Made an appointment to test drive a car. We showed up on time, ready to make a deal.

Reception staff clueless, doesn't even ask our names, sends us to the wrong department. Employees then openly bicker about who is supposed to take care of our appointment. Proceed to waste another 10 mins waiting for a sales rep to show up, doesn't.turned around and left.

If you can't be bothered to greet me properly. I. E.ask my name, offer me a seat, a cup of coffee, a handshake or respect my time. I can just imagine what kind of headaches I would get trying to get after sale service.

I was super well taken care of by Mr Saade! Excellent customer service, he took care of us through the process of buying my new vehicle from A to Z. I highly recommend!

Took the car for a "In-and-out" battery check-up following a recall. After the first half hour, was assured the car would be ready in 10 minutes. Took another 1h15 for the car to be ready, for 1h45 minutes total. Delays can happen, but the lying is entirely on them.

Service department told me to drop my car on Sunday for Monday service appointment. I came and saw a notice that they closed on Sunday, November 20,2022: (. So disappointed.

J'ai eu une trés mauvaise experience avec ce concessionnaire, j'ai pris RDV pour 21 octobre 2022 depuis septembre presque un mois a l'avance par biais de leur site internet puis par téléphone elle m'a meme expliqué que la navette est inclus, tout se passait bien j'etais content, le 21 octobre arrive je me suis présenté a l'heure, SURPRISE ils ont pas trouvé mon nom donc pas de RDV voila une journée perdue apres discussion ils m'ont fixé une autre date mais a cause de doute alors que l'hiver s'approche j'ai du l'annuler tout de suite apres avoir pris un RDV avec canadian tire.
Bref cela est un geste irresponsable envers un client qui leur fait confiance, ils ne sont pas serieux

NOT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP! With the current situation of car shortages Ile Perrot Toyota reps will take CASH to move you to the front of the waiting list, this means moving others down on this list.

After waiting over a year for car preorder, they held the sale hostage subject to giving them current car as trade in for the value they determent, would not allow to purchase back vehicle as outlined in original lease contract, they would not honor the new car sale ONLY with the trade in, essentially Ile Perrot Toyota squeezed out from this deal over $15,000 and screwed a long-time customer.

Sa fait plusieurs fois que j'ai des problèmes au niveau du service pour les réparations chez Toyota Ile Perrot, l'an dernier au mois de Mai j'y suis allé pour un problème de climatisation de ma Corolla, tous les vérifications ont été effectués, suite aux vérification il manquait seulement du frigorigène et cette réparation m’a coûté $176.62.

Dernièrement j’y suis retourné avec le même problème de climatisation, cette fois ci on me dit qu'il y a une fuite au niveau du condenseur (radiateur de la climatisation) maintenant la facture après soumission que j'ai refusée est de $1119.96 tx. Inclus. Ouaaaah!

À chaque fois que je vais au concessionnaire pour une réparation il mentionne une séquence de réparation qui sont problématiques et que je dois faire réparer.

Toujours des frais exorbitants, est-ce que le concessionnaire croit que nous sommes tous millionnaires, le service à la clientèle n'est pas capable de nous donner l'heure juste, toujours à argumenter sur les réparations qui ne sont pas toutes justifiables et de notre côté il faut payer.
Bonne chance à vous, j'espère que vous avez des sous plein les poches.

La réponse aux avis que nous fesont sur cette franchise est toujours de nous dire qu'il donne un bon service et corriger la situation sauf que ce n'est que des mots dans l'air.

My car was repaired there and I had a great experience. It was a pleasure dealing with Mr. Ramin, and my car was repaired in a relatively short period of time. Despite its distance from Montreal, I recommend everyone go there for Toyota services. I would like to thank Mr. Ramin for his help

Allowed me to book a car online and put down a deposit. I received no calls and when calling in was told you could not put a deposit on that particular car. The agent told me a sales member would call me shortly.
5 hours later I received no call and called back and was then told by the agent that I would receive my deposit back and that a sales member would back me right after that call.
I received no call for 1 hour and called back, I was told that the sales member would call me back today to ask for my credit details so they can process my refund.
Today I have received no calls and no one is picking up at the dealership.

This is sad and just poor practice.

L'achat d'un véhicule fut facile, nous fûmes bien guidés par un conseiller. Satisfaits de notre achat, nous espérons que le service après-vente, si jamais nous en avons besoin, sera à la hauteur de notre expérience avec M. Saade.

Service exceptionnel, nous avons été servi rapidement. J’ai vraiment aimer le vendeur aucun pression pour acheter le véhicule et super gentil et souriant. Hâte de recevoir ma Gr86 et venir la chercher!

Très mauvais service. Nous avons apporté un véhicule sous garantie. Problème de RPM à l’arrêt. Vehicule de 33 000km. Vidéo du problème à l’appuis. Problème aucunement intermitent. Ils ont facturé le temps de vérification disant que le problème ne pouvait être reproduit. Mensonge, je me suis offert de reproduire le problème sur les lieux mais le directeur de service Nelson Rousselle n’a pas voulu, mais l’aviseure technique avait déjà été chercher le mecanicien pour lui montrer…. Le directeur a été très désagréable et très borné et n’a rien voulu savoir. Resultat, une facture de diagnostic et le problème n’est pas réglé. Comment peut t’on facturer un vehicule sous garantie avec un problème non intermitent avec preuve video à l’appuis? Service à la clientèle très médiocre, je ne recommande à personnes. Si je pouvais donner moins que une étoile je le ferais. En passant M Rouselle, ce n’est pas une façon de traiter la clientèle et encore moins une façon de rouler une business. Aucunement business wise…… Honte à vous. Je vais m’assurer que personne de mon entourage fasse affaire avec votre franchise.

Took 3 calls to reach them and apt in 2 weeks. Show up to apt and was told they dont have space for the car wash I requested and 2 hour wait time. More than 2 hours later I had to ask because they didnt bother informing me that they are very busy and I need to wait an additional 2 hours. Wouldnt bother coming back here

Great experience in store. Alesio answered all my questions and helped me pick out a great second hand motor. Would highly recommend Alesio very friendly, approachable and made the process easy for me.

Alesio is absolutely amazing! I have emailed him regarding a Toyota Yaris, he got back to me asap and was a great listener to my needs! He is efficient and approachable as I felt confident when talking to him. This is by far the best personalized service ever. Went in looking for some help with regards to trading in my existing vehicle for something bigger, and received AMAZING assistance from Alesio Vacirca.
