IGA Extra des Grives

Great place, clean. 90% of the stuff here is WAY overpriced. Lots of choices. Want fresh seafood? They have it here, but be prepared to pay way, way more than you should.same with the meat. Oct. 25/2023. Just added a picture of a SMALL 2LB roast. $100. They call it a "Family Value pack" Ya ok! A family of 3. After you cook the WATER out (They inject water) you only have like a pound and a half. So if you want to feed a roast to a family of 3 with just potatoes and carrots+BBQ sauce you are looking at $110 for ONE meal with NO left overs. It's time for a rebellion or something. No wonder good people must do what they must do, not want to do, but must. Just to feed there family. AOE for ever.

I went shopping here one day and the cashier, I think her name was Selena, she was so nice even as to help me take my groceries to my car as I am an elderly.

Mauvais service aux caisses Obstination avec les clients. Le service aux clients n existe pas. On s excuse pas. Inexactitude des prix

On trouve tout ce que l'on cherche mais comne tout IGA qui se respecte, c'est l'épicerie la plus chère. Les employés de la fin de semaine sont incompétents et s'en foutent royalement. Je vais éviter ce marché les samedis et dimanches. C'est pas la première fois que je dis ça.

J'aimerais bien qu'on remplisse les tablettes en pensant que les clients doivent aussi circuler dans le magasin. Je ne compte plus le nombre de fois où j'ai dû faire un immense détour pour prendre ce que je souhaitais sur la tablette. Et inutile de demander de déplacer même momentanement une palette. On se fiche carrément de vous.

Plenty of selection, however their online pickup service isn't the best for the pandemic. You have to go inside the store, in a small corner behind the registers to pickup your grocery and bring back the cart. It is nearly impossible to maintain two meters of distance between people. Their online website and app also do not have ingredients listed and do not have the full selection of craft beer.

Beaucoup d’employées sur le plancher et les tablettes sont toujours pleine. Je fait mon épicerie a Ottawa mais quand je passe vers le Plateau je fais toujours un tour dans ce IGA. Super bien entretenue et gérer.

Magasin très propre et employés très gentils et dévoués. Des produits sont disponibles (viande chevaline, abats, certains épices.), très appréciable. Grand choix également sur les thés et tisanes! J'y viens régulièrement. A bientôt!

Horrible delivery service with the IGA on du plateau in Gatineau, quebec, the delivery guy is very arrogant and impolite to the clients, the manager was a complete douche on the phone, very arrogant cause i dared to make a complaint about him, they have no respect for customers, i give that IGA a 0/10, never do business with them, they prefer their bad apples for employes than good clients

Edit jan 2020: the quality has dropped, not enough staff for busy hours and the paper bags are really made out of paper with no more IGA logo on them they are so cheap.

Beau magasin, incapable de lire l'application airmiles, à améliorer. Sinon les alimemts sont très frais et le staff est serviable!

J'ai commandé un gâteau d'anniversaire chez Iga du Plateau de Hull afin de célébrer un 40e. Devant accommoder une soixantaine de personnes, je n'avais aucune idée de quelle taille de gâteau commander ni quels détails fournir pour le personnaliser. On a su m'aiguiller de façon adéquate et professionnelle et le résultat fut non seulement délicieux, mais aussi magnifique.

Only thing, IGA have higher price on several items. I am Celiac and a few items GF l, like some bread at 8$ each and my usual bramd is more expensive than elsewhere, BUT, they always have some in freezer compared to most other grocery stores.

La meilleure épicerie! Je me déplace d`Aylmer pour y aller (et on a plusieurs épiceries à Aylmer).

Le service est excellent. Ça paraît que les employés sont heureux. Les produits sont beaux et frais. Le magasin est très propre. C`est facile d`accès en voiture. Les produits sont bien organisés.c`est logique où les choses se trouvent.

Les IGA ne sont pas tous pareil. Le IGA à Aylmer est terrible!

Really recommend this grocery, but the price are a bit too much. It is a expensive place. Be prepared to pay if you want to have the variety. A thing to consider.

Excellent pricing and quality. Shopping there is a delight. IGA tries to promote local production in a smart and attractive way. Delighted to find there my beloved pink tomatoes from the Serres Bergeron well presented and treated with deserved respect. Bravo!

Not always the best deals on meat but often good prices for produce; INCREDIBLE selection of craft beers /IPAs and always a bunch of good beers on sale

Went for the meat and seafood department (was having a BBQ). Lots of nice variety of meats and seafood. They do a lot of custom sauces and packaging for things like steak, pork, chicken, salmon, etc. They even carry Bison sausages (very tasty). Very good place to visit if you want something different for the BBQ. Vegetables section was good as well. Saw a produce clerk picking out damage or old produce.great!

Very good clean grocery store its got many varieties of breads coocked meals uncooked means fruits vegetables all type of groceries.

Only had a quick visit here but seemed like a good place. Five stars because the staff was very friendly and my daughter feel super welcome.

Il y a des bornes de recharge pour véhicule electrique mais les usagers de vehicule a essence les occupent en tout temps c est dommage

To be fair, this IGA is well set up and has great produce meats and pretty well everything you need. Great bakery with fresh baked goods also hot foods to take home. Reason why the 3 stars is, this IGA is very expensive. So if you have deep pockets filled with cash, I say shop here all day every day. If your a penny pincher, stick to no frills or super c to get more bang for your buck!
The staff is very nice and are all bilingual, and very help should a problem arise. Maybe should have given four stars.

Très bonne épicerie, des produits de qualité, et les employés très accueillant vous aident à mettre vos achats dans votre sac. Les plats, gâteaux et desserts fait maison sont assez bons!

Always love going at this IGA. Actually I needed a fruit basket and they did it in such a nice way and accommodated my special request in short notice! Super nice.was nicer than expected. The food at this IGA is always fresh! The meat department is always nicely organize and they will go out of their way to give you the best service, and always with a smile. The bakery is something else too! OMG! So nice and so good! Cakes, pies, muffins etc. This is a family owned IGA was told they were from Trois-Rivières, Quebec. They are open early and close late... Perfect! Love that place and the service, is impeccable! I have some of my family from Ottawa that actually do their groceries at this IGA. Thank you so much and keep up the good work! J'adore y faire mon épicerie. Ça sent bon en entrant, les produits québécois sont mis en valeur et occupent beaucoup de place. La variété est très vaste tant au niveau des fromages, des pains, des bières que de la viande.vraiment, une belle place pour promouvoir les produits de chez-nous. La sélection de produits naturels et biologiques est aussi très grande.
Le seul hic, à mon avis, est là section fruits et légumes: prix très élevé des fruits et légumes, manque de choix, beaucoup de produits américain.

Personnel fort aimable et attentionné. Bon choix en tout, avec côté bio particulièrement présent, Saucisses Toutatis, ce qui était la raison pour moi d'essayer cette succursale. Je reviendrai.

Fresh foods, alote of différent choices of brands, take out that is absolutely delicious, great staff always there to help out! They have everything you need at a good cost.

This is my main grocery store and the customer service is absolutely amazing. I never have to wait at the cash and all the employees are very polite. It's very clean and they are well stocked but it's not a huge supermarket where it takes you 10 minutes to walk to the other end of the store. I love it.
