I reserved a plug-in hybrid with the help of Emin, he is knowledgeable, honest and listens to his customer’s needs. The receptionist and other staff I met in the store were also nice and warm. Unfortunately I had to cancel the reservation a few months after, Emin was very helpful and understanding during the return process. I want to thank him for his great service as you don’t always get the luck to work with a car sales consultant like him.

Fantastic dealership! I first came here to service a Santa Fe I had purchased elsewhere b/c I had not been pleased with the service from where it had been purchased. The place is clean and comfortable for you to wait while your vehicle is being serviced. There’s free coffee, hot chocolate and wifi so that you can work comfortably while waiting. They were also incredibly supportive in helping me get a few items changed completely free under warranty. I am so pleased with this dealership that I ended up buying my next car with them.

I ordered a Tucson PHEV through them and got it in June of 2023. They were fantastic throughout the process and even let me take a demo car out for a test drive on my own during COVID. I’m super pleased with the car and was provided with great service from Walid. He kept me posted all along and promptly answered my requests for updates. He explained all the functions of the car the day of delivery and provided exceptional service afterwards as well and got me good value for my trade-in.

Julien, the finance director, was also amazing. Super personable to the point that he saw me at the dealership one day while I was getting my other car serviced and having recognized me, called me into his office to provide me with an update on the PHEV I had ordered. Believe me, having ordered and tried to get updates from other dealerships, this is unheard of. Having gone into his office, I realized all the orders were very well organized and that he even had a spreadsheet with everyone’s names and orders so that he could provide updates and respect the order sequence. AMAZING!

Anyways, all this to say don’t hesitate to go to this dealership for your next purchase or servicing. You won’t be disappointed. They’ll go the extra mile for you and you’ll feel like you’re in good hands!

The salesperson Joe Pontes was fantastic, and so was Elena who helped me with the financing. Such a friendly staff, clean place and delicious coffee! It was with pride that I drove my new car out of there.

Very nice salesman and very accommodating! A lot of dilly dallying back and forth at the repair shop where they couldn’t figure out what sound was clunking and creaking at the front end. The 30 day warranty is respected as well as the age being a 2014, just expected to purchase a vehicle that didn’t have front end problems and stress for 15K+ dollars so early on. The large key mark/scratch/etc was not taken care of but it is no issue for me! I am still in love with the car, very nice/comfortable ride thank you!

My wife wanted a new car. She preowed a Hyundai that she bought from this dealer and she went straight there, and though I don’t quite like going to dealerships, I was surprised when I went with her. Impeccable service all in all. Showroom is great, staff is friendly, Emin Domi is a great consultant who guided us through the whole process with a big smile, great knowledge while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Great service. I bought a car from Hyundai West Island and the service was excellent. Walid was always available when I had questions, responded quickly, and was a joy to work with. The service center is also very efficient. When they put on my winter tires, they gave me a complimentary car wash. I’m very impressed with the service over here and highly recommend it.

I received a recall letter from Hyundai regarding the fuse for the ABS brakes. I contacted Hyundai West Island Service Center for an appointment and spoke to Nabil Kalach (Service representative). I cannot describe the service provided by Nabil, curtesy in welcoming me at the dealership, the detailed information he provided regarding the recall and the fast service provided to return my car. Nabil also provides good tips to keep the Hyundai Tucson I own in good driving shape and does not manage his efforts to keep his clientele satisfied. Went there to buy some coolant for my SantaFe, unfortunately I arrived after service center was closed. Manager came and asked what I was looking for, he was very nice and gave me one liter of coolant for free. Great customer service!

Ordered the Ioniq 5 over 7 months ago (initial delivery planned for August 2022) and they still can't say when I will get it. The seller (Walid) lied back in June saying that it will be delivered by February 2023 and not to worry because they will be able to buy back the lease on our car to continue the leasing through Hyundai till the car gets delivered.

Now that my lease is expiring (August 2022), they have no idea when our car will get delivered or the position we are in the queue. Our lease is about to run out, and this seller forgets to inform us that they have changed their policy months ago about buying back the car till the new car comes in. I have to learn about it by trying to hunt him down. I now have to go see the bank to figure out a loan to buy back the car because he doesn't inform his clients of important changes to the policies that we relied on to make this deal.

If you go there, be careful as they will say whatever it takes to take your money, promise you things that can change at any moment without informing you.

Excellente expérience concernant l'achat d'une Hyundai Elantra d'occasion. Accompagné du début à la fin par Marjol, son service a été personnalisé et adapté à ma situation. Marjol a fait preuve de patience pour me satisfaire pleinement. Pour l'achat d'un nouveau véhicule, c'est avec une grande sérénité que je m'orienterai à nouveau vers le concessionnaire de West Island et son vendeur.

Après avoir été échaudé par mon concessionnaire Hyundai précédent, j'ai fais faire le service d'entretien sur ma Tucson 2020 chez HWI qui a toujours été responsable et efficace. Pour mon nouveau Tucson 2022, TOUT SE DÉROULE PARFAITEMENT depuis son acquisition le 3 août 2022. TOUT A ÉTÉ TEL QUE PRÉVU. J'espère que mon enthousiasme sera le même pour les trois prochaines années. J'adore ma toute nouvelle hybride.

Every thing is over priced!
It's not fair to buy a used car almost at the end of its usability for a price that's higher than new cars'!
They attribute this to the current situation Of the industry, though they know it's just a way to polish the fact that these companies are driving the prices of used cars to skyrocketing, since they can easily buy used cars from their owners for very low prices and then mark these cars' prices up by 300% of the purchase price.
These companies have no social responsibility in their operating plans at all!
Let aside the behaviour of the manager of this particular branch!

