Pathetic Tip hungry rude servers without a service. For a dollar they will ruin your mood.

Pub was cute and the server was very nice.now the food.wings were so small, my husband called them Cornish hen wings.lol The smoked meat sandwich was delicious, but the fries were the worst things we have ever tasted they were over cooked soggy and dripping in oil.couldn't eat them.beer was nice and cold, we won't be back.so many other pubs to go too.

Yasmine is great with service and this place also has live music. Great for a weekend dinner and drinks.
Does get busy later into the night.

The destination spot for any sort. Dale can mixe banter and fun which makes everyone comfortable, ask for the Scottish eggs

Had a great experience at Hurleys, the bartender Dale took care of us. He’s a great bartender with a lot of knowledge and experience. I will come back to be served by him and experience his amazing energy.

Nice little pub and a great place to meet up before the F1 weekend. Does get quite busy but the food was decent and the service was good.

Loved this place, good choice of drinks and great waiters and service. However the food has gone terrible down hill. Fish and chips used to be great, now meh. Last time the fish was great but the fries were terrible (undercooked, hard, overcooked, everytime it's a new surprise). Please improve that and I'll gladly come back!

Disgusting, rude and appalling!
A supposed fun night out with friends turned out be a nightmare.
On a busy Thursday night in Montreal city, a waiter and his manager manage to disgust a client to a level where the client just leaves the restaurant feeling disrespected and extremely frustrated.

Staff shortage at this establishment seems to force the waiter to work many tables at the same time. I feel for this waiter, the place is understaffed and it’s a busy night. But this does not justify his aggressive attitude, poor demeanor and overall lack of respect to the clientele. As I was raising my hand to signal the waiter that I was ready to make my order (15-20 mins of waiting on him) he shouted with the most sarcastic of tones: “I see you! That’s very annoying what you’re doing! ” I did not hear him correctly as I didn’t expect that from him, my friends repeated to me what he said. I asked him when he approached: did you say that’s annoying? He replied with all the smugness in the world Yes. Aghast at this lack of hospitality I told him thank you for your time, I will not be ordering tonight. This made me feel very disappointed, and embarrassed in front of my friends.

I asked for the manager, I instead got the “bald guy behind the bar” who did not listen to my side of the story and aggressively discredited my version of the story which is the dumbest thing to do as I was genuinely trying to give constructive criticism to help the restaurant self improve not to attack a waiter whom I know is having a rough night. I did not receive an apology but rather “leave we don’t care if you’re not enjoying your night here”. He assumed that I was the person out of line in the situation and didn’t offer to remedy the problem. Very poor managerial and communication skills.

The understaffing is not my problem, so please advise your bar manager to become more friendlier and accommodating to customers needs and wants. Also please hire more waiters to accommodate the increasing number of patrons.

Never have I ever experienced such a bad dining experience in my life.

Adorable Irish pub. Brings back great memories. Great place to watch hockey and my friends are regulars there. We always have a great time as the staff are very friendly.

Je fréquente le Hurley's depuis 20 ans. J'ai commencé à y aller pour danser quand Solstice jouait. Ensuite pour la bouffe et le scotch. Le Scotch est encore on point. Je suis un peu triste que le menu ait significativement diminué, mais le sandwich de roastbeef au jus est encore là. C'est la pénurie de main d'oeuvre. Le service a été excellent et c'est toujours la meilleure place où aller avant un show au Centre Bell.

Chilled out vibe. Classic drink selection typical of an Irish pub. Service was a tad bit slow (short staffed me thinks).

Amazing pub meal, the family really enjoyed the fish and chips. They even looked after our young son with a free soccer ball.

Great place. Been here many times when going through town. The BEST poutine in town. I’ve had a lot of poutine.theirs is the best trust me and get it! Bartenders are just perfect for that environment. Love it. The best place to lose good memories.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place! Went with a group of friends for some comfort food and we were not disappointed! They have two terraces upstairs and down on the street. Nicely located on crescent it’s a good spot to chill with some friends. They have a simple bar food menu. The food was actually really good, I really liked their wings and the sweet potato fries. The calamari and poutine were average.

Bière flat at first, le COVID a fait baissé la fréquentation, d’où la bière un peu « passée ». Remplacée immédiatement! Un pub qui se respecte! Mark’s great. Definitely a new address for me!

All around excellent lunch experience. A vast variety of beers to satisfy everyones taste buds. The beer wascserved cold and poured perfectly. The food menu is beyond anything you would see at other Pubs.

