Was very surprised and disappointed with the roast chicken. I asked for a breast and they cut it and put it in one of their bags and once I got home to eat it, realized the chicken was partially raw. The wing part was completely raw.

Bought fresh beef liver, tastes great as always. It’s the only IGA I find fresh beef liver. Sorry forgot to take a picture, next time. I like that the store is very clean.

Great produce this week and some welcome specials tied to the new association with the Scene card. Still the only place I can get my favorite Schneider's dry salami. Worth a trip just for that.

June 17.great deal on frozen jumbo shrimp, excellent quality iceberg lettuce. Unfortunately there was no Schneider dry salami today.

This used to be a great store for groceries, fresh food. Lately, the dates on the food are expired and have not been removed from the shelves. I am sure this is all due to Covid and not having enough staff.

Lots of variety for a vegetarian or vegan. But super expensive and too much of the produce was wrapped in plastic or styrofoam. Not terribly green of them.

C'est ma meilleure place pour faire mon épicerie. J'en essaie d'autres de temps en temps et je reviens toujours pour le choix des produits et la courtoisie des gens qui y travaillent.
Par contre le département fruits et légumes n'est pas à la hauteur pour la qualité vs prix et ceux-ci ne se conservent pas longtemps au frigo.

Honestly, if you want to go somewhere clean and get fresh looking fruit, vegetable and good food Iga is where its at

Un endroit propre. Mais les heures d'ouverture sur Internet ne sont pas adaptés à la réalité. Plusieurs personnes sont arrivés à 20 h et se sont fait refuser l'accès

Amazing, clean and able to find merchandise and products/ produce that you are unable to find elsewhere sometimes.i appreciate the freshness and quality of their products. A bit more expensive but that's ok because quality is important.

Vos heures d'ouverture sur le site officiel du IGA ne sont pas fiables. Ça donne impression que vous êtes ouverts à 8hAM le 26 décembre. Voir photo.

Nice store for daily grocery; a bit narrow alleys for covid times, yet they manage in a way to avoid crowds. Impressive selection of locally crafted beers, pizzas and craft dairy products. SAQ's Cellier is hidden in one of the corners of the store, so you have access to a better selection of wines when SAQ is closed. Organic foods have their own separate alley. IGAs own bakery - bread, cakes and pastries are a thing set apart (maybe not Premier Moisson, yet very decent).

I find MOST of the cashiers at this IGA VERY RUDE. Unless, they are just ONLY rude to English speaking clients

Thhr young lady from la Cote Nord shoot forgot her name for my mussells and Clams and watheaver I ask of her she reies and goes beyond there was also Nicholas but havent seen him in a while to bad 5star service also. Highly Recommend this IGA been zholping there for more than 18yrs now even when he was on Central street in 1999 so over 20yrs

I like going there for my groceries. Cashiers are kind and there is always someone to help with your purchases.

Great product selection, they have a Rachel berry located inside. They prepare meals on site and they are delicious.

Good supermarket and big with alot food stuff. The staff are friendly and well organised. Their prices are little higher than other supermarkets.

People check your bills they always charge more, they always doing mistakes or most probably those are not mistakes. They are stealing for us. I bought 2 pack of beer for 31.99 each and I had to received $15 voucher discount and what they did, the cashier activated her voucher and she got 15 $ and to me gave me and empty one with no money in it and said use it when you do your next purchase. When I wanted to use it there is no money. They steal our money.

Établissement impeccable et spacieux. Plat cuisiné délicieux. Mais le personnel de la caisse est asser moyen. J'avais une épicerie de 350$ et pas demballeur disponible. C'est pas grave jai deux main Mais deux superviseur different sont venu chialer sur la caissière et ne mont pas aider (je suis fin troisième trimestre de grossesse). La superviseur tenait son clip board en arrière de moi et me regardait.la semaine passée lemballeur plus âgé a traiter la caissière de facon vraiment irrespectueuse ca ma mise très mal allaise et faché. Les caissières sont vraiment mal traité.

So many great choices, while maxi has unbeatable prices, walking into IGA is like being a kid in a candy store. I just want everything. I dont know where to look. Don't come when you're hungry ;)

De loin le meilleur iga aux alentours, un peu loin de la maison mais la qualité des produits est incomparable.

Il est vraiment très beau et il y a vraiment beaucoup de choix surtout dans la section bio qui est quatre fois plus grande qu'à mon ancien IGA. J'adore

Carries harder to find stuff like low calorie syrups or guar gum. I was asked for feedback for what they could sell in the future while talking with one of the workers. Great employees, good products, worth the price.

Gros manque d'organisation avec les commandes en lignes. Ce n'est pas facile trouver un commis qui accepte d'aller chercher votre commande à l'arrière du magasin. Ils devraient offrir le service à l'auto, sur appel ou bien faire un guichet spécialement pour ça.

Le rayon bière est vraiment intéressant. Particulièrement pour les bières artisanales.

I really used to enjoy shopping at Beck’s IGA. It once had very efficient, professional staff and a great selection of groceries. Since the pandemic, good staff is hard to come by, and desperation has given way to poor staff selection. The managers in particular are rude.

I witnessed one female manager verbally abusing a woman shopping for prepared fruit, under the guise of concern about COVID. If this manager was so truly worried about hygiene, why was she not wearing a mask? Why did she break the required distance of six feet to better scream at the woman?

The same manager loudly berated me for not having a cart even though the security guard did not inform me of this rule. When I couldn’t find the item I was looking for, I left my cart and was proceeding to leave the store. The manager told me to leave the store because I did not have a cart. That was my plan anyway, but she made it her business to follow me out the door as though I were a fugitive.

Well done, Beck’s IGA. You chased your $200.00 dollar-per-week customer out of the store FOREVER.

Service à la clientèle pour après commande en ligne. Très mauvais service après un appel afin de valider les erreurs sur ma commande. On ne me laisse pas parler, on lève le ton, on me coupe le parole. On insinue que j'ai mal commandé quand il semble s'agir d'erreurs de codes sur leur site internet. Plus jamais on ne m'y reprendra.

During the covid-19 pandemic most of my groceries were bought by telephone order. On many occasions certain items were missing upon delivery, for example eggs, apples, and oranges. So I took it upon myself to call specific departments and ask if they had these products in stock, all confirmed yes, they were well stocked and had everything i needed.so I decided to call the owner and ask why this was happening. Beck the owner was so unprofessional and confrontational that it's still mind blowing to this day, and I don't believe that he speaks English. Anyway he left a 75 year old woman without food by taking me of the phone order list and completely ignoring me. I will never shop at this Iga again.

Malgré la folie du moment, le personnel est courtois, souriant. La file d'attente avance vite, les consignes sont super bien respectées. Une expérience en magasin sans stress, les tablettes sont bien garnies. Que de bons mots pour IGA Beck. Merci d'être là.

Je suis allé faire des achats cet avant-midi et dans la courte attente à l’extérieur j’ai vu le propriétaire lui-même donner des recommandations et consignes à sa clientèle. Que ce soit de faire respecter la distance entre les personnes dans la file ou le lavage de mains dès l’entrée ou même de voir les employés laver les paniers, tous ces gestes, qui peuvent sembler anodins en temps normal, m’ont procurer un sentiment de sécurité et de réconfort en cette période critique. Merci M. Beck et votre équipe mon expérience-client a été très positive!

Une superbe belle épicerie. Beau choix de produits biologiques et sans gluten. De vraiment belles coupes de viandes avec une section plus artisanale. Le staff est superbe.
