I don't have words to express how much I loved the experience, from the exceptional customer service from Fousseni along with the perfect trim, to the pampering spa-like treatment throughout the whole appointment. I'd give it 10 stars if I could! ***Word of advise: make sure you book the whole afternoon -as if you went to a spa- as it did take longer than they said (3hrs instead of 2), although I'm used to that by now having a very difficult hair so it didn't bother me, if you have a tight schedule, maybe book another time

Friendly staff, great atmosphere. I usually do a protein treatment with a cut. I’ve had appointments with 3 different stylists and was never disappointed!

Beautiful high-end salon with amazing products. My stylist Michal saved my hair. They specialize in curly hair, but she managed to my get my fine, straight hair to be wavy and have more body. Thank you!

Ruth was a doll! She took great care of my hair and trim and what a scalp massage! My hair lasted a week. Worth the time. Went again for my daughter's hair. Quality hair service!

It feels crazy to me that i am writing that but it was sadly my experience. First I booked a consultation for locs maintenance. I have starter locs and am still learning how to care for them. I felt more judged by the loctitian that was appointed to me for my choices than educated by them. The worst part was when they picked up their phone and simply left the appointment when i was not even done asking questions. Another stylist was there and can say that I was not lying, it happened. I still decided to go through with a retwist appointment because of my past experiences with the salon. Well they took me 45min after the time of my appointment and i don't know how they did the retwist but I looked crazy. I had a meeting that same afternoon and a presentation the following morning. And to add salt to the injury, i had to pay 100$ more than what i was initially told. For that i would have liked a warning. I took the background out of my picture but that was me the same day that they did my retwist. They looked a bit better because i had tied them for my meeting.

Loved my experience with my 6y.o daughter. Her curl specialist was super friendly and gentle with her. Will return in June with both my daughters.

J'ai réservé sur le site, on m'a envoyé un email pour venir 5minutes avant le rendez-vous.
Cependant, c'était la coiffeuse qui était en retard. Elle était trop lente et devait géré deux clientes en même temps (j'ai des cheveux courts et pas trop volumineux), le protéine et lavage a pris 2h15. Je n'ai pas pu avoir ma coupe car j'étais en retard pour mes engagements. J'ai payé 95$ hors taxe!

Brought my daughter here because she has curly hair and they did an amazing job️. They took the time to explain how to treat and take care of it. We will definitely come back!

Je n’ai pas aimé ma dernière prestation, du à la coiffeuse qui s’est occupé de mes cheveux.
Je n’ai pas l’habitude de laissé des commentaires mais j’ai été très déçu, j’ai payé 120$ (tax+ tips) pour avoir des twists
Mais je me suis ou à retrouvé avec des twists irréguliers de taille différente, lors du shampooing elle me démêlait les cheveux de façon brusque.
A la fin de la prestation elle ne cherchait qu’à me vendre des produits sans prendre compte de mon ressenti. J’ai vraiment détesté être pris en charge par cette coiffeuse

Mes amis on pu constater que j’étais ridicule avec les twists sur la tête, et on pas voulu croire que j’avais payé pour un tel résultat.

Mais je tiens quand même à préciser que la coiffeuse qui c’était occupé de moi la première fois était vraiment incroyable, elle a pris soin de mes cheveux, m’a donné des conseils, à été très à l’écoute et je lui en remercie.

Ce salon de coiffure est malgré tout très professionnel, accueillant et propre.

Mais je ne souhaite plus être pris en charge par la coiffeuse qui s’est occupé de moi ce mercredi 24 novembre 2022.