I stumbled upon this place a few months ago while doing research of my Canada trip on trip advisor and today my friends and I stumbled upon this place not even looking for it and man oh man did it deliver. Food was awesome and beers were cold. What more could you ask for after a hot day in Montreal

This is a neighbourhood's bar stuck deep centre in Montreal's party scene. I dare you to find a fresher pint of Guinness anywhere else besides the Guinness factory. Lovely areas to sit. Music every night. Good food and Great Staff.

Love this place. A 200-year old building split up into small rooms for a more intimate feeling. Brick and dark wood dominate. Historical pictures and artifacts adorn the walls. The bartenders will regale you with stories about ghosts and the place being haunted. Head to the bar on the second floor and let Laura be your bartender, who is really friendly and makes great drinks. All the staff are nice though. Nobody will rush you to pay your bill and leave. Live music on the first and second floors- Irish music, rock n roll, rockabilly are popular, and the bands they bring in really get people on their feet dancing. Darts also on the first floor. Prices are reasonable for Crescent.

Good selection of beer, good food and great service. Hard to access main bar if you have mobility issues as there are stairs. Can get very very busy.

A surprising place. Its huge! Besides outdoor seating there are multiple rooms upstairs and down as well as a central open air courtyard. It's all brick and dark woods, very "local" like. There's an excellent selection of beers on tap and bottled and a wonderful whisky selection. The food is good, had the fish and chips, good portions, reasonable prices.

This place has phenomenal food! It has great service, good cold beer. This is one of the few places I visited in Quebec that had GREAT customer service. I didnt feel like I was being held hostage by my bill.

Hurley's is my all-time favourite pub, try the stew, the beef dip, the curry fries and ALL the scotches to have the complete experience!

Always great, love the ambiance of a cellar bar and there is usually room somewhere on both floors, live music is fun on the weekend s and they never run out of Guinness and large selection os whiskey. Food is decent too, not my go to but have not been disappointed either, very good burgers. Downtown central location, can't go wrong.

My girlfriend brought me here for a quiet night out in Montreal after New Years. It was bitterly cold outside but the live music and cold beer was wonderful. This place is hopping on weekends.

Awesome music and environment, fair price for drinks. A good place for chill nights on Sunday and before party on Fridays. Live music from Monday to Sunday. My favorite is the duo on Sunday

What a great place for a pint. French dip and poutine we ordered we're delicious. Go where the Guinness flows like water, you won't regret it.

Been there a couple of times and had a pleasant experience every time.

Pros:
The staff is efficient and friendly.
The ambiance is very agreeable.
Good food and beer for the price.
The place is a little worn out in a very charming way. The graffities in the ladies room are really cute too (I think it's a testament to the kind of experience the place offers that it inspires positive graffities.

Cons:
Can feel a little cramped at times and the layout might be a little confusing when you've had a few drinks.

Cozy atmosphere as great attentive servers. Nice chill bar to go to after work, wasn’t too loud and wasn’t too busy whne we went so I can’t complaint food was good too my friend really liked the chicken wings worth a try!

Great place, the Irish pub feeling is there but not at all impressed by the food.
I had ordered an Irish lamb stew and I must say was expecting more than just a couple of boiled pieces of meat, carrots and potatoes. I could’ve stayed home and done that myself. The point of going to a foreign type restaurant is to eat something you couldn’t cook yourself. I was furthermore still hungry after.

Nice place, service was spot on but food wise, nothing to see there.

It was lively when my friends and I walked in, which was nice because a couple of other bars we went to were dead. They had a band playing a mix of Irish music and an array of covers. It was really fun.

Had a tasty burger called the hefty Hurley burger. It was delicious! Atmosphere was very festive as it was an hour before the hockey game. Service and food were both great!

Loved the place, our server was professional and so good at her job. Beers were good too. The food was delicious and portions wise, big. I really liked the atmosphere. Totally recommend this place.

Great place to go anytime. Great welcoming pub vibe. Sit at the bar and you will most likely spark a conversation with a friendly stranger or bartender. Decent food options. Great beer options. Downstairs there is a great band called solstice who are there most weekends. Try play irish music that gets everyone singing and dancing. Great mix of locals and tourists. Upstairs has a sports car or another section with a band. Cool old stone building.

Amazing ambiance, dart game available, music shows and whisky. Decoration is great, sofas are comfortable. Feels like Ireland!

J'ai toujours beaucoup aimé le Hurley's. Pour l'ambiance, la bière irlandaise et les musiciens. Lors de mon dernier passage, déçue par le hamburger choisi. Mais va t-on au Hurley's pour manger un hamburger? Irish pub un peu moins Irish que dans mon souvenir mais toujours sympa.
