Hyundai Gabriel Ouest

The survice department has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. My 2019 Tucson needed a new catalytic converter they changed it i think a month ago. My check engine light is back on again for the same problem. I am not getting much air coming out of my vent when the setting is for floor and vent. If I put the setting to vent I get lots of air, so they are changing my far instead of fixing or changing the box or door that controls where to send the air. I have almost no heat, so instead of changing the thermostat, they want to charge me a radiator flush. My front left shock makes a noise when I go over a speed bump. Instead of fixing it, they tell me my spare tire is loose. My key fob has been broken for years. The key does not flip up when you press the button they keep fixing a pin that stops the key from flipping out. Why do they not just change it. The people who work the phones at the service department are so rude, and when they are not being rude the treat you like you know nothing and have no idea what you are talking about. Take your car to another Hyundai dealership to get servicing

I placed a deposit 14 months ago on Santa Fe hybrid. Periodically I checked in to see the status with Pierre in sales who was great. Despite delays in manufacturing, the sales manager Michael Kaminogiannakis tried his best and finally he had a hybrid model for me the end of May. I completed the sales contract with Youseef Kharbout, both he and Michael were amazing and I absolutely love my new car. Everyone who I dealt with at this dealership was professional.

Never again will I ever set foot in this dealership / service EVER AGAIN!

It all started when I brought my car in for an IMPORTANT recall! I was told they would only change the "fuse", in fact, they would increase the amperage of the fuse, saying that the circuit can take it. NO IT CAN'T!
I was told that if the issue would still be present, I would have to pay $135 for a diagnostic and all fres for the repairs thereafter!

So, what the heck is this recall for? Just, to replace the fuse? REALLY! RIDICULOUS!

Minimum wait 1 hour for the shuttle service. I even told the shuttle driver that I'd need his service. He was nowhere to be found and they couldn't reach him!

I wanted to ask a technical advisor a quick question, but he hurriedly sped away, saying, I'm on lunch, I'm on lunch. I made the following comment out loud, " great customer service"!

I went to ask my question to another tech advisor, suddenly appears the tech advisor who was supposed to be on his lunch hour blasting me for making that comment!

Needless to say, I did not weigh my words!

I told the service manager this was a MICKEY MOUSE OPERATION and that his peeps have no respect for their clients!

Bye bye Hyundai Gabriel! You've become just as pitiful and bad as Hyundai West Island!

So far my interactions with everyone at Gabriel Hyundai have been excellent. I contacted them this summer to be put on a wait list for a plug in hybrid vehicle, and while waiting for the vehicle to arrive my current car was rendered inoperable.

Jasmine at Gabriel was quick to act and was able to secure a bridge loan lease vehicle to be delivered in a matter of weeks, impressive considering the current backlog for cars across all manufacturers.

Everyone I've dealt with has been up front about everything, no hidden charges and above all they've been friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for a new or used vehicle, they're top notch!

My first visit and so far not impressed.
Left my car for a recall and received a voice mail at 1: 05pm that my truck was ready but 1/2 the recall was completed and another part needed to be ordered. At 1: 10pm Called back and left 2 messages and no call back. Just wanted to know if the part was coming in the next day then would have left the truck another day but no response from anyone. I called back just before 4: 30 and was told by receptionist that everyone was gone for the day. Not impressed at all.

Great service at the garage! Punctual and generous! I didn't have time to have my SUV washed (complementary to regular service) and was told to come back another time to get it washed. Even MB doesn't have such level of service and courtsey:)

L'attitude totalitaire du gérant Naim, des ventes de véhicules d'occasions, a gravement entaché mon expérience client à l'achat d'un véhicule. J'avais conclu avec le vendeur Albert une entente par courriel pour un véhicule et son service fut exemplaire. Alors j'ai pris une journée de congé pour parcourir les 250km me séparant du concessionnaire afin de régler la transaction. Une fois sur place, ce gérant d'occasion c'est interposé et brisé l'entente moral entre le vendeur et moi. Je me suis senti pris au piège pensant à mes dépenses déjà engagées. Il m'a attaqué verbalement élevant la voix et laissant planer la menace d'annuler la vente. Il a clairement manqué de solution et de professionnalisme. Il m'a extirpé de l'argent supplémentaire pour conclure la vente et du même coup ternir la réputation de son concessionnaire.

Joseph, at the service desk, is so helpful in finding out the best way to fix any problem I've had, as quickly as possible. He is very personable, professional and a really a pleasure to deal with.

There is Wifi available in a relaxing room, with coffee offered, if you choose to wait around, or get a ride home and then be picked up to return.

I bought my used car here a few years ago, and Albert, in the sales department, took care of everything, was calm, organized and made sure that I was completely satisfied with the contract before I signed anything.
I always come back to Hyundai Gabriel Ouest to have it serviced. I have been treated with respect, kindness and patience. But one of the best perks is that when you pick up your car, you are pleasantly surprised to find it sparkling clean! (Sometimes I think I'm chosen to get something fixed just so I can enjoy all the perks that come with being here!).

And the price for repairs is comparable if not better than other places around.
It doesn't get much better than this!

I highly recommend this place if you are looking to buy a reliable car that comes with one of longest warranties in the car business, great staff, and a really pleasant experience overall!

Service 1: 1700 kms on the car i get offered an oil change i say no thanks just tires
I send someone to bring my car and they sell the oil change anyways and say its needed. So i had to pay an oil change when i didnt need it.

Now today.i booked an appoontment online 3 weeks ago for a tire change and clearly indicated in the details that the tires were stored with hyundai and the winters are to be stored after (i have done this before without issues). They call today when im not home and get a member of my family. The lady says that my tires cant be done because the code wasnt marked in that the tires were stored with hyundai and that i made the mistake. My family member tells them that its in the details and the lady on the phone acknowledged that its there but SHE didnt see it and the code wasnt in the appointment.but somehow its still my fault, she was deadset that this was my fault. She then says well we have to move it a week because they need 48hrs to get the tires.seriously? This was this morning and my original appointment was friday morning.as a nice bonus i took off time friday to get my tires done anddddd now i wasted time off.

Thanks hyundai gabriel west island.greats cars poor service
