Overpriced compared to other chains. Sale price usually requires buying multiples, which is a real pain for a person living alone who doesn't need huge amounts and would have to carry the extra shopping home by public transport.

I've been shopping at this place for about 20 years, since before it was renovated. It's not perfect, but I like it and do not hesitate to recommend it. The products are fresh and the staff is friendly.

Very clean grocery store the staff are friendly and very helpful. You have a wide variety of groceries to choose from, so get out there and check it out!

We bought birthday cake. The cake was good. Sadly didn't get photo cake, since their machine was not working. Still got toy cake:).
One complaint is, the black creame is like a dye, difficult to remove from your hand. So I would prefer if you have a normal creme for black color.

Like all the IGa. Bad client service.even no client service at all, cashiers not friendly at all. Nothing more to say

Le plus degoûtant repas qu'on puisse avoir.après une belle journée dans la ville j'ai choisi de manger poulet et frites de chez iga le grand nom entre autres super marché. Malheureusement le poulet n'a aucun goût.la texture est sèche comme un papier cartonné qui refuse d'être mâché. J'ai mangé les patates.quel bon et delicieux repas.

Over the years, I've had the worst experience in shopping for groceries here. The manager was super rude, and not much has changed all around. Still bad experiences. Watch your food before you eat it, always.

I like it because it's inside a mall so you can go to other stores. IGA generally had good sales and the quality of their products are good too. Pretty crowded and sometimes the products that are on sale are out of stock. Also, packing your purchases can be a little bit tight.

The layout of the store is not the best, too many things too little space, almost all IGAs have the same problem. I like the bakery and ready to eat options of this location. I guess competition around DT pushes the store to do better.

J'y vais quand vraiment c'est INDISPENSABLE ET NÉCESSAIRE car mon "expérience livraison " du début de la pandémie en 2020 à été nulle, archi-nulle et ma tentative de communication téléphonique a été un:
Nein! Qui voulait dire: "Toê. Tais toê. "
Seuls mes deux messieurs poissonniers semblent avoir reçu une excellente éducation et avoir un souci du client. Je les salue "huitrement". Et les remercie.

Not always the best prices and this location can get a bit busy, but always high quality products overall and a great selection of prepared foods.

I love this IGA above all others. Despite its Westmount location prices are at par, but the selections are beyond comparison.
Fish is unusually fresh and tasty to boot. Meat and bakery departments are superb and the deli and sushi are stellar.

Big enough just a little tight so you end up pretty close with other shoppers. Alot of products choices thought. Very convenient for people with no car.

A bit expensive for me (that's why the 4 stars), but in an emergency or for tourists it is well-stocked and very convenient. I loved the sushi bar with freshly made sushi right before your eyes.

Le 8 mars j ai fait ma loterie au nouveau comptoir de loterie de IGA avec trois personnes au guichet à qui j ai dit 2 fois bonjour sans jamais avoir ni un regard ni un bonjour et les trois employaient un langage extrêmement VULGAIRE.

Il y a tjrs une odeue de brûler et la viande goûte exactement ça! C'est surtout pour ça que je donne cette note.sinon c'est une épicerie comme le reste.

I'm a fan of IGA grocery stores in general and this one is a good one. The service is generally pretty good and they really do their best to have as many products as possible in such a small space. It's a really easy access from Atwater metro and Alexis Nihon is a pretty practical mall to go to. Beware, it's really tight inside this IGA, but it's clean.

Liked this IGA in downtown Montreal.can't really say why, just liked it, must be the compact size and all the stuff crammed inside, haha!

I like the place. Right in the middle of shopping center. Many options. However not enough promo discounts. It's back to school season, energy drinks are popular. They should chow down the prices for products like these and groceries.

I love this IGA, one of the largest grocery stores in Montreal. First of all for its great location, downtown, easily accessible by metro and bus. Clean, well organized and -stocked, it really offers all you may need fresh fruits and vegetables, meat, sections for organic products and more. Helpful staff. I recommend.

