Shiller Lavy's business plan involves destroying small businesses, and decreasing the quality of life in the communities they invest in, putting the benefit of a tiny number of people over the thousands who live in the neighbourhoods they're buying up. Mile End is rife with empty store fronts, and they don't even have enough respect for the community to come look us in our faces and justify what they're doing.

My god what have you done to the mile end? These predatory real estate pigs gobble up small businesses and replace them with big chains and empty storefronts for months on end. Shame on Montreal for doing nothing, and not having any laws that protect small business from this kind of disgusting business. There goes the neighbourhood.
