I was a previous client just trying to get an appt to bring my car in. For some reason they just ignored me and never returned my calls. Even though they said they would call me back.
The guy named Mike from service, sounds very rude and mean through the phone and email.
I had a good experience the first time I brought my car in 2021. Maybe they changed staff cause they sound very rude now. Would not recommend.