Leur produits sont A 1. La gérante n'aime pas les noire qui ont la peau foncé et les cheveux crepus. Elle nous l'a bien fait sentir je trouve ca triste qu'en 2022 il ai encore cette mentalité de je suis pâle donc mieux que vous blabla bla. Chez nous on appelle ca des house. Sinon la coiffure le lavage les traitements sont magnifiques. Quand je réfère mes amies je prends le temps de leur expliquer.quelle vous chargera plus chèr si vos cheveux sont crepu ou si vous êtes noire foncé. Parce-que le service est vraiment différent. Merci ca pris 1 ans réfléchir a faire ce review. Suite au bombardements de publicité sur instagram. Je devais le faire. Merci.

It’s a hit or miss.
I’ve had nice experiences at this salon but also not so good experiences.
The stylist are very friendly. And the atmosphere is nice.
But the outcome of my hair is not always consistent. I’ve left there with nice defined curls that lasted over a week.but also left with dry dry scalp: (and frizz
Maybe their products changed since they’ve opened?
This place is not cheap so if you have money to gamble go for it.the stylist are very knowledgeable And explain their techniques, hence DYI.

I came for a free curl consultation, Diandra was so knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint what was wrong in my regimen, and what to fix so I can have healthy hair! I came out with a detailed curl id and regimen, and as soon as I arrived home I styled my hair with the products that I bought and my hair is so soft! Just a FYI, if you book only the free curl consultation don’t expect to have a full wash/condition/style treatment, the point is really to try out different products on your hair so you know your hair type and what products to use for your curl type.

Beautiful salon but horrible service. Drove 2 hours for my appointment and was really looking forward it but was completely disappointed. The hairstylist was very careless with my hair and cut it unevenly for 200$. Not knowledgeable about the products and just tried to sell me everything. Never going back

La personne qui ma prise en charge c'est assuré que je sois à l'aise et que je comprennes bien les recommandations, les produits marches bien. Je vois une vraie différence avec mes cheveux depuis que j'utilise les produits

I came here in during December and everything went perfect and I even bought a couple of products that work great for me. Because of this I decided to rebuy their shampoo which works great for my hair. I ordered it online but it never arrived and I never got a message. I wrote them an email but never got an answer back. I would really like to get the products i bought online shipped to me and be contacted.
Also the phone doesn't work. Everytime I call it says that no one is available

En arrivant devant le bâtiment j'ai trouvé ca super beau avec les belles fleurs WAW. À l'intérieur très propre, épurée tout est bien divisé. Bcp de choix de produits. J'y suis allée pour une consultation gratuite avec Diandra. Elle connaît les cheveux et donne de bonnes informations sur la routine selon ton type de cheveux. Cest sûre on en prend et on en laisse mais en général super. Les services sont onéreux mais c'est chacun ses choix avec ses moyens. Un conseil.ce serait nice d'avoir une station à eau avec de la menthe, des rondelles de citrons, même thé glacé pour se rafraîchir car ma gourde s'est vidé et il n y avait pas de robinet pour remplir (Diandra a été aimable de m'offir une bouteille d'eau) et en saison plus froide des boissons réconfortantes:).
J'aime bien leur pommade maison que j'ai essayé. J'y retournerai pour achat de produits.

I really wanted to love my experience at InHAIRitance Curl Spa (especially as it is a women of colour owned company, I like to encourage those) but unfortunately a lot of things went wrong. I could have looked the other way if the results of my cut had been great but honestly it is quite average.

I had an appointment on a Friday afternoon and the vibe was very party-like, with music blasting, employees singing, dancing, making jokes. I am not against employees having fun in the workplace but it was just unprofessional. The hairdresser had a lot of delay but still somehow found time to crack jokes with everyone else and dance all while she would have us wait in chairs or below the hairdrier frying ourselves. The time she spent washing my hair was particularly irritating as she was pulling my hair while singing and dancing at the same time. Really?

The haircut itself was nothing more than average, I am 1 week post haircut and my hair is a mess, just as it was pre-cut but just shorter. This was not my first curl cut but it was my first time at this salon and it very much looked like she was bluntly cutting big chunks through my hair without any direction or guide whatsoever.

