Service minable.
Étant dans le secteur depuis maintenant 8 ans, j’ai été témoin du service qui se dégrade chaque année et chaque expérience.
Ayant opté pour d’autres épiceries plus accueillantes et serviables au minimum, je me procure que des articles d’un besoin immédiat et même à 3 à 5 articles on se voit à la caisse express avec 2 jeunes employées trop laches pour emballer. 2 a 5 articles! 2 caissières à la même caisse qui en attendant que je procède au paiement jasent et une qui répond quand on lui pointe “ vous emballez pas?) nous répond jmen va en break! Maintenant, je ferai même un détour de 5km pour une pinte de lait! Minable

IGA is always a little pricier but you get better selection and service. However lately they've gone wild. The prices are obscene

Always loved shopping here. Just moved back into this area and happy I'm next to an IGA. Great employees working there.

Half the time they don't have the staff to do delivery. Time to shop somewhere else from now on.

They put on expired products on the shelves (10 days expired in my case) and did a big deal when I tried to exchange it.

I shop here all the time and the staff are super friendly in the grocery isles but the staff in the butcher department completely different story.
I asked him to grind me a cut of beef in to ground beef and the one kid insisted I "pay" for the cut of beef first. I then asked him to get his boss.
His boss comes out from the back of butchers area and says to me that new policy they don't grind it's of beef for customers anymore.
This is ridiculous and most absurd thing I've heard.
Hello? You're a butcher working in a non busy grocery store? You can't take two seconds to grind me a cut of beef?
I then speak to the manager and he proceeded to tell them that the machine was "broken" and not working well.
So in conclusion.
They hire lazy, unprofessional people in their butcher department.

Il y a 2 employés là bas qui rendent l'expérience d'épicerie agréable! Merci à ces 2 gens qui ont su changer mon opinion envers les employés de ce IGA. Toujours accueillant envers moi et mes enfants. J'aime la courtoisie offerte par Mlle Chloé (superviseur) et par ce monsieur à l'étalage qui souhaite toujours faire sourire ma fille. Ç'en prend plus de gens comme eux. Ça, ça fidèlise une clientèle! Pis ça fait ma journée et celle de mes enfants.

Depending on who is at the cash, not always easy to get a smile. Either you get a nice greating or you get a cashier frusterated with their job.

Extremely satisfied with the service from this store. Ordered groceries online from them and they came on time, all excellent level of freshness and the delivery person was helpful and pleasant. They called before arriving and were polite and efficient. Highly recommend!

Lots of good products, very clean, prices are a bit high but they have many specials. For those interested, there is a huge variety of beers. Only four stars because I encountered pretty often certain members of the staff who treat the clients with sort of attitude.
