Since the day appointment was taken (which was very smooth over phone and then digital profile to be created and guidance given), medical center helps you for reaching timely at the clinic. Dr. Tamer WALY and his team are very professional and the process for Immigration Medical Exam (IME) took around 1 hour since the name was called. One has to be patiently sitting and wait for the multiple calls (bio data), BP, height checks, urine sample, then Doctor meeting and later go for Chest X-Ray. I mentioning here for IME-EDE clients only. Now I would say, the complete staff are smiley, welcoming and generous and guide you properly especially Dr. Waly. Thanking you

Bonne expérience j'avais des doutes avant d'aller à cause des mauvais commentaires que j'ai lu mais s'était bien passé rapide et efficace le personnels gentils et professionnels

J'ai effectué la visite avec mon conjoint dans le cadre de notre demande de résidence permanente. Aucun problème pour prendre rendez-vous ou faire les examens. En revanche, 6 mois après ma visite, IRCC affirme ne pas avoir reçu mes résultats. En un mois et demi, j'ai envoyé 2 courriels et appelé 4 fois sans avoir pu obtenir mes résultats ou une confirmation d'envoi à IRCC. Et impossible de prendre contact avec un responsable.
Si c'était à refaire je choisirais une autre clinique.