You're typical IGA, just not allot of package free options. Might be a bit more expensive then others but usually lots of good sales every week.

Cet IGA est bon. Le magasin est grand et nouveau. Beaucoup de choix de produits et le lieu est très convenient (même centre commercial que le métro Atwater). Un peu cher, mais la qualité est acceptable.

Il est énorme, il y a beaucoup de choix. Les prix sont dans la normale.
Il y a de tout suivant ce que vous cherchez.
Il y a même un bar à poké (frais)

Really enjoy shopping here as they always have the ingredients to my backing needs! The stocking of shelves is always full! Very fast and friendly checkout! The store is roomy and well organized and easy to find all your shopping needs! They also have a large selection of specilty items! Lots of parking aswell!

Il y a beaucoup de produits que trouve là que je ne retrouve pas chez mon Provigo Sherbrooke/Cavendish. Leurs beignets faits maison sont excellents, pas chers, pareils à ceux qu'on faisait anciennement au sous-sol de chez Eaton, dans mon enfance.

The people at the food counter are always so nice and give great service. The food there is great and fresh for a low price

Cashier tried to charge us the wrong price for garlic. $13.49 kg. We were told by a produce worker $3.49. Most expensive Rotisserie chicken. It was tiny.

This IGA got an extra star for being quite nice- unfortunately I generally don't like IGA's.

Decent supermarket- doesn't smell like fish, meat or cleaner (chemicals trying to cover smelly things).

On trend- lots of alcohol free beers available here, including nice sours and IPAs.

Be careful tho, I feel like they purposefully put things in places you don't expect so you spend more time searching and causally finding unneeded items in yer basket.

Well decorated and carries a great selection of foodstuff. However this is completely overshadowed by the godawful staff at the cash. Slow and rude.

Hopefully they get self serve cashes eventually.

DONT BUY WATERMELON IN IGA. I bought the watermelon here. It's barely pink inside. Not sweat, tastes like not ripe at all. Had to throw it in the garbage. Waste of money.

Always seems to be short on cashiers, not a great place to try to grab an item or two, end up waiting upwards of 25 minutes to get to the cash

Jamais vu dans ma vie IGA comme ça! Toujours sale, la date des produits sont souvent expirés, les rayonnages avec des fruits et des légumes sont toujours pourris ou bien vides. Quant' aux employés: malpoli en général, mal appris, vulgaires surtout qui travaille dans la section de boulangeries et pâtisseries sans gants avec les ongles sales et mal traités - on peut penser qu'ils sont sélectionnés spécialement pour effrayer et éloigner les acheteurs. Épouvantable!

Recently renovated. Nice atmosphere, good selection, and reasonable prices. Many items on sale (weekly flyer). Great downtown location. Many freshly baked goods available. Relatively large and thick plastic bags for just 10 cents.

Déjà le IGA c'est pas abordable, à l'exception des spéciaux de la circulaire. Mais cette succursale vend de nombreux articles à un prix + élevé que la plupart des autres épiceries. Malheureux, ça doit être dû à la proximité de la riche ville de Westmount. Adonis a 2 minutes est beaucoup plus compétitif. Faites des exercices de mémoire et achetez seulement ce qui en vaut la peine.

Big store with lots of products, fresh food, fruits and veggies and several food stations (hot and cold). Competent staff. Conveniently close to the Metro and bus stops.

A lot of products, variety and prices are for each pocket, although You need to check for offers, if You go with the first thing You see You Will end Up paying more for a similar product

One of the most organized and cleanest grocery stores. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is they are a little expensive.

J'ai acheté des bagels qui sont finalement moisis 2 jours avant la date d'expiration. On dirait qu'ils ont été ré-étiquetés. En plus, l'attente aux caisses est souvent pénible. Plus jamais je n'irai.