The hairdresser told me I needed protein so she did a protein treatment without telling me there was a $25 extra. I did not see the difference, my hair is as flat and not holding a curl as before (the style lasted a day).

When I left I was fine with the result but it was all smoke and mirrors. How do you judge a good curl haircut? When you hair behaves and gets into shape without much effort afterwards. This is not the case.

In my opinion, absolutely not worth the money.

J'y suis allée une fois pour ma fille de 8 ans, depuis ce jour ma fille ne veut plus aller chez aucun coiffeur tellement elle a peur. Sincèrement, le résultat du traitement des boucles était magnifique mais la coiffeuse n'était vraiment pas douce dutout, ma fille a eu vraiment très mal. En ce qui concerne la coupe, je voulais qu'on coupe les pointes des cheveux, la coupe n'a pas durer plus de 2 min et beaucoup de pointes n'ont pas été faites.
Cependant, jusqu'à aujourd'hui je commande encore leurs produits de la gamme maison sur le site internet parce qu'ils sont vraiment excellents.

Ma coiffeuse Michal est exceptionnelle! Par contre je suis arrivée et il y avait personne à l'accueil. J'ai attendu+ de 20 min et c'est moi même qui est demandé qu'on previenne ma coiffeuse!

I had known about this salon for a long time and was looking forward to my first appointment with them for a wash’n’go + definition of my curls and I TOTALLY enjoyed my experience and my final result was exactly what I wanted! A big thank you to Kyana for her excellent service and great advices! ️

Clean and nice place. Staff was nice; however it feels like I got taken advantage of. I came in with hair looking a real mess. The curl expert listened to what I wanted and I got a haircut and a treatment. My hair was cut in its curly state, which I don’t know why I let them do it (guess it’s the fact that I was paying for what I thought was a premium service.). I should have known as I told the stylist that I don’t wear my hair in its wash and go state!

I washed my hair one week after getting my cut and guess what? It’s sorta still jacked up, but shorter now. This is something I could have probably done myself at home with some guidance. I spent close to 200$ to look somewhat worse! I’m sad and mad at myself at the same time. Worse haircut I’ve ever gotten and I will NEVER go back.

Well, I have to say I am very happy and satisfied with the treatment that I received today. I came with my hair looking a mess, damaged and dry; Michal took her time and explained all the steps that I needed to follow, gave me easy to understand instructions and did not seem bored with my questions. I had asked for a hydration treatment but according to my hair needs, she suggested a protein treatment, which was done and what can I say? I feel like a child full of excitement! She did the treatment twice as she said my curls were not defined enough after the first one, which I happily accepted lol! I was afraid the scissors mark was going to stay on my hair as the cut was dry, but I am absolutely happy with the end result.
At some point after I finished with the dryer I had to wait for her to finish with another client, which I did not mind; after all, it is a business and one has to be time efficient and do other tasks. I will give Michal 5 Stars!
The only reason I did not give 5 stars to the whole Spa, was that the head of the hair dryer, the one in the hair washing area, needs some cleaning up.

I have not been able to have any services from them, however their customer services need some help! I attempted to get an appointment during the first wave of the pandemic for months I couldn’t get through on the phone, when I finally did they didn’t have an appointment for 3 months… I said to myself that makes a lot of sense ok, let me try their products instead! I absolutely adore the products! I ordered from them twice. The leave-in conditioner is amazing… one day a few weeks ago I decided to take a detour on my way back home to the West Island and stop to inhairitance so I can get some products. I wasn’t aware of it but I went on a Tuesday and didn’t notice anything on the door about Tuesday at the time. I opened the door and it was not locked so I was greeted by a woman who had been doing someone’s hair, she said to me we’re closed, I was like but the door is opened and I didn’t know! I apologized and left. If I was greeted differently I would have said I only am here to pick up some hair products, to avoid shipping price. But I chose to not to explain and I’ll be looking elsewhere for hair products because I am turned off from shopping.

