Très bon service, serveur très gentil et disponible, la pizza carnivore est excellente, je recommande.

Pizza is always fresh and always great. Love the atmosphere and service. The only complaint I have is that they rush you out quickly.

First time there and last one there. We order steak sandwich took fore ever bread was wet steak was hard and full of nerve really din't like my experience not for me that place.

Visited August 6th for last min large group reservation. The place is beautiful. Decor is very modern and welcoming.

The food was delicious. Our group had a variety of items including pizzas, pastas and apps. The orecchiette was delish but highly recommend the oil version. Calabrese pizza was also great and the homemade tiramisu did not disappoint.

The place is very large so definitely accommodates large events. It’s located in the mall so free parking.

Our server Sabrina was great! Very knowledgeable and positive!

Usually a great place for a pizza. Come here whenever I’m in the area. Walked in on a Saturday, stood around for a minute or so before the waiter came up to us to inform us the restaurant opens at noon. Ok. The door was unlocked. Silly me. I took a quick peek at my watch. Hum. 11: 56 AM. It was clear he was annoyed the we walked in expecting courteous and prompt service. Silly me. That just happens at noon, not one minute before.

My favourite place in Laval! The Pizza was very good and the waiters pretty and polite. I recommend it

Belle endroit pour une soirée avec amies et famille. Notre serveur était très attentif a vos besoins. La nourriture est bonne. Surtout la pizza au four.

Service + à Laval:
1-Le boss circulait et disait bonjour aux clients.
2-Il y avait une table rempli d'enfants près du four a pizza. Les enfants regardaient le cuisinier au bout du comptoir. Le cuisinier a tendu des mini boule de pâte aux enfants. Ceux-ci regardaient le cuisinier et façonnaient leur pâte. De temps en temps, le cuisto leur mettait de la farine pour pas que ça colle. Très cute comme service+️.

Pour la bouffe, énorme portion mais délicieuse ️

J’y suis allée plusieurs fois, car c’est meilleures pâtes que j'ai mangé dans ma vie! La portion de penne était généreuse, mais pas les raviolis. J’en avait 7 dans mon assiette.j’avais encore faim après. Je n’ai pas aimé la pizza, la croûte était brûlée et manque de goût et de garniture, j'avais l'impression de manger de la pâte aux tomates. Le dessert était délicieux! Bonne ambiance et service! Pour le take-out c'est aussi super rapide!

Excellent service we placed an order on line upon receipt we realized there was an error. They fixed it immediately! The manager came himself with missing items and brought us cannoli as compensation. The food was great as usual. Service above and beyond thank you

Attended a business lunch and were served promptly and courteously. The staff respected all sanitary measures. The bufala pizza was correct in every way with the exception of the bufala being left cold in the center of the pizza. I have had this pizza with the bufala melted or intact and at room temperature which simply marries better on a warm dish as opposed to having one element that is cold. Just shy of 5 stars. Would certainly return.

A la direction: il semble que le problème du port du port du masque n'est pas réglé. Nous avons noté plusieurs relâchements, côté cuisne (aucune masque au four à bois), serveurs et serveuses qui portaient sous le nez ou sans masque en jasant à l'arrière. Manager insouciant de faire respecter.
Nous comprenons que c'est exaspérant, les clients font leur part, à votre équipe de faire la leur. Nous ne pourrons retourner à votre restaurant. Merci.

La majorité des employés portaient le masque sous le nez et même sous le menton. Ceux qui le portaient adéquatement, le descendait pour parler aux clients. Le propriétaire nous a donné des raisons complètement loufoques pour excuser le non port du masque. Il n'y voyait aucun problème. Nous avons quitté sans commender et sommes aller à la Cage aux sports où le port du masque était très bien respecté

J'avais réservé pour 16 personnes, et ils m'ont jamais avisé qu'on avait une limite de temps. Le gérant est venu nous voir pour quasiment nous mettre à la porte. Bête et sans manière. Plus jamais.

It was the first time I ordered the pizza from this place. I specifically asked that they don't put onions and yet they did it add onions. I was very disappointed by this. I would recommend the staff to pay more attention to the clients' requests. As for the second pizza, it was delicious and feels like authentic Italian style, wood oven baked pizza.

Had a nice time with my family. Gigi pasta was too salty and many of my tagliatelle pasta were cooked sticking together. Overall, it’s was not the best food but I’ll blame it on Covid, we had a nice time out after the restrictions and hope next time will be better.

Excellent pizza and pasta dishes. Their pizza crust is light and delicious, fired oven cooked. It makes you think you are dining in Italy

La pizza au prosciutto est exquise, la touche d’huile de truffle est parfaite.
Leur menu tartare 2 pour 28 est très intéressante. J’ai adoré mon expérience et je reviendrai. Petit bémol, j’aurai aimé plus d’assaisonnement dans les tartares…

Finalement, un des meilleurs Bloody Caesar que j’ai bu! Autant le pourtour que le jus était délicieux.

Super service de la part de Rebecca. Elle s’assurait que tout était correct dans notre commande et qu’on ne manquait de rien.

