Good choice of prepared foods, fresh fruits and vegetables. I love the Chagnon products and I can find this brand here. Too bad not all Chagnon items that I would like

Update 2023 - Very nice suburban IGA. Great brand new layout. Staff is polite, friendly and bilingual. Great selection of products. Special note that they regularly BBQ smoked their own meat and vacuum sealed them. It's our go to grocery.

If you need just bread milk and cheese. It's here. But, in some staff choices are limited. It's good grocery store.

It's a grocery store they have a wide selection of everything you'd need and expect. I will say one thing the meat products and fruits are very good here. As compared to other grocery stores and the bakery is top notch

The cottage/Shepard pie and meat lasagna (inhouse made) used to be good but now it is not. When you heat it up in microwave it explodes now (pops). (seems like powder potato now). Does not even look baked.

Difficult to find products as signs listing the contents of an aisle are minimal and incomplete forcing you to walk each aisle to find what you want. Soup, coffee and other general products are not listed.

Plant based cheese options are pathetic compared to other iga

For an expensive grocery store, it feels run down. The floor tiles are ripped up, the beer aisle has been leaking water for almost a year, and the store overall needs a refresh

IGA that has a good setup and variety of merchandise. Good parking. Still a little pricey compared to other grocery stores.

My shopping experience is always as to be expected in a grocery store, the young guy who I think is a manager is the best.
BUT The blond foreign lady with glasses that works in the hot meals/buffet department has been continuously rude to all the costumers and she makes it very obviously known that she does not want to work here. Its been weeks I have witnessed this and it’s just draining/annoying. Do better, no one wants to work at a grocery store but that doesn’t give you the right to be rude to all the clients.

I only go for expensive novelty items like special snacks or weird desserts.

Avoid their pre marinaded meats and you're all good!

Great place to shop. Very clean. Friendly service. Everything is fresh. Fruits and vegetables. Meat and cheese department. Variety of Fresh bread. Fish department. If they do not have the fish you want they will try to order it for you and contact you when it arrives. Love shopping here. A bit ore costly but worth every penny.

Meh. We don’t live in North America, and haven’t for over 30 years, so I can’t judge prices nor what is typical of a large supermarket. But I was underwhelmed. The layout is weird - not straight aisles that you can just look up and down and see if you need something there. The selection of items like smoked salmon, which I would have expected to be significant in Canada, was sparse. Produce was OK. We then stopped in at Maxi, right nearby, which was a bit better.

Great place to buy food and other grocery type items. Highly recommended if you like food and live and nearby.

Qui peut bien donner un 5 (ou même un 4!) à cette épicerie!? (un gérant!? , le proprio!? , son ami!? Etc.
Certainement pas un client "normal " car il y à d' énormes problèmes de qualité, quantité et c'est surtout géré comme une cabane à sucre! (à preuve de voir l'indifférence des gestionnaires!?).
En plus, c'est plus dispendieux qu'ailleurs! ‍️

BEST STAFF service on the island of Montreal. Seriously, the cashiers not only bag (a lost tradition at some grocery stores) but take the time to ask: ''how are are? ''. When I ask for a special product, the staff stops piling items and walk me through the store to find it. FIVE STARS, EASY! ! ! Happy New Year IGA staff! Bonne Année à tous! ! !

Convenient location, it allows in-store shopping the staff are very helpful and it is not too crowded.

Ce IGA a totalement changé mon opinion de la chaîne. Il est très beau et très bien organisé, en plus d'une sélection variée et même plusieurs spéciaux. J'ai récemment eu un excellent service et la direction semble avoir une approche très humaine avec ses employés. Bravo à toute l'équipe!

It was a good shopping experince in IGA.
The sanitizing facilities and other serices were good
But the prices compared to walmart and maxi was high enough and could not find many hot food or deli.

Ce fut une bonne expérience de magasinage à IGA. Les installations de désinfection et autres serices étaient bonnes Mais les prix par rapport à Walmart et Maxi étaient assez élevés et ne pouvaient pas trouver beaucoup de plats chauds ou de charcuterie.

This store is generally trash the kids that run the place are a joke. The slowest cashiers and they don't stop talking amongst each other. Yes it's a min wager job but common be professional. The only reason why it gets 5 stars is because of the flawless online ordering experience I had. The lady who picked my order was clearly more mature and did my groceries perfectly. Will defs continue to use their delivery service. Even the kid who dropped it off was more professional than the kids in the store.

We usually go to Maxi for our basics but sometimes we need to go to IGA to find different items. This store is always clean and friendly service. They have counters for lunch meals to go which is convenient if you don't want fast-food at lunch. They have a good microbrewery section and great beer deals all the time.

