Désolée mais je trouve aberrant que la caissiere se moque de moi car j'ai pas apporter assez argent pour payer.j'ai mal calcule chez moi.si j'aurais carte alors j'aurais payé avec.c'est vraiment aberrant car ça fait des années que je suis cliente au IGA.même les clients riaient de moi.quel profesionnalisme! Je suis contraintes sévères et j'arrive serré a la fin du mois.la prochaine fois j'irai ailleurs.une cliente fidèle perdue.

Meat is always fresh and the butcher was very friendly and will talk to you if you have any questions. I was very impressed great service

Best selection out of all the other IGAs in the vicinity. Still rather pricey, but worth the trip for specific items and fresh produce.

I usually find whatever grocery I'm looking for here, and even though it can be pricier than Maxi or Super C, they do have good sales occasionally.

Very tidy, and the workers are usually fast.

This is my twins birthday cake I bought at IGA and decorate at home. I paid less than $70 at IGA and decorations item from online. Now this cake worth few hundred dollar. Shopping at iga and save money.

Si je résume cette épicerie en quelques mots: Des prix exorbitants, des fruits et légumes sans fraicheur, des commis incompétents qui ne connaissent pas leurs produits, des caissières qui haïssent vraiment leur job. Et ils se considèrent une épicerie de quartier qui est plus à l'image de Westmount que de celle de St-Henri! Les produits du Super C (quelques blocs plus loin) sont milles fois plus frais et abordables.

It low-key sucks, almost on par with super c. Everything is hard to find and always low on stock of essential items

I've been going to this IGA for 10 years. It's convenient because it's a block from where I live, and that's the only reason I buy groceries there. It's always been a terrible grocery store. It changed ownership recently and has gotten even worse. They sell rotten, moldy fruit and vegetables, expired products, and meat and fish that have gone bad. Take a 5 minute walk East to the Super C near the Atwater market and you'll find that everything is 20% cheaper and won't make you sick because it's gone bad two weeks ago.

Vraiment trop cher, les gens du service sont très serviables et devraient être mieux payé au prix que ça coûte faire son épicerie suffit enrichir les propriétaires réveiller vous! Pas normal que les jeunes peuvent pas se payer le metro pour aller travailler tellement le salaire est bas

Le jeudi vérifier les prix de vos spéciaux qar ils sont pas entré et ont ce retruove à payer le gros prix et ils semble en profiter car 2 fois sur 4 c'est trop à leur avantage s'en s'excuser pour autant!

More expensive than other supermarkets, a surprisingly limited selection of produce, and a particularly baffling interior layout. If you don't have to shop at this location, don't.

Always running out of oat milk. Not quite as varied as some other IGAs, but it's only averagely sized. Pretty good overall.

As with sunken R'yleh, non-eucludian geography rules here. When you shop here, you shop outside both space and time. Lots of local cider too

Cashier was pretty rude to me as I was returning those big $10 water jugs to get my deposit back that I had purchased at that IGA.

Ne donne plus de sac papier! Vos sac réeutilisable vont quand meme finir au recyclage tot ou tard! Et honnetement je doute fort que ce sois plus biodégradable que du papier.

Magasin pas très soignée et plus épicerie plus cher du quartier. Aurais besoin d'un bon coup de ménage dans les allées et rayon ne donne pas envie de faire ses provisions dans ce magasin.merci

Cette endroit ne vous envoi jamais votre commande en ligne correct. Légume pourri, éléments en trop.

I've been coming to this IGA for a good 6 years and its the first time i get served horribly! This cashier argued with the lady infront of me for a misunderstanding and made a scene while the lady was calm and asking why is she so mad! I thought it wasn't appropriate due to the fact that the lady was older! Then argued with me! The manager was there but he didn't do much except to tell her to calm down! This service was far front professional! Why do i even give my money for such a bad service!

Well-stocked and good hours, my only criticism would be to avoid during rush hour, the waits can easily become 20+ mins. Also, they don't always have mirin, I know it's a little thing but hey!

Refuser de me rembourser un item qui était déjà ouvert parce que j'ai pas ma facture d'un produit qu'on consomme pas le jour même âpres +12 ans à aller à la même place en plus de me faire répondre par un air bête a la caisse.et j'en passe.

This is by far the worst IGA I have ever been too. It's so bad that you sometimes find moldy bread on the shelf, expired meat, veggies that go bad the next day just t name a few things. If you live in that area the Super C on atwater is better! Or the IGA in Alexis Nihon. I would give it 0 stars but you can't

Update du 3 janvier: Cette épicerie est tellement avancée scientifiquement qu'ils ont du pain emballé dans le futur.

Don't bother ordering online from them. On my last order (yesterday - which arrived 2 hours late) they decided not to bring me ANY of the meat that I ordered. They did not call for substitutions or anything, I just got my grocery order with no protein. I am home sick and cannot get to a grocery store myself. I tried calling them but all I got was "that's not my responsibility" from them. They claim to be overloaded with orders, but since they decide how many orders they will accept, they are just trying to maximize their profits at the expense of service. I now order from Metro, and hope it will go better.

Belle localisation mais le comptoir des viandes est décevant.viande de mauvaises qualité et peu de choix! Par contre le comptoir poissons nous réserves des surprises de temps à autres mais encore la qualité n’est pas toujours au rendez vous!
Services à la clientèle médiocre mais par contre les caissières sont sympathiques!
L’éclosion du quartier permettrait facilement à ce IGA de se présenter avec des variétés plus haut de gamme!

Coquerelles à côté des machines pour le retour des canettes. Employés souvent désagréables. Fruits toujours de mauvaises qualité.

Seems low on staff and lineups can be long.

Worst grocery store in the city. They need to hire a better product purchaser as they are notoriously always out of stock, and when they are in stock, the product is often expired.

Usually, I don't go to this IGA because I'm not in the area in the daily basics, so, I went under an "emergency" to buy corn starch. I was looking around, but I couldn't find it, so I decided to ask to an employee who nicely helped me. Good service and ambience.