I was hesitant to even make a review because I’m all about supporting a black owned business, but I decided to, in hopes it helps by giving some constructive feedback. I wish the costumer service was much better! It would definitely elevate INHAIRITANCE to another level completely. Best of luck to Inhairitance!

J'aimerais donner 6 étoiles! Je suis allée pour une consultation le vendredi dernier et WOW enfin j'ai appris comment soigner mes cheveux! Quelle différence! Mes boucles sont incroyables. Les produits ne sont pas cheap: si vous cherchez du 'bargain basement' ceci n'est pas l'endroit. Par contre, vous allez trouver des produits haut de gamme, de superbe qualité et le plus intéressant c'est que les consultants vont vous montrer comment ne pas en gaspiller. Alors ça vaut la peine! Ive decided I am not coming here again. It's just not worth the money anymore to me. The service has declined, they seem to waste their time and mne.worrying about other things in and around the salon.when the client in the chair should be the main focus and it does not feel like a "high-end" salon today.technicians are late, some working on their own hair, unwarranted price increases without notification, and the end results are the luck of the draw. The lack of customers in there now seem to be a reflection of all of this.and perhaps their crazy new prices can be contributed to the lack of clientele.rightfully so.

I got a consultation and learned a lot about my hair, they recommended me the best products and my curls have never looked this good. I booked an appointment for coloring and a trim so I'll update ny review with details and pictures. The only downside is how hard it is to get an appointment but that's just because they're the best in town.

I love what Inhairitance stands for as a brand and business. I will be a returning customer for their hair products online. Looking forward to never using any other conditioner ever again.

I highly recommend this curl spa!

I came in here a couple days ago with my friend who was just trying to buy some hair product. The door was unlocked and the sign posted outside of the door indicated that the store was in operating hours. There was a lady in the back shampooing someone's hair, and she said that they were closed. My friend said at the same time that she was just trying to buy some hair cream, and the lady responded in a really condescending tone "oh, you are? " and laughed her out of the store. It was an extremely strange and rude response and I was kind of shocked that she took such a nasty tone to such a simple request. If she really couldn't sell it, that's totally okay. We're reasonable people and totally respect that, but there was absolutely no reason for her to respond so rudely, especially because there was zero indication that the store was closed early. We're just going to buy our products online now.

Very dissappointed with my last experience at this place. I was served by Kiki (and by looking at the comments I’m not the only one that has had issues with her).

I went there on Wednesday to cut the ends of my hair, I was there for over 3 hours and the results are completely horrible! I did a better job when I cut it myself during the quarantine.

At first I thought it was a bit weird that she was doing everything in a completely different order they usually do it, but it wasn’t until one of the other girls at the salon approached me that I realized something was a bit off. I was under the dryer and the girl came over to break the gel off my hair. I asked her: “do you guys usually do all this before cutting the hair? Because it wasn’t like that last time I was here”. And then she said “ no not really, but you are not cutting your hair today. Are you? ”

like what!? That was the whole point of my appointment! Any way, a couple of minutes later Kiki came and cut my hair (took her like 2 min) and the results are completely HIDEOUS. I cant believe I waited almost 2 months for this!

I love Inhairitance! On top of the fantastic service, they made sure I knew how to take care of my hair to ensure my hair remains healthy. The staff are excellent, knowledgeable and friendly

This is my first experience at Inheritance Curl Spa, Rudy did a wonderful job on my hair. He’s an expert and I feel confident recommending him to anyone. I wanted more body, layers and bangs. Before my hair was flat all one length and I’m happy he gave me the haircut I wanted. I had some pictures and he was happy that I shared pictures with him of the ideas I wanted for my hair.
When I arrived I had my hair washed and conditioned with a product that was too heavy for my hair so Rudy washed it out and started over he wasn’t the one washing my hair so the appointment lasted 4 hours which is a bit long but it’s okay cause he took the time to make sure my hair wasn’t greasy and dry before cutting which is super important.
He was very nice and patient taking his time to make sure he got the right cut and he recommended a cream for me that’s nice and light they sell their own products which work well.
The only thing is it takes a long time to get an appointment here. I waited 2 months, but it was really worth the wait. Thanks again for the beautiful cut!

