Innocere Yoga

J’ai découvert ce studio en prenant un mois d’essai illimité pour essayer le plus de cours possible et verdict: j’aime beaucoup! Je crois que je peux dire que Innocere Yoga est mon nouveau studio de yoga chaud préféré à Montréal C’est un petit studio à échelle humaine qui a su créer une belle communauté de yogi. Les profs sont bons, ça se sent qu’ils sont expérimentés. Ce que j’aime aussi, c’est qu’ils montrent et expliquent bien les postures durant les différents cours.

Embarking on a consistent yoga practice for the first time, I found a welcoming home at Innocere Yoga. The studio's aesthetic beauty immediately captivated me. The instructors, without exception, exude warmth and friendliness, creating an atmosphere that encourages growth and exploration.

Over the past month, I've dedicated myself to attending classes at Innocere Yoga twice a week, and each session has been a source of joy and fulfillment. The blend of serene surroundings, friendly instructors, and a well-rounded practice has made my journey into yoga a truly enjoyable one.
Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend Innocere Yoga to anyone!

I am so happy that I found Innocere Yoga! It is one of my happy places in Montreal.

The studio is exceptionally clean and nicely designed. You can enjoy the nice ambiance with a cup of tea before and after the classes.

But what makes this place so special is the people! I have been practicing yoga on and off for years yet i was never regular until this place. I found the classes here very spiritual, great body and mind connection, and it helps me keep going.

I recently moved to the area from Toronto and was looking for a new yoga studio. My friend recommended Innocere and I am so glad he did. From the moment you step in, you feel that you are entering a peaceful space that helps you mentally walk away from the craziness of your day. The schedule has various classes, with most days having a morning and evening option so it is guaranteed that you will find something that works for you. The teachers are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. The environment is very supportive so you never feel judged or uncomfortable if you can't do certain poses. I got hooked after 2 classes! The feelings that I have once I finish a class always bring me back to this studio. Give this place a try, you won't regret it!

Innocere Yoga has given me the opportunity to connect with myself and the wonderful innocere community through the most comforting, compassionate, healing yoga experience I receive with amazing teachers and students. Wonderful yoga studio. The classes are excellent, friendly instructors, great location in Montreal. I have been going here for 6 months now and love it.

Awesome place! Firas is a genuine, knowledgeable, kind and down to earth instructor. Not only are the classes well taught and worthwhile but the whole studio has a very friendly and cosy atmosphere. It’s also worth noting that the tea in the lounge is really tasty!

Every single Innocere Yoga teacher and staff are extremely friendly, kind and open. The studio is very clean and the air quality is fantastic. I can’t recommend Innocere Yoga enough!

They provide different kinds of yoga, and the temperature differs depend on the class you take. They are very clear about that on their website, so there’s nothing to worry about.

I am a complete beginner to yoga. I’ve had different classes with several different teachers so far, and every single one of them is amazing! They don’t just teach poses, but also how to focus your mind and meditate.

Innocere is such an amazing yoga studio! The design and atmosphere of the studio itself are amazing. The instructors are caring, friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel super comfortable regardless of your yoga level. It is the perfect environment to practice yoga and take a calming and soothing break in your day! Taking a membership is 100% worth it, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

Such a welcoming space with kind staff and tea for after class! The classes are all amazing in a warm room, especially nice in the wintertime. All vinyasa classes are pretty consistent, it’s not like certain teachers are more advanced than others, so it makes it easy to start!

Le studio est magnifique et entretenu avec beaucoup d'amour! Les profs sont supers, avec une belle diversité de styles. Mention spéciale aux cours de Firas, qui nous pousse toujours à donner notre 110%, mais avec tellement de douceur qu'on en oublie l'effort ;)

Innocere is exactly what I was looking for in a Yoga studio. The staff are extremely friendly, and you can tell they really value fostering a community of practice. The instructors are very experienced, offering instruction in multiple languages and during a variety of class times. I will say that I would like to see more early morning classes offered (currently only Wednesday’s classes begin at 7am). The lounge area is a nice place to wind down before/after class with some fresh chai. Student pricing is also available if you’re concerned about pricing. If you’re looking for a new studio, or are new to the city of Montreal, give innocere a try! You won’t regret it.

Peaceful yoga studio. Great ambiance. Attentive teachers. I really love grabbing tea in the lounge room. Great community vibe. Super clean and great air quality. They have a state of the art UV air filtration system to disinfect the air. Must try.

Really lovely studio. Bright and clean. I sometimes get a little intimidated visiting a yoga studio for the first time, but didn’t feel that way at Innocere - everyone is so nice. I’ve loved the classes I’ve been to so far and am looking forward to regular visits.

Innocere is a warm and welcoming studio in a charming neighborhood. The studio space is clean and gorgeous, and our Saturday morning vinyasa class was expertly led by Firas, the owner. We even changed our hotel reservation so we could be closer to the studio. You must see and experience this place!

My partner and I did a pilates class and it was great! Really enjoyed the space and the instructor. We also missed a class earlier- we were really jet lagged and new tourists in the area, and they allowed us to come to a later class- they were so nice and flexible! Would definitely go back.

My experience at Innocere Yoga has been truly wonderful. The Hot Vinyasa Flow classes have the perfect level of heat to facilitate easier movement and stretching without becoming overwhelming, and they strike an ideal balance between challenging sequences and recovery time. Each session is rejuvenating and refreshing, and Firas’s teaching style is clear, skillful, and encouraging. On top of this, the studio space is beautiful and light-filled, with a warm and serene vibe. Many thanks to the team at Innocere for providing such a lovely experience! Very highly recommend!

