good.over qualified for a 4 star hotel. Modern design for the room and building. They could improve customer service a bit. Especially during covid. For example, make sure customer requests are not lost during receptionist switch

The staff is so friendly! We live just down the street and our heating broke (it's about -40° outside) so we've been staying here for almost a week. We have to extend our stay day by day because of an inaccessible landlord/repairman duo and the staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. I only know the names of Alex and Mary, but the entire concierge staff has been nothing but phenomenal. Thank you to them for turning this frustrating experience into feeling like a staycation!

Vice nice hotel, new, and the people here are also very friendly. No daily cleaning, but they send whatever you ask very quick.

Humaniti Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a while. My husband and I had a 5-night stay and were grateful we got upgraded to their Haiku suite. Our room was elegant, comfortable, and clean.

Their service was superb. We asked for a few things almost every day, and they always ensured that we were satisfied. We checked out their gym, and it was spacious with lots of equipment available.

Lastly, we had breakfast at the H3 restaurant nearly every day, and their food was unforgettable.

We hope to come back again, maybe sometime before September, to experience their beautiful pool and terrace!

We had an amazing stay here at this brand new hotel at the heart of Montreal. Our guest service rep, Sarah displayed her utmost professionalism and hospitality during our stay. The room is perfect, service is spot on and we truly appreciate all the modern public arts all around the property. We will certainly be returning.

Great hotel and staff. Clean and very modern. They have everything and if they don't they know where to get it and can help. They also have valet parking which is great in the winter. Room service was wonderful and downstairs is a bakery, a great place to get a coffee and a baguette.

The Humaniti is so good, the staff always makes sure everything is perfect for you during your staff and they even go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Not only that, the room designs are unlike anything I've seen before. They're very well designed and the decorations makes it unique. Let's not get started on the food, it's soooooo tasty, I recommend the mini pancakes, they're delicious!

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel location is very good and near everything. The room is quite clean however the furnace is extremely noisy at night and I could not sleep at all. There were some clicking sound due to the temperature difference of the outside and inside.

Great staff, clean, and the breakfast was great. We’ll be back for sure. Thanks for a great visit

We were a family of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay.
Some highlights:
*Our room was available early and we appreciated being able to freshen up before heading out.
*The self parking is so convinent - its in the basement which is well lit and clearly marked. You just have to take the elevator upstairs for the hotel
*The is a restaurant, a spa, a double floor gym, a supermarket, and a bakery all within the same complex.
*We were able to leave the car parked for the duration of our stay because everything was easily accessible on foot.
*THE STAFF have been fabulous, welcoming form the time we checked in and nothing but helpful. They were also quick to respond to issues like a faulty remote control, or request for the WiFi password. I commend their availability on the chat feature.

Very welcoming staff and accommodating to your needs. They have a nice outdoor swimming pool. Location is very practical. Love it. The room is new and suspicious. Nice bath tube. Definitely will stay again.

Promising hotel - was really looking forward to staying here until we found unrine under the toilet seat, pubic hairs in the shower. Which leads me to believe they're not cleaning or sanitizing rooms as they claim. Not comforting considering we're in a pandemic. Parking rates are reasonable, pubic hairs are not.

Les Artisans en charges du service clients sont accueillants et chaleureux. Ils ont su répondre à nos demandes parfois hors de l’ordinaire avec brio. Tres à l’écoute de leurs clients et visiteurs. Nous avons même prolongé notre séjour de 3 nuits, nous avons donc eu la chance de voir l’équipe de semaine et de fin de semaine. Mention Spéciale à Alex qui nous à accueilli directement à la voiture avec sa bonne humeur.