Expérience révélatrice: J’avais rdv un samedi et mon rdv a été annulé 1 heure avant parce que ma coiffeuse n’était pas rentrée. J’étais très fâchée parce que ça faisait plus de 6 semaines que j’attendais ce rdv et que j’aurais voulu au moins qu’ils me proposent un autre rdv le jour même avec un autre coiffeur. La semaine suivante, la propriétaire m’a appelée pour s’excuser et m’expliquer pourquoi ça n’avait pas été possible de me proposer un autre rdv le même jour. Elle m’a dit qu’elle savait que j’étais une cliente de longue date et qu’elle ne voulait pas me perdre. En compensation elle m’a offert un service complet GRATUITEMENT (lavage, traitement et coupe). De plus, elle m’a offert un exemplaire de chacun des produits de la gamme maison, pas des échantillons, le format régulier GRATUITEMENT aussi. Je ne m’attendais vraiment pas à une telle générosité. Son adjointe s’était aussi chargée de me trouver un rdv dans les prochains jours et lorsque je suis retournée au salon, elle est venue à ma rencontre et on a rediscuté de la situation. Toute cette attention m’a beaucoup touchée. Pour moi ça a été une belle démonstration de leurs efforts pour satisfaire la clientèle. Sachant qu’en plus ils ont une bonne technique de travail, adaptée aux cheveux des noirs et qu’ils utilisent d’excellents produits, ils ont ce qu’il faut pour satisfaire la clientèle. Le seul bémol est que les tarifs sont élevés, mais au moins la qualité y est.

Employés attentionnés! Ils m'ont appris énormément au sujet de mes cheveux. Par contre, ils ont énormément coupé! J'aurai voulu être avertie d'avance que ce que je voulais n'était pas possible pour garder ma longueur de cheveux. J'ai les larmes aux yeux chaque fois que je me regarde au miroir. J'avais les cheveux jusqu'à la poitrine, maintenant c'est aux épaules.

EDIT: Je réduis de 4 à 2 étoiles, pcq depuis mon rdv, je perds énormément de cheveux. De plus, après un brushing je peux voir qu'il ont été ÉNORMÉMENT amincis! C'est ridicule! Mon entourage est tout aussi dégoûté que moi de ma nouvelle coupe de cheveux. Mon plus gros regret de 2020!

I had an excellent experience at the spa. Michael taught me that my hair is a "S" pattern. I learned how to do wash 'n go today. She was very professional, and patiently explained how to take care of my hair. I Definitely will be a returning client.

I wish I could give negative stars honestly.

1. Kiki who did my hair was very rude and cold the entire time and made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

2. I came with my hair detangles slightly wet as requested on the website or else you are expected to pay 30$ more.kiki was very rude and not understanding, annoyed she told me i wasn't supposed to do that, i then had to suggest MYSELF that we could dry it.

3. I asked for bangs and layering not trim or cut. Kiki didn't even seem interested in what i said or wanted barley made I contact with me.

4. Kiki cut more then 5 inches of my hair, (my hair was passed my mid back i can now barley do a bun and my hair curly is under my ears).

There was so many unprofessional things not done for a curl specialist I'm highly disappointed

1.she never asked my hair type (thick/thin/oily dry) / Hair Routine, if i had picture of what I wanted or any question for that matter as it seem she wanted to say as least to me as possible.

2. She cut my hair without taking in consideration what my hair would look like curly which is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE in a curly hair salon.

3.the layering uneven.

