ICE International Currency Exchange

Blonde woman working on July 24 2023 around 3 pm is extremely rude and is not someone suitable to work in a customer service role where there is an expectation of a minimum level of politeness. As soon as I came up, she was rude to me and I said thank you and left. I also heard her tell the person she helped before me, when tourists needed directions, that she doesn’t get paid to give directions which might be true, but to me speaks volumes! I don’t get paid to give directions when I’m stopped on the street, it’s about being a polite and helpful person.

The lady was very kind and did put the extra effort for my needs. The rate was better than others places. For my experience, it deserves the 5 stars.

Good Rates if you reserve online. Do not use any walk up rates. Compared to my bank (TD) the rates at ICE are slightly better. Obviously they know the banks' rates and beat it by a little bit. Good for them. The one negative and the reason its 4 stars not 5 is their tellers are rude. Efficient but rude. You get your money as agreed but don't expect a smile.

Très mauvais taux de change. À éviter! J'ai obtenu 5% plus sur un échange en $US chez un compétiteur situé à quelques coins de rue, la même journée!

Bonne expérience pour la première fois en ligne et sur la place j'ai vendu mes Euros a un taux raisonnable

ICE was very helpful today as I incorrectly spelt my email address. They responded quickly, giving me the information I needed.