Quelle belle expérience aujourd'hui. Les plats que nous avons choisis étaient au point sans compter la pizza qui nous ramène dans une petite trattoria. Nous avons eu du très bon service et le proprio est très sympathique et a le souci du détail. Nous retournerons sous peu.

J'ai pris les gnocchi et le tiramisu et ils étaient excellent! La sangria aux pêches/oranges était rafraîchissante. Excellent service aussi

Terrible service, had to wait almost an hour for my pizza, and the reason for wait was that they burnt the pizza, strange, its a pizza restaurant? Not worth the price, wait, and overall exaggerated hype!

Sat in a large booth by the bar and had a great evening. The arugula salad to start was perfect. Our main courses of lamb shank and pasta with sausage were top notch. The nutella pizza dessert was the perfect end to a great meal. Cocktails were generous too. Our server Melissa did a wonderful job. We'll be back really soon.

I went to this restaurant when they just had open the food was really awesome the last time I went was horrible experience first I received my plate I ordered the ravioli I kind of complaint to the waitressing the plates are really small she told me that was missing one she didn't offer me something else I ordered something else to eat so he cost me a fortune especially about the time before was even worst i orders the short ribs it was absolutely disgusting didn't even bother to warm them up enough and there was hardly me any meat

Food is decent but they couldn’t care less about allergies, left the restaurant straight to the hospital even after strongly reminding them about my allergy and leaving an epi pen on the table.

Plats savoureux, belle présentation et prix raisonnables. Je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service à la clientèle exceptionnel du gérant. En partant du restaurant, le plat pour emporter fût accidentellement échappé par terre.et bien, j'ai eu le droit à une nouvelle poutine et 3 Arancinis fraîchement cuit! Une belle façon de fidéliser la clientèle, notre petit groupe allons certainement revenir.

Service a notre table était impeccable par le serveur Anthony je vous donnes un gros 5. Les pizzas tres bonnes. L'ambiance est familliale décontracté.

Nous avons eu la chance d'essayer les Gnoccis à volonté (seulement 20$). Wow! Le service est absolument incroyable. Rapide, efficace mais surtout sympathique. Le setting est parfait autant pour business que personnel. Service de valet (super l'hiver). Puis quoi dire de la nourriture? Mon père, 100% italien, les a définitivement adorés. Alors essayer, les pizzas aussi ont l'air délicieuses!

La nourriture était correcte mais le service laissait à désirer. Je suis venue avec une amie pour le dîner et le resto était calme. La serveuse avait 3 tables à servir et elle n’est jamais venue nous demander si tout était beau ou à notre goût. Nous avons attendu 10 min pour avoir du sel. La salade de mon amie n’était pas à son goût et la serveuse n’as rien dit ou fait. Même pas d’excuse ou de question.

Service is absolutely horrible. If you know food, don’t try anything else on the menu but the pizza, you will be disappointed. Ingredients are not fresh, not the same as the downtown location. (Went 3 times in the past 2 months (not by choice) for different occasions and felt compelled to write a review).

Food was good but the service was horrible never again coming back. The server was rude. Told us that he get’s his money from tips and forced us to give him a tip although he just took our money and didn’t give us the change and pretty sure that is the tip. Not recommended if ur looking to have a good time.

Great pizza for a franchise, menu could have more variety, like a risotto and some other items. Service is fast and staff very attentive. The desert menu is nonexistent, but the cannoli recommended by our waitress was excellent.

J'adore ce restaurant! Je ne trippe pas trop sur les resto italiens, mais celui-ci est unique en son genre. L'ambiance est vraiment géniale, autant pour un souper de groupe qu'un souper au bar plus intime. La nourriture est incroyablement bonne, la pizza est wow! Les drinks sont super, bref, j'aime beaucoup ce restaurant.
Même si le service peut être un peu long, ce restaurant en vaut vraiment la peine et le rapport qualité/prix est bon.

The prosciutto pizza was really good but the funghi bianca was a bit too salty for my taste. The desserts are fantastic too, try the chocolate mousse.

We were a big group and we had reserved for 8 p.m. A week in advance. They made us wait 45 minutes to have us seated and when they brought us to the table, they gave us two separate tables.overall really disappointed in the service and the lack of organization. I do not recommend

Pour ne pas mettre 0. Le pire service que j'ai jamais eu, surtout l'attitude du gérant de plancher qui me traite de con. Une réservation qui est confirmée et me font attendre 45min à la porte pour qu'enfin ils nous offrent 2 tables séparées en plus de la personne responsable qui clairement ne savait plus quoi faire pour contrôler la situation. Manque de direction, manque de contrôle et surtout manque de respect. Dommage!

I had a bad experience at with the one in Griffintown and I regret my choice of going to this one. Hiring waiter with a condescending attitude and bad service seems like their trademark. The food is overpriced. You have better pizza place in laval with better service and price. I do not recommend Industria.

Recommended by a local. Dined for lunch. Though they excel in pizzas. I absolutely enjoyed the salads and poutine, best I've ever tried in Montreal. Tip: they're inside the large complex, right next to highway.a bit hard to find this location even our taxi got lost.

I have been served by sway, he his the best waiter i have ever had. My wife and i loved him. Food was great ambiance was great.
