I wanted to share my appreciation towards all the staff there, especially Dr Germain. I did an implant and an explant, and both surgeries went absolutely amazing! The staff & nurses were incredibly nice and supportive. Also, my husband had a gyno surgery with Dr Thompson and him too it went exceptionally well; we can not even see a mark of the surgery! Thank you guys

Gatineau est choyé d'avoir un plasticien comme Dr. Germain! Attentionné, chaleureux, sympathique! Autant pour les infirmières pré-op, que post-op. Le personnels a été agréable! Personne ne te bouscule pour ton premier levé. J'ai aussi été très chanceuse d'avoir eu Dr. Khy comme anesthésiste, je suis une personne très sensible à l'anesthésie et à mon réveil j'étais prête à manger si j'aurais pu!

Je conseille fortement. J’ai été traiter au petit oignon. Les infirmières son à l’écoute et avec toi du début à la fin de ton opération de plus je conseille fortement Dr Roy chirurgiennne.

J ai grandement apprécié ma première consultation avec Dre Nguyen, spécialiste dans le traitement des varices. Ce médecin détient les connaissances requises pour soigner les patients souffrants de ce problème (varices et complications) mais est très honnête en expliquant les limites de corriger le problème même avec la nouvelle technologie. Des traitements qui pourraient être très coûteux mais pas nécessairement profitables pour améliorer ma condition personnelle.
Je la remercie pour toutes les explications qui me permettent de mieux comprendre cette maladie et d accepter ma condition.

Cette Dre inspire confiance à son patient et ce malgré qu elle fait partie d un sytème
Où l esthétique est très important, les traitements qui ne vous aideront pas ne vous seront pas recommandés.

J'ai payé 95$ pour consultation taches brunes on m'avait dit 3 mois d'attente et maintenant 7 mois on me dit que le délai est de plus d'un an! Ce n'est pas vraiment le service du privé j'ai payé 95$ pour rien

Had an amazing experience at Incogneto medi spa. Dr. Germain performed a gorgeous breast reconstruction that over a year post op feel like they have always belonged. Nursing staff was friendly and helpful. You really feel guided every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend

This clinic is top notch. Clean, professional, knowledgeable staff. I had a surgery with Dr. Germain. Couldn't be happier with the results. He took the time to explain everything, never rushed. Their nursing staff is simply amazing. Their OR room is fully equipped and very modern. Just WOW!

Paid consultation fee of $100+ only to be hassled when I called back to ask for the price of another service and be told that they cannot provide this information. What kind of business is this!? Cannot tell you the price of of microneedling because you asked about IPL when you had your consultation? Wow. Extremely unprofessional and worst customer service I have encountered in this industry. Will not return for ANY service and will forgo the consultation fee because I cannot risk losing more money to this business. They clearly are very comfortable ignoring clients requests. Will go elsewhere, many better places in the region - ie the Ottawa Skin Clinic

What would alleviate my concerns regarding this unfortunate situation would be a full refund of my consultation fee.

J'ai eu une réduction mammaire avec Dr. Germain en octobre dernier et je suis très satisfaite du résultat! Il est très professionnel et honnête. Le personnel est également très chaleureux. Je recommande fortement cette clinique.

I had two surgeries with Dr Thompson. She is very knowledgeable, extremely caring, honest and very professional. I had gyno surgery first time and had tummy tuck yesterday. She gives you realistic expectations unlike another surgeon I dealt with. She is an outstanding surgeon. Office staff and nurses are amazing too. Overall everyone is friendly and I highly recommend.

I am giving 4 stars for the services of my BBL provided by my technician Melissa. She was kind and very professional. But I would give no stars to the service as far as Incognito MediSpa management. They were to deduct the consultation fees as they had stated would happen at my first appointment. I followed the timeline of booking my appointment provided from the Spa and they would not honor (wavering this amount). It was very disappointing and expensive, and I will not be returning because of this. I will go elsewhere for any follow-ups. I was not the only person that was effected by this management decision. Poor customer service.

J'y suis allé et j'ai eu ma chiurgie avec dr Germain le 23 novembre dernier juste woow je suis totalement satisfaite du résultat, dr Germain a comblé mes attentes et m'a très bien conseillé. Je recommande cette clinique sans hésitation ainsi que l'equipe entièrement à l'écoute qui on su me mettre en confiance ainsi que rassurant avant et après la chiurgie! Vous êtes super merci beaucoup

I had a breast augmentation on June 30th with Dr. Germain, he is very professional, he listens to you and strives to get the results you are hoping for! I trusted his opinion and am so happy I did, he surpassed my expectations! I am day 4 post op and I LOVE my results so far! I would highly recommend Dr. Germain, he and his staff are AMAZING! And very knowledgeable! Thank you for making this soon to be 50 year old a very happy lady!
