I had several recalls and service update on my car and Giovanni was ever so understanding and supportive. He was able to create an opening for me within a few days of my first ever visit. On the day of, the job was done without delay, with a follow up call. They were even open until 9pm. Which gave me a chance to get my car same day after work. Which was amazing. On top of that, the night shift workers were ever so welcoming. I appreciated it a lot.

Great Customer Service (Service Department)
It was my first time there and I came in without an appointment for an urgent issue with my car and they did their best to accommodate me despite the fact that they’re fully booked.
Giovanni was honest, courteous and straightforward with me all throughout.
Luckily the issue was an easy fix and was able to have my car back the same day.
By them doing their best to help me out on a short notice, they gained me as a regular client and I will only get my service there from now on.

Last month June i spoke with Elias Hanna about trading my Santa Fe 2021 Ultimate to a Hybrid Tucson 2022 Ultimate. He told me i will have to wait 1 year or more and its understandable due to demands. To my surprise he gave me a call last week that there is one available this week. Today i picked up my Tucson from Mr. York and man that car is a Beast on all aspect. I was very pleased and it shows that they value and care about their clients needs and expectations. October 22,2021 I change tire, oil and do the full service checkup of my car when I gave my car the guy who did the inspection he told me everything was good and gave me the paper to sign for the service when I received my car I found out there is a deep scratch in my left bumper so I call Ricardo about the issue and he told me he can’t do anything I need to call Nazih because he’s the person could check camera to review imagine I’m the one have complained but I’m the one need to find where is Nazih normally I believe in good service when there is a complaint they should brought the issue to their manager and I’m not the one who will keep on calling for follow up about the situation when I talk to Nazih he told me he gonna call me back but he never call me back it’s 2 weeks already nobody is calling me when I call the receptionist lady told me “MAYBE “Mr Nazih work on my case so she took my name and number because Nazih is busy and the receptionist told me that is impossible Nazih didn’t call me back but nobody is contacting me so I hope this brings attention to Nazih that his promise to call me back.

I brought my car (Tuscan 2011) 18 October 2021, time: 7: 30 to fix it, I explained for them that there is sound in wheel when vehicle moves.
They checked and told me that bearing in rear wheel (right side) was broken, it has to be changed.
They changed and charged me around 400$ but there is still sound from wheel. I can still easily hear sound from front of wheel!
I asked them, you have to drive test for understanding where is the problem,
I am 100% sure they didn’t drive to realize what’s problem!

And there is guy his name is Vince.the issue was less than 100 bucks.i talked with him and they solved it really nicely and quickly.so i must have to give them good rating. I always have a bad experience here.
The customer service is horrible.

I purchased my first car at this location and ended up crying when I came to purchase the car as the dealer yelled at me for mistakenly correcting my name on printed documents. It was extremely hard to understand the car dealer as he had a hearing problem which he did not disclose. I thought he was having problems not understanding us due to masks (which we all go through), however this was not the case. As I tried to stop myself from crying, he explained he didn't mean to make me feel horrible and that he suffered from reduced hearing. I really wish he would have communicated this before as we struggled to communicate with him the whole time. This could have been easily gone differently if the car dealer decided to communicate his hearing issue or spoke nicer to me without yelling at me.

I decided to try to overcome my tears at the end of the experience, a man in management saw me crying, the situation was explained to him by his colleague and he told the front decks and myself they were sorry and told me my next oil change would be free. I felt a bit better, however this was all LIES.

I tried to book an appointment all throughout winter 2020 but there lines are always busy, you leave voicemails and not one calls you back. I finally book an appointment for today, came in with my car for the oil change and everyone gave me the run around, the service department told me to talk to the front desk and then the front desk told me they couldn't help. Only when you are mad or crying they try to help you. They do not care before this.

It is so disappointing to be treated badly time and time again. Gabriel Saint Jacques I will never come to you again and I will never refer anyone to you. You make first time car buyers feel horrible and you do not stand by your promises.

Edit: 6/30/2021 update: Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars. Received a follow up customer service call from Tanya after my oil change, not related to my review. I explained the situation to her. She was great and investigated the situation, provided a refund and offered the next oil change free as well. I am happy they resolved the issue and I hope I will not experience an issue at my next oil change. I wish it could have been resolved on site, but I appreciate the follow up nonetheless. I will give them 1 last chance after my next oil change and see if they stick to their word without any run around. If so I will change my review to 5 stars, if not I will replace with a 1 star.

Edit: 7/5/2021 received another call from their team explaining Tanya has accidently charged me $91.94 for another oil change instead of refunding the other one. So now they owe me $183.88, as I try to confirm the card the new total amount, she hangs up on me, I call back and she tells me she needs to reconfirm the situation with her boss before giving the refund. I don't understand why they called me without confirming on their end first. Here I am waiting again. Back to a 1 star review.

My name is Kristen lone gale and I just iwas so disappointing Danmm mit I saw one review with that abouth 3 days ago thought was a lie and they where good turn out that when I was there today nobody pay attention when I ask the guy for specific reasons they wouldn't awnser the question I seen there was only one vbad review and said pass it cause I thought somme else but now I know why I just got a deal with Nissan and so far is going great for me I wouldn't suggest going there only thing I didn't like is nobody pay attention didn't try help me out nor gave me a chance on showing them I can make payment. Happy Dat I wasn't about to let them get into my credit or else it wouldn't been embarrassing talk you so munch Mr grant for being in the comment with out it I would loss points and hope the best you find a dealership that can help you get car try Nissan they should help try Toyota or Nissan. I never really consider getting a Hyundai until I casually walked into this dealership.
I fell in love with the used Tucson i was shown. I think its because of the way I was treated.the guy who attended to me didn't sound like a regular sales man just trying to sell me a car.

