Nice new store, well stocked. Indoor parking! Fresh produce section a bit lacking both in selection and freshness. Meat section is good and usually has enough stock especially items that are in the flyer. My preferred grocery in that area!

A wonderful little store with tremendous service. Every time I shop here, I feel welcomed and treated like a king.

The food is not fresh, it gets bad the very next day. They were even selling food that was expired and I had to get someone who did not care and told me to just pick something else.

A wide range of food varieties, groceries, fruits, vegetables, drinks and everything at one place. Good discounts sometimes. They have free parking and indoor pick up orders. A vast store.

Clean, well organized and not crowded. A tad expensive but the produce is pretty good quality in terms of freshness.

I love the grocery store, its new, well stocked, clean, excellent service, lots of parking. A pleasure to shop there.

Price value shopping not great. Store is new but doesn’t have many shoppers. This makes me question I have fresh some of their produce is. Furthermore, I think they need to keep a better job at keeping space outside the store clean. Coming up from parking area and taking the elevator granted that it’s winter, but it’s very very dirty. Elevator buttons floors walls, very dirty.

Beaucoup de produits passé-date sur les tablettes. Mouches à fruit dans les paquets de croissants maisons, pains complètement bleu/vert de moisissure sur les tablettes.

It's Thursday and the flyer starts today. Wish they had told them. Because most of what we came in for in the flyer, wasn't in stock.
Send me a message when management decides to actually stock the produce department. Until then, I don't see why I should stop here.

Worst IGA ever. 1 cashier open 5 cashiers closed. Massive line up and while all this is happening 4 employees are just standing around watching customers. Worst cashier and managers ever

It’s a nice clean newly built store that offers a large variety of food. However bare in mind you always have bring your own reusable bags that cost 99 cents because they don’t offer any plastic bags anymore since according to their personal theory create pollution in the atmosphere. Parking lot garage is convenient and there’s an elevator that goes up with doors that open straight in to the iga.

The service is now terrible. It used to be so polite. There is usually only one cash open the rest are self serve. Where did the nice employees go? Today after I asked a manager why were all the cashes closed he asked an employee to put me through. She did but did not pack my bag. I don't have to pay IGA prices and pack my own bags!

J'ai fait une demande a leur service de traiteur. Ils sont arrivé en retard, n'ont pas identifié les plats, aucun wraps n'étaient vegan tel que demander et il y avait du saumon bien que jai demander d'eviter les fruits de mer car il y avait des alergies. On ma facturé des salades a la livraison et je n'ai même pas ou récupérer la facture seulement le relevé interact. Le service de manière générale manquait de professionnalisme.

Worst IGA ever. 4 people standing around and 1 cashier working. Use the self check out and can't get any help. IGA at Cote saint luc Mall has better service and selection.

What a fantastic grocery store! Such a wide selection and, more importantly, I love the staff! They are awesome.and so helpful!

Nice neighborhood grocery store. Wide variety of products. Take out food counter, roast chicken, sushi. Decent offer of bread and vegetables.

The fruits and vegetables section is small and the choices aren't great. I can never find everything I need. The gluten free, vegan options are ok, but not the best. The place is clean.

I went into the RB section of the store and the manager blew my mind with their knowledge of supplements and vitamins. The positivity, advice and vibe left me with an immense appreciation for IGA for housing such a wonderful section and human in their store. Will be returning weekly to increase my vibration, looking forward to the next dose of sunshine!

Disappointing. Went twice a year apart and it was still as poorly stocked and disorganized. The only bright spot is that the staff is very friendly.

Otherwise there isn't a lot of produce options, little organic selection, the bread section is basically an array of tortillas, the cheese offering is lacking. Then you go into the rest of the huge store and it's more of the same, they stock one brand of something (say ketchup or spaghetti) and there's hardly any variety. No GF section, hardly any Asian or Middle Eastern products.

Don't understand how this place is still in business.

It’s nice because it’s new, and it’s near my house so convenient. However, I feel like the selection isn’t very good (especially produce) and everything seems over-priced. I don’t like the current requirement to take a cart, either. It feels silly when I just need to grab 1 or 2 things quickly and other grocery stores don’t require this.

Poorly managed establishment I managed in grocery stores when I was younger and this was a terrible experience

Excellent experience, everyone is very friendly, especially the meat manager, he had lots of wonderful suggestions. Store is clean and the parking lot is just fantastic!

Super clean well organised and neat, only issue is the interior parking going downhill have to be extra careful

Nicely appointed store. No one there at 9am. In and out in 35'. A little confusing with the flow control. I had a hard time finding the exit

They displayed items in a counter and when I wanted to buy them, they (it took three of them) made me wait 20 minutes trying to figure the price to finally tell me they couldn't sell them to me because they were too new! Why put them out?
The self-serve checkout is also a disaster with badly designed stations requiring at least four interventions from the staff.
Overall unpleasant experience (except for the young man in the fish department who was extremely pleasant and helpful).

Love this store. They seem to have different items than most other IGA stores. The indoor parking is a definite plus. The only issue I had was the store layout. It is difficult to navigate and search for specific items.

Terrible store. Empty shelves, limited produce and worst of all no staff. Got stuck at self checkout because it wanted a staff member to check the number of bags several times. No staff so I had to eventually abandon the cart. Never again.

Ce nouvel IGA est très bien placé et une épicerie de cette envergure était clairement nécessaire dans le quartier.
Tout est neuf et donc propre. Je déplore le manque de fruits et légumes locaux et le peu de légumes en général, très peu de produits du Québec, en plein été il est inconcevable d’acheter des fraises des USA! C’est dommage.
L’agencement est bien pensé, on s’y retrouve facilement.
Mon gros point négatif est le manque de suivi sur les produits: j’ai pr mégarde acheté deux paquets de saucisses aujourd’hui le 31 qui sont périmées depuis le 27 juillet. J’ai également acheté des légumes découpés qui ont été emballés le 26 et donc pas très bons. Enfin, les moules étaient bonnes jusqu’au 29.
Je reviendrais pour le côté pratique mais les grosses courses seront autre part ou la fraîcheur est au rendez vous.
Stationnement sous terrain très pratique.

New in a little different, worth checking out if you’re looking for international food items, has a good selection of alcohol as well including big selection of chilled beer

Grande surface correcte, mais le choix de fruits et légumes est vraiment désolant. Nous sommes en belle saison, et le choix reste vraiment limité en bio et en local.

Store is very nice and clean. Staff were carrying out precautions and monitoring clients. Love that it has sinks to wash your hands. But like others, the fruit and veg section needs attention. Lots of organic but this week, three of the items on sale were not in stock three days after the sale (and no local corn came into the store at all). Some of these items were on the front page of the sales flyer. I live in the building and has to go to a competitor for the corn. I hope they improve with local produce.

This store probably opened less than 3 months ago, so it has that fresh newness to it. I think it has most of what you'd want to find in a grocery store.

The wellness section is good, too; maybe not as extensive as a dedicated health food store, but it's a start.

Great location but the meat department is almost inexistant!
Staff are not friendly - Much too young, with no experience, some with no protection at all - No one is assigned to ensure client's safety.
Lots of confusion while waiting to pay - lots of angry customers.

J'ai attendu longtemps pr recevoir mon repas de poulet. Celui l'avait dépose sur sa balance et avait oublié de me le remettre. Il était parti s'afairer a autre chose. La caissière très gentille. Le réceptionniste accueillant.

This new IGA on Cote Saint Luc Rd has a better gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free selection of products than other nearby grocery stores, a great general selection of food, and price is middle of the road. I think it's really good as a one-stop shop kind of place. Highly recommend you try it.
