Becarful with expiration date when you buy products in this IGA, this week is the fourth time I bought an expired product from this IGA and I relized when I arrived home. Here are the expired products I bought from this IGA: milk, yougourt, cabbage salad and tea
They have a serious problem to do the rotation of their products.

Have a very good service, it is the police station just next door, you will park and share with the police car.

Love this one, love the ready food section here, the sushi is always looking nice and delicious, everything fresh and the staff is friendly.

Produits de qualité, très satisfait depuis que j’y vais. Et il y’a souvent beaucoup de réduction sur des articles.

It's really far from where I live but they always have tons of good stuff on FoodHero so I make the journey. The store is big, lots of selection (I do buy other groceries than just my FoodHero orders) and I have no complaints about the service. It's well arranged and close to the metro. Of all the IGAs I've been to in this city, it's the one I think is the best.

IGA is good when it comes to the quality of its products, there is no doubt about that. However, there is a notable difference in prices compared to other markets, as prices are a bit high here at IGA. As for the offers, sometimes there are good deals, especially on maple syrup.

Et finalement, sur toutes les caisses self service seulement 2 fonctionnaient et celles-ci plantaient a presque chaque item et nécessitait l'intervention d'un commis. Une seule caisse etait ouverte mais seulement pour les petites épicerie.

I shop here all the time! It's great. The produce is fresh and always changing, the bakery has nice cakes and breads. There is a large selection of vegan and vegetarian options. There is a small kosher meats section. There is also a large holistic medicine section.

There is a hot lunch area with very nice paninis and salads as well as fries and chicken. Side salads are very good and they have a big selection of drinks. They have a small area for hot coffee and a few tables inside. There is a patio outside with tables in the summer.

The layout is a bit strange but worth exploring. The milk area need a clean out as it has a slight smell but the milk is fresh. They also have a sushi section made fresh but I personally do not like their rice rolls. The store has contests and prizes which is fun. Beautifully decorated for christmas.

Probably THE best fried chicken I have had in Montreal. Their food options are amazing, tasty and well priced! I totally recommend it for lunches

IGA très propre et organisé, mais honnêtement, le pire repas au poulet que j’ai eu viens d’ici, le poulet était dure comme une brique, les frites et patates pareil. Faut que ça change svp IGA MOUNTAINS SIGHTS SVP, Merci.

J'ai trouvé des produits en état de promotion en Véran 6 produits mais heureusement j'ai une forte mémoire je me rappelle de tout les prix et les endroits et tout en détail j'ai commencé avec un produit c'est pas le même prix affichés après elle m'a dit désolé c'est une erreurs je demande des explications y a pas elle a retiré la promotion elle m'a dit mnt y a pas de promotion mais j'ai trouvé l'étiquette afficher c'est pas de ma faute alors j'ai continué pour tout le reste des produits et a chaque fois c'est la même histoire elle envoie qlqun qui va retiré l'étiquette après quand je part elle me dit peut être ta vu un autre produit similaire yawww je voir pas ou quoi j'ai déposé tout j'ai sorti sont trop parlé avec des arnaqueurs des fausses pub c'est pas comme ça que ça marche mon vieux
Pour les consommateurs vérifiée bien les prix avant d'acheter c'est non vous faites arnaqué avec vous propre volonté

This is one of the newer markets in the Triangle that serves the growing middle class population. Floors were clean; produce looks appetising; and staff were at least bilingual if not trilingual, which was excellent. If i lived closer, this would become my regular grocery store.

I came for a "c'est pret" sandwhich and the ham was so old that it was grey.very disappointed and a waste of time. This is the second time I get a rotten sandwich.

Tout nouveau tout beau. Comme beaucoup de supermarchés dans les quartiers centraux, l'espace est limité ce qui signifie que l'offre de produits l'est aussi. Le magasin est tenu très propre et bien rangé. Il est parfois difficile de trouver un employé sur le plancher pour obtenir de l'aide.

Wide range of options and choices but the architecture of the rows and everything is very very complicated, it’s one of a kind to be honest. Otherwise it’s nice and clean.

Déception du service à la clientèle, j'ai fait une grosse commande pour un événement donc je suis allée la chercher ce matin, alors j'ai demandé à la caisse d'appeler à quelqu'un pour m'aider à mettre la commande à la voiture qui a été juste stacionné à l'extérieur, et je suis deçue de la réponse et de la manque de volonté de donner un bon service car la réponse à été "désolé il nous manque du personnel", j'ai mentionné de demander aux employés qui se promennent dans le magasin juste 3 minutes pour m'aider puis sa réponse " désolé on peut pas vous aider ". Je ne reviendrai pas ni je ferais plus une autre commande pour événement.

I only come occasionally for a ~fancy~ drink or something before class. Otherwise I can't shop here, everything is too expensive. Good selection of products and the store is usually super clean when I go in, but oof $$$.

This is my usual grocery, however i have regularly had the issue where i’ve purchased products only to get home and discover they are already expired.prices are generally more expensive than other stores, you could at least ensure products are not expired.

The quality of meat is amazing! They're in a complex of apartment buildings. Their lunch counter is unorganized and the staff is not trained. Or it's just a high turnover and staff. Sunday you're lucky to see anybody working there.

Arrivée a l'ouverture, au moment de passer a la caisse, pas de caissier. Au bout de 10 minutes quelqu'un arrive (mais ce n'est pas un caissier.) de mauvaise humeur.au final c'est moi qui suis répartie de mauvaise humeur.