Update: A week has passed and no one has contacted me! This is really unprofessional.

It has been a NIGHTMARE since I decided to get a car from them.

First, the salesperson I made an appointment the day before, randomly left (probably FORGOT or something?) and I had to talk with different sales person explaining the same stuff all over again. I would have left as soon as this happened, but decided to give them a chance (which was a horrible decision).

Then, the salesperson will not clearly communicate with you but rather give you a FALSE INFORMATION. From their website, it said the car that I wanted to buy (2017 Elantra LE), comes with cruise control. However, when I talked with my friend he told me that 2017 Elantra LE does NOT come with cruise control. I looked up the brossure and and found that it actually does not have cruise control. The salesperson never mentioned that their advertisement was wrong, and I could have been fooled if I haven't asked my friend about it.

Also, when I asked the salesperson about the insurance he said that I would have 10 days to get my insurance and said "don't worry my friend. " Fact? I need a car licence in order to drive and it is illegal to do drive with out a licence. Yes, so I could have paid fine and even lost my licence for TRUSTING THE DEALERSHIP. I wouldn't have known this if I didn't talk with my friend as well!

Then, the salesperson promised me to call on early Monday for inspection and car pick-up. It ended up him calling me 8: 35PM and asking me to show up by tomorrow noon. When I asked the sales manager (although he wasn't the sales manager according to the website), he said that he went to the hospital for the birth of his granddaughter (which I personally congratulate with all my heart) and said he does NOT understand the reason why I am angry. Wouldn't making me waste entire afternoon waiting for his phone call be something I am unhappy about?

Since those things quickly piled up - salesperson not keeping promise and even telling me false information - I said I can no longer feel comfortable buying from them and wanted my $500 deposit back. The sales manager told me that he does not understand since these are all small issues (From when not keeping promises, false advertisement and telling wrong information that may lead me getting licence revoked a small thing?) and said that he won't return my deposit although they did everything to lose my trust.

He even questioned me that whether I was offered a better deal from competitor as if they have done nothing wrong and I changed my mind for no reason. It was disgusting and unprofessional for him to say that. The truth is that I did not visit any other dealership nor offered better deal. I tried to keep my emotion aside, but as soon as the manager tried to depict me as a bad, inconsiderate person, I didn't want to do business with them anymore.

I am greatly disappointed and can't no longer trust them, hence want my deposit back.

And also, don't try to accuse customer "a bad person" who does not care about salesperson's personal affair and blame me as if I am trying negotiate the price with no valid reason, just because you don't want to be responsible of your mistakes.
That's more than unprofessional, but simply rude.

I don't know where to start! As extreme as it may sound I am literally in tears as I write this! Why? Because after waiting 14 years to get a car back on the road and doing as much research as possible on who to go with, I decided to go with Hyundai and from last April when I started my lease until a few days ago I have had the absolute worst experience of my life between the Hyundai Coiteux location and HEAD OFFICE who were JUST as useless in assisting me with resolving my ISSUES with the dealership. I leased a 2019 Hyundai Tucson last year not only did it have a system recall (which they've notified me and fixed finally!) but my cameras and screen periodically stop working when trying to park. I notified both the location and customer service of this in January (Camera still not fixed). I understand we went into a lockdown shortly after however I brought my car in for servicing and at that time they checked and confirmed the camera was not working! After telling me to reschedule another appointment to bring my car in, which I did, I had to do so on several occasions because they never ordered the part to begin with. It took them 3-4 months to order the part and the communication just wasn't straight forward. Few days ago I took time off work and I went to grab my winter tires which I paid them to store and they lost those. I missed a day of work only to have to go back again the next day to pick them up (They found them eventually)!

So after all the stress I finally decided to go to another location to service my car. The communication between the dispatcher "Helen" and who I assume to be the service Manager "Ricardo" has been beyond remarkable. I didn't have to chase anybody, the steps and cost was clear and the service was surprisingly quick! Between the Body shop next door (ALSO HIGHLY RECOMMEND) who repaired my front bumper, who then communicated on my behalf with Gabriel Hyundai to send my car over afterwards to get my tires done, all of this was done in approximately 24 hours during the BUSIEST season of the year!

Again, I didn't have to follow up, call 100 times to find out what's going on with my car, nor was I given the run around for a simple answer. I truly wish I went to this location to begin with. In ONE experience with them they have literally saved me as a customer and they don't even know it. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for your great communication and remarkable service!

I am extremely surprised by the after sale service they offer. I was doubting Hyundai products quality in general. I brought in my mom's car which had a motor problem. She's been doing all her maintenance at this dealership. They took care of fixing the problem right away which was covered by Hyundai. It was a painless experience.

The service team is definitely one of the best in the industry. Everyone is kind and they genuinely work with you to get a good solution. They also lend me a car while I was waiting for the repair. I will definitely be considering a Hyundai from this dealership as my next car. Thank you.

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon achat chez Hyundai Saint-Jacques! Commençant par la réceptionniste qui était très amical, ainsi que j’ai rencontré l’un des meilleurs conseillers. C’est rare de voir encore de nos jours un vrai conseiller à la vente qui n’est pas la juste pour vendre mais bien de t’écouter et de te conseiller. J’ai acheter plusieurs voitures avec ma femme, mais Adam était le vendeur qui a surpassé mes attentes. Il a répondu à tout mes questions! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe et particulièrement Adam qui a rendu ma décision encore plus facile.

My shopping experience at Hyundai Gabriel St-Jacques was just amazing! Alexis was such of great help and offered us excellent insights. I was first debating if I should get a Santa Fe since it is big enough for the wife and children. However, I ended up with a beautiful dark grey Tucson with many features which I just extremely love. I couldn't ask for a better price for my purchase.
