The guys at the front desk are really rude and quite arrogant. I talked to one of them on the phone to book a room and buddy goes and hangs up on me. Then while checking out, he impatiently asked ". Well what's your name? " Brutal. Food is good though.

Nous sommes arriver tard et parti tôt le lendemain matin. L’ensemble étais bien sauf pour les rideaux qui sont de simple voile qui laisse la lumière entrer dans la chambre. Donc toute la nuit cela nous a réveiller puisque on étais je croit à coter d’une place avec de gros camion. Bref ça n’a pas été une nuit très reposante. Merci

J'y suis allé plusieurs fois pour le travail et c'était très bien. Tranquille et propre, les chambres sont rénovées et au goût du jour. Un gros merci a Thomas et Ykbel qui offre un bon service a la clientèle et qui ont très bien su bien gérer les petits imprévus.

Chose to book this hotel as it included a gym that was open late (11pm stated on the website). After I arrived, the manager of the hotel informed me that the cost of the room does not include access to amenities.

I was rudely kicked out of the gym at 10pm in the middle of my workout because the manager said he felt like closing it early. When I later confronted him about it, he was very condescending and that's when I was told the cost of the rooms did not include access to the amenities.

Room had a 'spectacular' view overlooking the Sobeys distribution center - they should pay you to stay here.

I went to this hotel for a business trip last week, the first room I was given had a awful view, very small and not even clean. I found hair pins on the floor and the desks and TV were dusty. I then asked the reception to change my room, Alan was very kind and professional and changed my room to a loft however, I was very dissapoinuted when I noticed on my second last day that my $200 cash was stolen from my purse in my room eventhough I had "do not disturb" sign up on my door throughout my 3 night stay. I wanted to do shopping and when i wanted to grab my cash, I noticed the purse was half open in my carry on bag and then noticed 2 $100 bills were missing, I then went and reported it to the front reception, there was no follow up, had uber waiting for me outside when all of this happened and couldn't do much then. I called after checking out as I had to travel back and talked to a supposedly manager and there was no follow up or apologies. I would not recommend this hotel unless the management does something about how their employees are trained and make sure that there are reliable staff in place. I should have called the cops when I noticed but i was so exhausted with everything and just did not follow. Not recommended, do not leave your valuable items in the room if you decide to go!

Situé près d'un pôle logistique, avantage: tout est accessible rapidement.désavantage: peut entre des camions dehors selon l'orientation de la chambre

Pas recommander de séjournée dans cette Hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas gentil ou serviable. Tu as le feeling de les déranger quand tu leur demande quelques chose. Aucun service au chambres. Aucun respect pour les enfants ceux-ci sont traiter de nuisance dans l'hôtel. Impossible de se rassembler dans une salle ou à l'extérieur pour socialiser avec les autres, l'hôtel ne permet pas de se rencontrer. Un membre de la réception à même essayer de provoquer une bataille avec un amis.

Pour les réunions d'entreprise, c'est très bien. Les salles sont spacieuses et bien équipées. Le personnel est sympathique. La nourriture est correcte. La propreté est au rendez-vous. Stationnement gratuit.

Rapport qualité prix quasi imbattable. Chambre moderne et propre. Une des plus belle piscine intérieure que j'ai vu pour ce prix de location. Sauna neuf. Je conseille cet établissement sans même y réfléchir.

La télévision non fonctionnelle dans les chambres alors qu'on a pas été informé, très peu de pression avec l'eau dans les douches. Le wifi qui avait un beug, encore une fois nous en étions aucunement informé. On a du payer la totale, alors qu'au final, on a eu accès a la moitié des services offert. Déçue, je n'y retournerais pas. Je comprends maintenant les nombreux autres mauvais avis. En accord avec ceux ci.

Is it normal for your hotel staff to steal items from guest rooms and for there to be no accountability? Your staff didn't care and your management has made no comment even though the thief was a hotel employee who was caught by police.

Would NOT recommend this hotel. Staffs are thieves and the hotel does not take care when you bring up these issues. Very dismissive. I’d find a better hotel than this.