Mario at West Island Hyundai is a pro. We showed up, told him what we’re looking for and he got us to test drive a few cars we were interested in. Afterwards he told us the absolute best price we could get our favorite for and even stayed a little later for us to get the paperwork done! 10/10 would recommend and you’ve definitely gained lifelong returning clients from us! What a joke of a dealership.
Took several months of calling back and forth in order to book an appointment to get a defect in my car repaired. They constantly pushed me back because they thought tire replacements and other customers were a “higher priority” than fixing the manufacturers defect that caused internal damage to my car’s engine.
Once i finally had an appointment, they told me to wait again because they can’t schedule appointments properly and were over booked.
After they fixed it they messed up my remote starter, and now I have to pay to get that fixed. Its always one thing after another with this place.
Never buying a Hyundai ever again. If you have to see a dealership, make the drive to a different one because this place is run by the incompetent.

Bought 2 cars from them now. Service is outstanding. My sales rep for the second time around was Emin Domi. If I am to buy another Hyundai I would definitely do business with them again! The ownership has a vision of service that is rarely seen, of expected, in non luxury car dealerships.

Ils ont essaye de me charge un diagnostique alors que je leur avais deja dit le probleme et ils m'ont proposé d'ouvrir pour confirmer et me charger 1 heure et demi ce qui est $193.5. Quand j'ai refusé, ils n'ont pas envoyé de navette et m'ont laissé attendre 3 heures et mèaurait laissé attendre plus longtemps si je nèavais pas pris la decision de mèy rendre par mes propres moyens. J'ai appelé trois fois le service, j'ai laissé deux messages mais pas de reponse. Il faut croire que le service s'est degradé. Je suis decu!

Plusieurs tentatives de communiquer avec le département de service infructueuses. J'ai laissé deux messages téléphoniques en passant par le centre de prise d'appel, on ne m'a jamais rappelé.

J'ai eu deux autres incidents semblables par le passé où j'ai laissé des messages et que j'ai finalement dû aller sur place pour avoir un rendez-vous.

Hyundai West Island n'a pas de service de navette pour ses clients.

Sur place, les employés sont courtois et efficaces, mais un service qui ne retourne pas les appels vient tout gâcher. Je suis très déçu!

Service après vente un gros 0. J'ai une garantie prolongée, on m'avait dit lors de mon achat que si un bris se produit autre que usure normal, que j'avais juste à venir au garage et que tout était pris en charge et qu'il y avait également la location de voiture incluse dans la garantie. Or, on me di que je dois payer la première heure de travaille qui est de 126$ ainsi que la location de la voiture. De plus lorsqu'il était en train de changer mes bearing, il m'appelle pour me dire que mes freins avant sont dû pour être changé. Il me charge la job totale de 650$ freins, disques et mains d'oeuvre. Hors, les roue et les bearing étaient déjà retiré, donc pourquoi me charger la totale. Donc j'ai achèter les pièces chez autopart je l'ai fait moi même pour 175$.

Également faites attention, leur changement d'huile a 3 niveaux. Il suggère de faire les changements d'huile dans cette ordre: 1,2,1,3,1,2,1,3 ainsi de suite. Sauf que moi ils ont fait 1,2,3. Pour pas que vous fassiez le saut, le changement d'huile 3 est presque 400$. 400$ pour un changement d'huile sur une voiture de 20000km je sais pas pour vous mais pour moi c'est exagérer.

Après mon achat, les premières fois que j'ouvrais la valise j'attendais un bruit, pour me rendre compte qu'une visse qui tient l'aileron était brisé. Je l'amène au garage et on me prête une voiture. Un jour on m'appelle vers 18h pour me dire que ma voiture est prête, je demande si je peux venir la chercher et on me dit oui, donc je me rend au concessionnaire. Rendu là bas, il n'y avait que la réceptionniste et un ou deux vendeurs. Incapable de récupérer ma voiture.

Une autre de mes mauvaises expériences, n'oubliez pas votre monnaie dans la voiture elle risque de disparaître. J'ai appelé pour faire une plainte et on m'a presque traité de menteur.

Je ne vais plus chez eux si je dois amener ma voiture au garage, sauf si le bris passe sur la garantie.

I am very pleased with the service especially that of Mr. Emin Domi. He is very respectful, considerate, patient, and definitely listens to your command. He followed up with me after my purchase and made sure I was satisfied with the car. Before leaving the company, he explained to me how to use the car and helped me connect my phone. Outstanding! The guys at the body shop took care of my Accent like it was one of theirs. I had many little requests as my car is modified and even though it's not something they normally see and do, they said it was no problem and went to work restoring my car back to brand new after my minor accident I had. I honestly can't think them enough. Good job guy's. I'll definitely be recommending them to others, even those who don't own or drive an Hyundai.

Malheureusement à nouveau ce matin, je dois vous enlever les 4 étoiles que je vous avais données suite à une correction positive de votre part il y a quelques mois. En effet, ce matin quelle ne fût pas ma surprise de me faire dire à 7H par un jeune amorphe au comptoir, que mon nom n'apparaissait nulle part pour un R/V. Je me suis tapé 2 fois 35 minutes aller/retour pour rien. J'avais bien pris R/V la semaine dernière et voilà que les mauvaises nouvelles recommencent.

Me and my boyfriend recently just got a new car at the Hyandai dealership on hymus in West Island! I am so happy with the service. I ended up getting the 2021 Hyandai Venue Essential. I am in love with this car, I couldn't have chosen a better option. We had outstanding service from Hikmat El Haddad, he is an amazing employee at that dealership, his service is incredible. He was helpful, kind, patient, nice and I am extremely satisfied with everything. I appreciate the profenialism of your response, I did come in 2015, the people that were there at the time assured me it was really 1915 and discrimination was celebrated, that exactly is what I took away from the experience.