I live nearby and tend to shop early in the morning due to my work schedule. There’s a quebecois manager, near the cash register who’s new who patrol nonstop and even follows me around and gives no personal space. Very disturbing and he needs to chill. I shop at this location because its convenient but based on my experience lately, I feel very uncomfortable and will not returned.

Nice ambiance and various products to choose from but, there was a time when I went there on the 20th of August. Where I saw this manager of the Deli Meats, with a guy who was wearing formal attire with glasses and also with one of their colleagues (a lady). Three of them eating just beside the deli counter. IS THAT APPROPRIATE during work hours? Sometimes, when I would buy stuff there, I would see the guy with the glasses not wearing his mask properly walking in the grocery store. We're still not out of the woods with this situation that we are all in today. Where every precaution should still be followed. In fact, these types of people should be role models to their employees.

Aujourd'hui, le 9 septembre 2021, nous avons retrouvé le chariot de notre bâtiment disparu il y a quelques mois dans le magsin IGA! Mais le magasin a refusé de nous le rendre! C'est incroyable pour un magasin aussi chic que IGA de faire une telle chose.nous comprenons que le magasin a probablement perdu des chariots à causes des clients non-responsables qui ont abusé la confiance du magasin et n'ont pas retourné les chariots prêtés par le magasin. Mais, est-ce que cela justifie d'utiliser des chariots qui ne leur appartienent pas? Déçu de cette valeur.

C'est un super magasin, propre et bien organisé, j'adore m'y balader, on y trouve de tout, surtout a la boucherie.le personnel est souriant et aimable.bravo.

Online grocery is an absolute nightmare: it works around one tome out of 4. Had to call them almost each time and their answer is always call the company’s head office. If you are not ready to have a solid system of online orders, then don’t do it until you’re okay.

This is the worst IGA ever. I got a parking ticket in your parking while shopping! You go there to buy things and you get a ticket. I followed up, and I was told that the owner herself called the police. Thanks for your hospitality. Will never come back there.

L'employé au comptoir des repas préparés en magasin ne voulait pas me donner six gros morceaux de poulet croustillants. Il dit qu'il est obligé de mettre au moins deux morceaux de pilons. Alors, est-ce vrai? Pour aujourd'hui il m'a donné quatre gros morceaux pour 14,49$ et deux gros morceaux pour 1,79$. Donc, est-ce vrai?

The lobster are crammed so tight into the tank they can’t move at all. I don’t understand how some people cannot see what’s wrong with that? They might not be as smart as humans but they still experience pain. Imagine how alienating it was for you to be stuck at home during pandemic, now imagine how they must feel in there.

Pas de service à. Je voulais acheter 12 homards ce matin, j’ai attendu à la poissonnerie longtemps et personne ne se présentait pour me servir.j’ai quitté et suis allé à une autre épicerie. Il y a avait des employés à l’avant du magasin mais personne a l’intérieur pour aider les clients. Lorsque je l’ai mentionné à une employée, on m’a dit que le gérant venait de descendre au garage.plutôt que d’aider?

Mauvais service à la clientèle. Cher. Faut prendre a huge chariot (C'est obligatoire, dit d'une manière agressive la madame à l'entrée) pour acheter 1 l de lait! Des meilleurs choix dans la quartier, à 5-10 min distance. Dommage, mais à moins d'une urgence, même si c'est le plus proche, je vais éviter.

When you step inside this store, is like you walk on another planet: so spacious, so bright, huge windows, so much space between the isles, lots of fresh produce, more than other stores, compared to the stores, that are in Cote des Neiges for example, is like you step in 3rd millennium compared to the stone age! I would shop in this store every time! It's own bakery and it's own hot counter, WOW!

La direction est vraiment abominable, cela paraît qu'ils n'ont aucune expérience. Ils ne savent pas comment gérer leurs employés. Les fruits et légumes n'étaient pas frais du tout. Les employés étaient bêtes. Les prix bien trop élevés. J'éviterai ce magasin si j'étais vous.

Wow les nouveaux propriétaires du Yuzu Sushi Express sont super 2 jeunes entrepreneurs prometteurs

Very organized & clean but a bit pricey.
It's kinda different from the IGA in Plamondon where I use to shop. In IGA Plamondon they have more meat selections.

I was asked to leave my small backpack and cloth grocery bag at front desk. Then had to wait for another person to come and take both over their counter. Was told > return to get bags to pack groceries after payment is done. *When I asked for a ticket number for my backpack she did NOT give me one! I felt very uncomfortable shopping there knowing my valuables were at front with NO ticket number identifying as my belongings. Also did not appreciate her touching my bags (handles) without washing hands/clean gloves first. That's just dirty. In age of covid, please follow proper hygiene. I do work at hospital and know well the rules for cross contamination.
-Why were there other people in store with bags. Sorry to say, this reeks of racial profiling. Other stores in that area such as Walmart, Provigo, BulkBarn, PA and Epicure never give such problems. Am sharing experience with neighbours in this area so they can avoid. I have 2 good jobs and just went there after work to buy supper. Felt like a criminal after leaving. What an ordeal. AVOID!
Update: several people asked how I was dressed that day.
Wore clean ironed work pants, professional new jacket and clean shoes.
Was not looking like a vagrant shoplifter.
They should call it IGA Melanin.