Hotel was clean and modern, but wifi wasn’t working, the TV steaming device wasn’t working, the AC was loud, and my colleagues vehicle was stolen from the parking lot.

Breakfast restaurant never open on time.
Charges placed on my room number not by me. Not recommended.

Après avoir questionné ma facture de $71 pour un vin à 45$ acheté au bar (sans service)
Deux serveuses/barmaid m’ont répondu qu’avec les taxes+15% de pourboire…. Jamais ils ont (mentionné) le surplus de “service “ Jusqu’au moment de payer ma facture de souper qu’il y avait déjà un AJOUT pour le service d’environ 10$ par facture nous étions un groupe de 65 personnes avoir été “surfacturés”

Stay away! Won't help or even acknowledge you when their own staff steal items from the hotel room.

Terrible inconsiderate service. They look tge door after minding and disable the card reader in the lobby.
Spent two hours outside waiting. Do not book with this hotel!

Un évènement corporatif dans une belle salle avec bar et nos demandes exaucées! Excellent service.

Customer cancelled our meeting 48h before. I called the hotel and they said I would be refunded but after I cancelled they refused to do so. I would have changed the dates instead. It's a total waste of money. I asked to speak with a manager but they never replied. Very unhappy. We will never do our business at this hotel again.

Hôtel très bas de gamme. Cheveux sur nos serviettes de douches, traces de doigts blanches sur les portes et les armoires, pas de savon à mains ni de savon pour le corps, chambre EXTRÊMEMENT humide avec les draps quasiment mouillés et qui sentaient l’humidité. Nous avons appelé la réception pour qu’ils viennent nettoyer le bain et la douche puisqu’il y avait des traces de pieds noirs dans le fond du bain… la porte de la chambre se barre de peine et de misère. De plus, la télé ne fonctionnait pas. Le service à l’accueil était correct. N’y allez pas, vous risquez de regretter votre séjour.

Salle de bain pas très propre, mal insonorisé de l'extérieur et choix de rideaux transparent, ça laisse à désiré mais les lits confortables.la piscine non accessible lors de notre passage.

Good stay, room was wide and clean, bed comfortable. Wifi decent, big tv and sweet Nespresso coffeemaker.

My 1.5 year old niece got a very bad cut on her hand in the room. My husband went to the reception for first aid kit and they were hesitant to give it! Asking if we’d bring it back? ! Extremely rude and cold behaviour from the staff! We also asked for ice for her bleeding and they said “idk where it is go get it yourself! ” Later we asked for a vacuum to clean the broken glass in the room and they refused to give that too. Saying our cleaning staff isn’t here till morning. We asked them to just hand the vacuum to us and we can do it ourselves and they were hesitant to do that too. At this point we told them how do they expect us to sleep with broken glass all over the floor? To which they finally handed us the vacuum and we cleaned our room. Extremely poor customer service and basic human manners!

First time to stay in that hotel, was an awesome experience and definitely will go again, the check in and out was so fast, the front desk attendant was nice and friendly and answered all questions, the room was clean, very reasonable price for the summer season, not far from downtown montreal better than staying in a hotel in that busy area, 2 things to mention is that one elevator is not enough and the swimming pool is small

Nous avions une réservation avec confirmation de courriel et arrivé là, aucune chambre à notre nom… je comprends leurs 3 étoiles.

Service à la clientèle très bas de gamme nous avons été extrèmement déçu nous avons réserver une semaine a l'avance et nous avions avertit que nous allions arriver tard a 22h j'ai appeler a l'hôtel directement pour les avertirs que nous étions en chemin il ils nous on simplement dit malgré que nous avions une confirmation de réservation que ils n'avaient simplement plus de chambre disponible.avec une arrogance très prononcé de la par de la réception. Nous avons du trouver un hôtel dernière minute car nous avions fait 4h de route, très décevant je ne recommande pas l'établissement à moins qu'ils travails sur leur service a la clientèle