Overall I hate this hair cut and experience, i believe i could had a good experience with a staff member who knew my hair type. I wish if Kiki did not feel comfortable with my hair type that she could have let any other specialist take me instead, These kind of judgment calls can make a break an experience. I believe some training needs to be done in concerns to hair cuts as it seem to be reoccurring problem based on the reviews i've read and my own experience. I WOULD have came there each month for a treatment and upkeep but due to this experience unless i get some type of compensation i will never be returning or supporting there business, which is extremely disappointing.

I paid 90$ for this cut and treatment with discount. Which I paid as I was so embarrassed i just wanted to leave. Getting my hair done at this place has lowered my confidence, i wake up every morning wanting to covered my hair as I'm embarrassed.

Tres beau salon avec une équipe attentive et connaisseuse. La possibilité de commander ses produits en ligne pour les récupérer en magasin est très pratique, et se fait rapidement. Les prix des services sont un peu hauts par contre.

20 minutes d'attente sur la ligne pour prendre un rendez vous. Et la réceptionniste n'était même pas revenue lorsque j'ai raccroché. J'ai peur de voir ce qu'est le délais pour être servi au salon. Semble mal organisé

Super service. Enfin un salon qui sait prendre soin des cheveux bouclés et les couper de façon adéquate. Ont a su redonner vie à mes cheveux qui en avaient bien besoin.

Absolutely AMAZING! I was served by Imani who was so sweet, professional and super knowledgeable. They definitely earned me as a customer.

This was my first time experiencing this salon because I had heard so many good reviews and comments about it and was super excited to try it. "Lucky" for me I called and got an appointment within 2 days.

My appointment was at 10, I started at 10: 15 and left the salon at 3: 15. My hair is about 3 inches long. I called to get a wash and go with a trim and a hydrating treatment.

After a short curl analysis it was recommended that I do a detox and a protein treatment instead because it would be best for my hair. I did say yes to all of this.

While the wash and go was happening I advised of how I wanted my hair to be (similar to how it was when I came in) and that I did not like what I was seeing. I was then reassured that it would change when my hair was dry.

I was asked about 3 or 4 times if I did like my hair and my answer was no each time but that maybe I would "get used" to it.
I was then told, that au should ask for another type of hair routine when I come back even though I was right there and had advised many times that I was not satisfied.

When I left I was offered all available products even though I had mentioned that IF I buy products it would be a few days after because I wanted to make sure that they were "ok with my type of hair" and so on.

So I left the salon unsatisfied with my hair
When I arrived in my car with the natural lighting I realized that my hair was full of white residue. I then proceeded to call them to let them know of the situation. I was put on hold and the stylist who did my hair came on the phone an an basically said that she will put a note in my file next time to maybe put less gel and that with time I should see less white residues when I come back.
I advised her on the call that after paying 200$ I was really not happy and satisfied and would not come back and she said ok I apologize. Not the type of service I was imagining from this salon.

