Today is two weeks in a row that my order never arrived. This is terrible as two workers promised I would receive my order. I did not get it so. I tried to phone and no one was answering. This is terrible as it is only coming tomorrow. This is two weeks in a row and I have to worry about the frozen food that will spoil. Their delivery is really terrible now. If you need the food go to the IGA on Cote St. Luc Rd. It’s a better store.
Customer service is good. The prices are logical. Clean, big, complete, sometimes they change the staffs, that's not good. But over all they try to customer satisfaction.grocery part is very useful.
Dans cet épicerie, je vais à cette IGA pour justement faire un détour avant de me rendre chez nous en passant par Hampstead. C'est n'importe quel IGA mais avec un gros choix de produits cashers qui coûtent chers.
Yesterday I bought an exotic fruit tamarillo. He's all spoiled with mold. I cut it open and it was sour inside. I threw it in the trash.check out the exotic fruit department better.because I threw my money in the trash!
Awful and ABSURDLY EXPENSIVE. Every time I have to come here prices have been changed and of course not to the customer's advantage. The mark up is totally ridiculous, THEY RAISE PRICES FROM ONE WEEK TO THE NEXT WITH NO SHAME ON A CONSTANT BASES. I find items a lot cheaper elsewhere. Too bad I don't have a car. Today's argument with the supervisor was about articles on "special", then, when arriving at the cash not wanting to honour those "special" prices. People are rude. Not a good place to come for groceries. I DISLIKE THE FACT THAT OWNERS THINK PEOPLE ARE STUPID AND DO NOT SEE THAT THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL RIP OFF. I AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. Dead mall for 85 plus.
I like IGA because it has a good selection of organic products but the manager Juliana at the cavendish location lacks human relations skills or customer service skills. I wouldn’t want to conclude that her interaction with me had to do with my race but I have no idea what she was thinking. I asked the most basic question and she was rude.

Usually iga grocery stores are nice with good and friendly staff, but not in this one. If you go there you'll feel like you're in bazar. But generally i love IGA.

This IGA is one of the bigger supermarkets including two aisles of Kosher food, so there is a bigger variety. Car orders and delivery available as well.
The Manager on duty is so rude to the customers, no remorse and not even apologize to the customer even the display on there shelves is totally mixed and deceiving. Her Name is Chantel.
For the most part, I do find what I'm looking for. The concern I have is that the receipt is so faint that it's nearly impossible to know what I've purchased and whether the price is as advertised. I sent an email to head office about this and asked why there's insufficient ink to produce a legible receipt. I mention it at the cash and I'm ignored. Full-year 2022 net earnings for Sobeys were $745.8 million, or $2.80 per diluted share, versus $701.5 million, or $2.60 per diluted share, in 2021. With this level of profit, you would think that this IGA Cavendish could afford to add some ink so its customers can read their receipt, right?
