I have used Guaranteed Industries many times over the last 40 years but this latest installation was just fantastic. They took out my old oil furnace and the huge oil tank then installed a beautiful new electric furnace (see photo if I’m able to upload it) it. They arrived before 8am and had finished the whole job before 3pm. The salesman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. The workers (all 6 of them) were quiet, efficient and did not disrupt my day. I was even able to stay home (upstairs) for the whole day. The price was competitive but their reliability and professionalism puts them way above all the other companies I’ve hired for work on my house. I recommend this company while-heartedly.

Having had a poor ACDuct installation in a fairly complicated new AC setup on a heritage residential detached home that was very poorly done by another contractor. We tried pursuing remedial work thru them without any success we turned to Guaranteed Industries. They were very responsive in carrying out the corrective work. This work involved several visits to the house to analyse and engineer a install new ducting. The management and their team were professional and got the job done. I wouldn’t hesitate to call on them I was extremely impressed by their performance.

Spent $8,278 on a Panasonic ductless system in 2015
In 2019 reported low freon and possible leak after a renovation
2019 - maintenance contract initiated for $638 per year for 4 years.
2019 - service call in addition to maintenance contract $535
2020 - second payment of $638: The service call was not adequate and not what I paid for. The indoor units were not checked, oiled & cleaned, as my contract states. The technician only cleaned the filters, something I do myself every year before starting the system. See the attached photo of the living room unit, which is covered with mold. The outdoor unit was cleaned with my hose. I don't know what was checked in terms of pressure or levels of refrigerant, they do not blow cold.
2020 - a deep clean was performed for additional $$$, plus more freon $$$ - never checked for leaks in the unit during cleaning.
2021 - maintenance contract cancelled for breach of agreement.
2022 - No gas in the system. Called for service and left message that was ignored. Ready to toss this and use a more reliable service.

It was great to work with Guaranteed Industries! Their team was very professional and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I had a new heating system installed, duct work and duct cleaning, all of which I am very pleased with.

The installation of a new humidification system was well researched & explained. The technicians were professional, on time and extremely courteous.

In 2018 I had my first experience with Peter, very bright guy who knew the business well. He was professional and not pushy and listed all my options and was very patient. Fast forward to 2022 l had an issue with my unit and despite it being 4 years later he responded promptly and within a weeks time I am expecting my unit to be replaced. Peter and Guaranteed are a customer first company, this is the only HVAC company I will do business with in Montreal.

We really appreciated the prompt service, even during this difficult covid period. The staff was professional from A to Z. Courteous and efficient. We are very happy with the 2 AC units that were installed. The company was recommended to us by neighbours and we would recommend it to others as well.

Quotation and explanation of options was prompt and extremely thorough. Scheduled installation was on-time and as predicted. Installation crew was extremely competent, tidy, and did not leave until everything was tested and approved. Very satisfied!

10 years ago I had a new air conditioning unit installed by another company. They told me the best way to install the unit was to brace the unit to the outside of the wall which also happens to be our den on the inside. For 10 long years I endured the constant vibrations and hissing of the unit every time it would go on. I called Guaranteed and they suggested placing the unit on the ground. They quoted me a price which was very fair. The work was scheduled and executed within a few days and my first impression was with the installation. It just looked right. As far as the noise level it had disappeared. Only if you really listen for it can you notice it. What a difference. Their staff was on time, courteous and professional. What else could you ask for?

Very professional. The sales contact, Richard, showed up during the installation to make sure everything was satisfactory. They met a few obstacles during the installation but worked them through to my liking.

Our Guaranteed Industries representative responded to our e-mails within minutes with answers to any questions or concerns that we had. We had ductless A/C installed, one unit on each floor and the main unit outside. The crew arrived at 7: 30 am (as scheduled) and were finished by 10: 30 am. The workers were knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and completely cleaned up every step of the way. We could not have been more pleased with our having chosen Guaranteed Industries to work with and would highly recommend them.

A very professional company. The technician guy (Peter) came in to do the analysis and proposed / suggested the best location and machine that suits my condo. The installation of the A/C was on time. I didn't have to wait for months. The finishing was very good. Their support team is very responsive. I didn't face any issue. I highly recommend it. We might consider them to do the maintenance of our Ventilation system in the building as well. Costco chosen to work with them for a reason!