Et que dire du Room service et surtout le menu dégustation est à essayer

We had a fantastic experience in this hotel. It is hard to say what was better: the hospitality of the employees, the food, the rooms, or the location of the hotel. Our room was on the 18th floor, with a beautiful view, a very big comfortable king-size bed, huge TV, and an amazing bathroom. Everything was new, and I felt like we were the first people ever to stay there. The employees of the hotel helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations and reservations to providing us with extra towels, kettle, warming up the pool, so kind, smiling all the time! The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally located, the hotel pool was always empty with nice warm water. We had breakfasts every morning in the room (the photos I am attaching will describe it better). The entire decoration of the hotel is so urban, colorful, for that is an important detail if I am going to pay money to stay there. When we entered the room, there was a greeting card to say welcome, and happy birthday to my husband and congrats for the second vaccine dose, which came with some chocolates. So cute! Thank you very much for everything, we are looking forward to coming back there again!

The actual hotel itself is great, the decor is modern and cute. They have a great gym for a hotel gym. The pool is cute, small, but great for a quick dip to refresh. The only down side was the service wasn’t terribly great. Check in was a task for no reason, and the front desk clerk wasn’t friendly. I also had issues with clerk admitting people in and out of the pool, even though that same person was the one who made my reservation 30 minutes prior, they almost didn’t give me access. Valet service is not fast so factor that in if you’re the type to leave at the last minute.
If they can fine tune their service flaws, has the potential of being a great hotel experience…not there yet.

Superbe hôtel avec des prestations parfaites. Les chambres sont spacieuses et arrangées avec goût. L’art est présent partout où on pose les yeux. Le personnel est professionnel, courtois et disponible. Ils ont eu d’ailleurs de délicates attentions pour notre anniversaire de mariage. La piscine, située sur le toit est très agréable ainsi que le bar adjacent. Le petit déjeuné qui nous a été livré du restaurant de l’hôtel était délicieux. Nous reviendrons c’est certain

Je recommande grandement cet hôtel! J’ai eu la chance de m’évader pour un week-end d’amoureux. Je dois dire que le personnel est super attentionné et à l’écoute! Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables. Ils ont pensés aux petits détails pour que le séjour des clients soit parfait!
Le souper était copieux et très bon. J’ai déjà hâte d’y retourner.

My friends and I stayed at the Humaniti for 2 nights, and the service was impeccable. Each staff member was helpful and understanding, willing to make our stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. If I ever get the chance to revisit Montréal, I will definitely be staying at this establishment.

Ok ok ok so this is supposed to be a mixed concert hotel but does it really work between the hotel and residence? Few annoyances 1. Out of three elevators one is reserved for employees so in the age of COVID there are only two working elevators. 2. The pool is small and can only be booked an hour at a time. The gym is less impressive then it looks in pictures. 3. The app key to room did not work and the pass card also failed once so had to be replaced. 4. The free WiFi requires a workaround rather thank simply following standard room number and password combination. 5. The attached cafe/bakery does not know how to fully cook pastries. 6. The bed could be considered hard for some but I liked the firmness. 7. Strange that there was no ice and water room on the 18th floor so had to go to the 17th floor

On the positive, the front desk team are attentive and friendly. Housekeeping had to be requested but was good. The building is central to old Montreal and to many activities in downtown Montreal.

If I had to do it again I would try the AC Marriott or option that would give more space for the family. Though the pool was small, it was one of the rare repeat activities.

The valet was a bit cold with me, just doing the minimum. Even at the front desk, there’s a lack of customer service.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Montreal close to everything the old town has to offer. Plus i found the rates very reasonable for what we got.

If i was to complain it would be the cost of the valet. I found it a bit expensive to be honest. Maybe include it with the nightly rate or something to make it less painful.

Aside from that amazing experience!

The staff really make this place, also the location and amenities are awesome. I rent on the tenant side; but would happily pay to stay here when guests are in town. It’ll be my go-to place when I’m in town, after my lease ends. It’ll be a beast once restrictions aren’t eased.

I recently stayed at the Humaniti Montreal and had a great time. The beds were really comfortable and as a Gold elite member I was upgraded to their deluxe room with a panoramic view. I love how the hotel is environmentally friendly, so instead of water bottles, you can fill up their jugs with water and ice from the dispenser and even the dry-cleaning bag was reusable. The outdoor pool looked absolutely amazing, to bad it was closed due to Covid, however i think they will open it up starting June 8. Overall the hotel is very instagrammable and I would highly recommend it for a staycation.