Do not book here! I had reserved 2 rooms and received confirmation for both rooms plus a reminder email saying they were looking forward to our arrival. The day of arrival I phoned to tell them when we would be arriving to be immediately told we had no rooms there. He didn't even check the computer. He was rude and disrespectful and gave me no explanation as to why I did not have have my rooms after receiving confirmation. I email management but have not heard a word from them. Do not trust any reservations you make here. Go somewhere else

Je me suis fait volé dans ma chambre d’hôtel et j’ai eu la confirmation de la directrice qu’il s’agissait d’un de ces employés. Je n’ai jamais récupéré l’objet volé ni eu aucun dédommagement. J’ai fait une pleine à la police. Soyez très prudent si vous visitez cet hôtel

My friends and I were attending the MUD RUN 2022 and arrived and they gave us the smallest room in the hotel when we payed and booked a suite. They quickly corrected and gave us a second room which separated us unfortunately.the pull out bed had crumbs in it, there was no sheets or blankets and you could feel the metal support through the thin mattress. The shower head was the worst, I am a small person and it barely touched me and the pressure terrible. To top it off the Tim hortons in the parking lot was so slow and incompetent and we couldn’t even get breakfast before our 5km run. Not only was this the worst experience they then charged us for cans and pringles that were never even touched. NEVER staying here again.

Un gros problème de piscine, nos maillots sont bons pour la poubelle tellement ils sentent le chlore même après 5 lavages. Nos cheveux ont sentis le chlore pendant une semaine après shampoings et traitements professionnels. Ça fait cher la nuit quand on compte tout ça. Je ne sais pas ce qu’ils mettent dans leur piscine mais ce n’est assurément pas la bonne chose. Les draps d’un des lits étaient tachés de sang. Très cher pour le genre d’hôtel. Le check-in a été très long, notre réservation faite en ligne sur le site de l’hôtel directement n’apparaissait pas dans leur système. Décevant et je n’encouragerai personne à y aller.

-: Déçu de mon sejour dans cet hôtel. Accueil passable et pas très souriant. De plus ils disent que le déjeuner est offert sauf qu'ils oublient de spécifier le prix. (idée de formulation de phrase: nous vous informons que le déjeuner est offert au restaurant au prix de. $. Et de. $ si vous effectué une réservation). Bref j'ai trouvé cela très mal honnête de faire payer un si mauvais repas aussi cher.
Et quand j'en discute avec les personnes de l'accueil le lendemain, elles se mettent a rigoler ensemble devant moi. Manque de correction et de politesse.

En résumé je déconseille

Tres bonne acceuil je suis aller dimanche le 26 septembre l'or d'un Banquet pour les Filles d'Isabelle le service et le repas etait un délice. Merci jai adorer mon expérience Chez Vous.je recommande votre Hôtel Impéria.a tous.

Ça semble bien. J'y suis allée pour la campagne de vaccination contre la grippe. Adapté pour qu'on soit tous a 2 mètres.

Very nice hotel, and very nice staff. Couldn't see the restaurant due to Covid though. Location is ideal and is, essentially, less than 200 meters from highways. There's also a Tim Hortons that shares its parking lot.

J’ai aimé mon séjour. Ma suite était propre et confortable. Merci à Mme Navish à la reception pour son accueil et son excellent service! 10/10 j’y reviendrai pour sûr.

Was a nice place! Clean, decent amenteties but the gymand pool were still closed due to covid which I understand but the restaurant wasn't open and therefore no room service.

Séjour d'une nuitée en famille nous avons adoré l'hôtel.
L'odeur à la réception est accueillant. J'ai visiter énormément d'hôtel et très peu ont un.odeur accueillant.
Un merci particulier à Alexandra à la réception à qui nous lui donnons 10/10 pour son excellent service.
La chambre les dimensions était petite une fois le divan lit ouvert mais le confort vait ke 5*.
Ce qui manque dans la chambre serait un frigo.
Le café offert dans ka chambre y est excellent.
La piscine à été un must pour notre famille.
Nous conseillons fortement cet hôtel.