Guaranteed Industries was the most professional and punctual out of all of the HVAC companies that I got in touch with. As we live in an older home, replacing our old AC was a little less than straightforward, and this company was happy to step up to the job. I'm very happy with the new AC installation, especially with the heat and humidity recently! I would recommend.

We recently discussed and ordered a steam injection humidifier for our home.after receiving a very competitive quote we pulled the trigger and went ahead with the order. As the furnaces started, i requested the install to be done asap.i was advised it would be about two weeks to receive the machine from the manufacturer.in just a few days, i received a call that they are ready to install, (i believe the couriered it to accommodate our wishes) when the installers showed, up they came with all parts needed.no running back to the shop to pick up something.they came on our schedule and was completed in no time.neat and cleaned up, no garbage left behind.they fully respected covid protocol.we were even pleased that they had special clean covers they placed on their steel work boots when they came into my home. I can't say enough about Richard Shapiro and Guaranteed Industries. Our aged AC system had failed. It used a high velocity system that is rarely used today. Several other vendors came to do the job but after seeing our system, determined they could not supply a similar equipment. Then came Richard Shapiro and Guaranteed Industries. They quoted, they got the necessary equipment, and got the job done as promised. I am one very satisfied customer!

The team of two technicians did an excellent job on the conversion of my oil fired furnace and A/C combo into a fully electric Lennox furnace plus heat pump. They were very skilled and knowledgeable, and they patiently explained each major step to me and helped me understand how the new system is intended to function. Above all they kept the work area tidy and organized. The entire conversion, including the removal of the oil tank from the crawl space by a dedicated tank removal team, was done in one day. I am impressed with the outcome and I would fully recommend Guaranteed Industries without any reservations.

This company went above and beyond to rush the installation of a new AC unit at my 80 year old mom's condo, immediately before she was scheduled to start chemotherapy. It was crucial that she be comfortable at home during her treatment and every other company that we called was unresponsive and unreliable. It was the busiest time of year for AC companies in Montreal, but Industries Garanties not only got the very involved job completed in time, but all the workers were professional and competent and Richard was incredibly responsive to all of our many questions. We are very grateful and highly recommend this company.

After a long and painful summer with a broken AC and dealing with various HVAC companies that are either incompetent or never follow up, Guaranteed made it happen. It wasn't a simple task given that the current piping needed to be replaced and re-routed within a strangely designed condo building but the professionalism, timely responsiveness and technical knowledge of this team made it all worthwhile. The commercial side (Peter) was very acute, flexible and supportive while the technicians were super dedicated and a pleasure to work with. I have total confidence in this company and with this current environment where HVAC companies have too much demand to care about customer service, better to pay a little premium and get proper attention instead of sitting around without AC to save a few bucks. Not a surprise COSTCO which has such strict quality standards uses Guaranteed as an HVAC contractor

Nous avons beaucoup regretté d'avoir fait confiance à Peter. Nous avons eu plus de 1000$ de frais supplémentaires pour finir l'installation. Peter pose les appareils aux murs et dehors mais tout le reste doit être fait en extra: coffrage des tuyaux, trous dans les murs, tuyaux d'évacuation, installation électrique.rien n'est inclus.
Sans compter les cartes cadeaux Costco promises qui ne sont payés que partiellement.

This company is all you need for your HVAC work. They go above and beyond your expectations and make sure that you're happy, even after the installation. Peter is very honest and knows what he's talking about. He recommended only what we needed and not more. The installation was done very fast and clean. I'll be honest: you may pay slightly more than with other companies, but it's well deserved. Give them a try, you won't regret it.

I phoned 3 companies and asked for a quote to install a Split Air Conditioning System in my home. Peter Shapiro from Guaranteed Industries was the first to offer a quote.

He inspected my house and suggested 3 different options.
His quotes were competitive… but (unfortunately for me) I went with another company.
If I’d only known then, what I know today!
After my installation, I reread the fine print of all the quotes… and realize Guaranteed Industries offer was much better.

Four months later my system (installed by another firm) still wasn’t working properly.
Out of frustration I phoned Peter Shapiro for advice. The next day he inspected my AC system (at no charge) and showed me it’s installation flaws… and explain how his company would have done things differently.

Having my new a/c system well-installed over a month ago, I called Peter Shapiro to have him show me how to clean my filter.