Je voulais teindre mes cheveux couleur rouge bourgogne! J'ai eu une première consultation avec la coiffeuse Mical (je ne sais si cest comme ça quon ecrit son nom). Elle m'a dit que cela me coûterait 255$. Je trouvais ça cher mais je me suis dit que ca en vaudrait le coup puisque c'est une professionnelle. Lors de mon rendez vous le lendemain. Mical a appliquer la décoloration sur mes cheveux et a mis ma tête en dessous du sechoir pendant 1 h c'était tellement chaud brûlant que de l'eau brûlante a commencé a se former et a se mettre a couler sur mon cuir chevelu. Ca ma bruler intensément le millieu de la tête. Jai dû appeler un coiffeur à proximité et il a vidé l'eau qui s'était formé. Puis apres, quand mical est
venu me rincer les cheveux pour appliquer la coloration je ne reconnaissait plus mes locs. Ils étaient hyper cassants. La veille, lors de la consultation je lui avait clairement dit que javais fait deja une décoloration puis j'avais teindu en noir par la suite. Elle était au courante. Quand elle a vu que mes cheveux avaient cassé après la décoloration qu'elle m'avait appliquer elle m'a dit qu'elle ne pensait pas que ca allait faire ce résultat. Ensuite apres la coloration elle a demandé a une autre coiffeuse de me rincer les cheveux, cette dernière ma rincé les cheveux avec de l'eau chaude. Mes cheveux étaient deja tout cassé et voilà qu'elle me rincait les cheveux avec de l'eau chaude. J'en revenais pas. J'ai absolument rien compris. Je pensais quelles étaient des professionnels. Je lui ai alors dit de ne pas mettre de l'eau chaude sur mes cheveux car ils sont abîmés et elle m'a dit quelle en a mis pour ouvrir mes cuticule. Euh? Vu l'état de mes cheveux cest clair que mes cuticule étaient plus qu'ouvertes. D'autant plus que l'eau chaude assèche les cheveux. Pour la touche finale, mical m'avait dit que je devrait finir vers 19h jai quitter le salon à presque 21h et en plus elle n'avait pas fini avec moi c'est moi qui lui a dit que je ferai le reste chez moi car il est tard et mon fils commençait à s'impatienter (on etait là depuis 14h de l'après midi, il n'a qu'un an). Jai donner aucun pourboire malheureusement car j'étais extrêmement déçue! Cetait ma première et dernière visite la-bas. Mical nest clairement pas qualifié pour les locks car si elle l'était elle m'aurait au moins proposer une reconstitution de locks et non une coupe (elle voulait couper mes locks) sachant que je voulais garder mes locks longs et non court. A la place elle m'a laissé repartir comme ca avec des locs cassants et inégales. Le lendemain jai été faire une reconstruction de locs dans un salon sur st Hubert. Mes locks ont l'air beaucoup mieux maintenant. Cest sûre que je ne remettrai plus les pieds chez ihairtance! Du vrai gaspillage. Je suis extrêmement déçu. Seul point positif, le personnel en général est très polie et souriant, belle accueil!

Thus far, these products have been great; and my haircut (dry cut) finally suits my face and looks the same as it did the day I got the cut! The staff are super friendly. Only limitation is that the cuts are kind of pricey, but the product prices are reasonable (~20-25$). Finally - my go to hair salon.

This is my experience, maybe I was just unlucky. I just want to say that everybody is very nice, they help you really understand the type of hair you have and how to work with it. So I got a haircut, I was hesitant at first because of the price but went anyways to see what the hype was about. The person cut my hair a lot shorter that I asked (but I didn’t stop her at any moment so I guess it’s on me), BUT when I got home, and after a few washes I saw that my hair was not cut correctly, I had a lot of pieces that were WAY to long then the others and it’s not because of layers, it’s really because it’s badly cut. All that money for a bad haircut, I am pretty disappointed, due to the fact that I had to even it out myself. Again, this is my experience, I just think that for the price they are asking, you should think twice before trying it out.

Love the salon! If you are looking for a place to cute your hourly hair, it's the place. They are real experts of curly hair! The haircut I got there is amazing and the advice really makes a difference

La coiffeuse m'a laissée vraiment longtemps sous le séchoir au point ou mes oreilles brûlaient pour aller s'occuper de d'autres clientes. Quand je lui ai mentionné que je n'aimais pas ma coiffure elle n'a pas fait grand chose pour la corriger. Lorsque je lui ai demandé pour le gel qu'elle a utilisé pour mes edges et contour des cheveux (il était transparent) elle m'a dirigé vers un gel que le salon vendait à 16$ de couleur noire en disant que c'est celui là qu'elle a utilisé? !?

De bons conseils et des produits naturels pour prendre soin de cheveux afros dans une ambiance cosy et décontractée. Les produits sont peut être chers MAis De qualité et durables. Un investissement qui vaut la peine.