Very good choice, good prices. Very safe place, with the pandemic they make sure that everybody going in have the mask and put hand sanitizer

Couldn't find basic items. What I did find was overpriced. Now I go only for the cut flowers. Don't expect their express lanes (6 and 12 oitems or fewer) to go any faster because they are not enforced. Terrible place to shop on your lunch hour.

Il y a des produits plus originaux que chez les concurrents. Par conséquent, c'est un peu plus cher. Le personnel est agréable et souvent de bon conseil.

Good grocery store. Not as big as other IGA but convenient enough. They do have more, and I like the cold cuts selections. I only go every 2 weeks since it is a bit expensive and living just 5 mins away makes it easier.

Great place to do your groceries. Just keep in mind they do not sell cigarettes. (In case that's your thing)

The store is fine but costomers standing at a counter for long time like they are the only ones and dont give a f. Touching everything in the counter possibly contaminating and then just walk away and leave all there and buy nothing.its because of people like that we are number one in all Canada with the most infected something not to be proud of.not sure if will go back at this time.

It's a little small; not as many options as other IGA's in terms of meats, veggies, dairy, cheese, and non perishable items in the aisles; however it is good to note that this is not an IGA extra and that it is an IGA Marche.there is a difference.

They need to reorganize there payment machine where you pay with Debit or Credit cards at the cashes. Not impressed with the way they treated the customers when they had problems with these machines.

I was pleasantly surprised that they still had some of the specials in stock on the last day of the sale.

9 Cashes. 1 open who also answers the phone and gives out lotto tickets and cigarettes by the time she gets to you. Friendly! But solo.

Low staff, expensive produce, freshness and variety are.inconsistent at best. But in this area, they offer the widest selection.

J achete un plateau de legumes affiche a 15.99$. La caissière le scan a 17.99$. Je lui fais part de l erreur elle corrige. Je lui rappelle la politique de l exactitude de prix elle appel une autre employée corriger enlever 10$. Je lui demandes 2 fois avant de quitter si elle a enlevé la charge précédente du 15.99$ pour charger celle apres correction et le 10$. A quoi elle dis oui. Je regarde le recu mon plateau a ete charge une fois a 15.99 et une fois de plus. Je reviens demander voir manager l employee caissière rigole.pas fort

Le département des fruits et légumes est très ordinaire. Il manque beaucoup de fruits dans les présentoirs. Sinon, le reste est très bien.

The manager Guy is amazing. Talk about great customer service. He goes out if his way to respond to customer concerns. A wonderful asset to IGA.

J'ai acheter une petite salade grec préparée la veille. Salade non essorée, tomates et cocombres pas frais avec odeur.

Très déçu, j'ai suis allée pour m'acheter quelque petite chose et honnêtement.manque de personnelle a 90%. Rendu a la caisse des produits ne scannai pas, il on appelé les commis demandé de venir au service, mais personne n'est venu après 10 minutes! Il était 17h et il y avais déjà plus de commis a cette heure-ci, la manière qui on annoncé cela a la caissière. J'ai demandé a la boulangerie des informations sur un produit, la seule chose qu'elle m'a dite c'est désolé je sais pas. Elle n'a pas cherché a demandé a ses collègue de son département pour répondre a ma question. Seulement 3 caisses était ouverte malgré les longue fils d'attendre. Aucun emballeur zéro. En gros très mal organiser comme IGA. C'est le pire des IGA que j'ai vue. Les toilette était mal propre aussi.

I usually go to the IGA in Lachine on 28th avenue but I have been a semi- regular here for a little over a year.

The place is decent except for one employee who works at the deli counter every other day. For some reason she gets really angry when people pick up from the prepared meal rack. I have seen her leave her spot behind the deli counter and angrily arrange things. I have seen this happen numerous times and have seen other people near me notice her being angry. This is not normal, there is no reason to swear and carry on like that. I haven't learned her name but she is a middle aged Quebecoise lady.

Other than that this place seems fine.

Impécable, facile à avoir access à tout les départements. La section de traiteur à beaucoup de choix. Le service, la qualité des produits et le personel ont fait de mon achat un belle expérience.

Very nice suburban IGA. Overall good layout and kept very clean. Staff is polite and bilingual. Layout is not made for a quick milk bottle grabbing and go (you need to walk the whole store to get a bottle of milk).

Terrible store. No prices anywhere, nothing fresh and appealing, and the staff is very rude. We need a nice grocery store that is welcoming, makes you want to Cook and always has fresh products.

Great selection of meat, fish etc. Poor selection of fruit and vegetables, and often they are not very fresh at all (I get fresher and cheaper at Maxi!). Seafood counter staff are fabulous.

They have almost everything, from live lobsters that they can cook for you, to already prepared meals, bakery, rotisserie, etc. Very nice staff. Big parking.

No shopping carts in store. Had to go back into parking lot to get one. Not sure why staff can't go out hourly to bring carts into the store especially on a Saturday.