L'endroit est apaisant et sécurisant ; un petit havre de lumière au milieu de la ville. Les professeurs sont tous formidables; chancun chancune a son énergie singulière, c'est donc possible de trouver ce qui fonctionne le mieux pour nous. Les horaires sont diversifiés, et le fonctionnement pour les inscriptions aux cours est très accommodant. Les espaces sont beaux, propres et conviviales et l'ambiance générale est tout aussi superbe!

Wonderful hot yoga studio! The staff and instructors are genuine and attentive. They not only foster a passion and commitment for the practice but also create a warm, welcoming and accepting environment. There is attention to detail in each element of the experience - the aesthetics of the studio, the air quality, the sparkling clean environment.
I love the large windows that let a lot of light in during the practice and the lounge where you can enjoy delicious tea on comfortable bean bags and pillows, surrounded by plants and friendly faces to chat. It feels like a mini oasis of relaxation and creates a lovely community.

A place where I feel welcome to enjoy the practice, the people and myself.

HOT YOGA INDEED. At first i was hesitating to go till my friend tried it first and she told me i wont regret it. And here i am.i like the area very quiet and the studio is clean.they clean it every class.i been doing yoga for 8years and i stopped because of pandemic.i regret now why i didnt try all the kinds of yoga.in innocere every class is challenging all teachers are amazing and they have different kinds of methods of teaching.its really worth it to give it a try.thanks innocere for bringing me back on the mat.namaste.

Amazing place! Super cozy place, the location and the studio are just amazing. Love it that its on a second floor full of big windows. Firias (the owner) is super welcoming and the best yoga teacher I've had! Tristan, Kristina, Neilli, Jamie, Marion.are all amazing teachers! The place is super clean, well decorated, good prices. I really recommend. It's been only one month but I will definitely sign in for another month. There is absolutely nothing I dislike! U feel in absolute peace when you practice yoga at Innocere!

Studio has state of the art air exchange system that maintains CO2 levels down, making the effort in the practice focused on the actual effort vs the struggling to breath. Beautiful zen/hip studio. Great design, amazing teachers, and a terrific community. This place is a gem. Small, accessible, new and state of the art does not fell muggy/moldy.

They offer wonderful tea in lounge area where folks converse pre and post class. Real friendly lovely vibe and spirit.

I have been going to Innocere Yoga for a month now. I fell completely in love with the different yoga teacher, the overall atmosphere and the studio facilities. I would recommend this place to any yoga enthusiast!

Innocere is much more than a yoga studio:) Super clean, aesthetically pleasing, good vibes all around, and I'm really noticing an improvement in my strength and flexibility after only 17 days! The teachers are phenomenal and make the practice challenging but still leave you wanting more.highly recommend this place, been to a lot of studios around the world but none resonated with me like this one.

Joining this studio is one of the best decisions I have made since moving to Montreal. I originally purchased a one month introductory pass but will absolutely be continuing my practice here. Since joining I have met a variety of instructors, all of which have been so kind and knowledgeable. The variety of courses is also great, providing a range in intensities. The studio itself is very clean and has great decor. If you're looking for a place to begin your yoga journey, look no further!

This studio is a fantastic place to practice yoga. From the variety of teachers and classes, the welcoming environment to the facility itself. Anyone can find a place here. There is great communication between the staff and the customers with very fast replies. I purchased a one month membership and whenever I had any questions or concerns, I always got a helpful reply in under an hour! I love the variety of teachers because they each bring something unique into the practice, so anyone can most definitely find your place here. I will be a returning member for sure!

What an amazing studio! I’m only just starting my yoga practice and I did my first studio class here. I highly recommend trying it out! It’s an incredibly welcoming environment. Also- try the tea. It’s a tasty way to end your practice.

My experience at Innocera was amazing. Very clean place, the teachers are exceptional and the vibe is very zen. I would definitely continue doing yoga at Innocera. All the staff make you feel welcomed. The hot yoga is hot, just the way it's supposed to be. The room has nice big windows that make the experience unbelievable. And the resting area is beautiful.

Really awesome studio with great teachers, who correct you in the classes. Fast flows vinyasa style mostly. I was scared hot yoga will be too hot but this one isn’t and I learned to love it (especially in the cold weather) ️

I love this place! The location is amazing and the instructors are superb. The studio is clean and very well maintained. Also, I love the app since you can use it to look up and book classes on the go.

A deeply peaceful, community based yoga studio that has become a second home for me. All teachers have their unique characteristics that make practices feel special and transformative time and time again. It is an honour to practice and learn alongside the Innocere community:)

Exceptionally clean with one of the most diverse team of yoga teachers assembled and lead by owner Firas Harendi. It is an intimate studio with classes throughout the entire day 7 days a week. Zen feel with a no stress atmosphere has made this one of the most enjoyable activities and great finds for me.

Good studio for led classes, both online and (especially) in person! Easy-to-use reservation system and the space is welcoming and clean with lovely design statements scattered throughout. Try the Ashtanga led class!

My favourite yoga studio in the Plateau! Really beautiful and zen atmosphere with great teachers + classes (my favourite of theirs is Yin - too bad there are only 3 classes of it a week though!) Definitely recommend.

I love the studio, it is extremely clean and very peaceful. It is the perfect environment for having a peaceful practice. All the instructors are lovely and hot yoga is great especially with the cold weather! There are different classes for different intensities so a great option for all.

Great studio with amazing teachers. I have practiced yoga for a while but this is the first time I’m actually doing better and correcting my postures, as it is a bit more personalised. Everything is always clean and all the staff is super friendly. If you are looking for a cozy yoga studio, this is definitely the place.

Its been so long i'm searching a HOT YOGA that will motivate me to go back and practice again. My first day was remarkable.i was 5mins late and FIRAS was very kind to let us in.its been a month now and i am so glad that i will continuing even i live in Terrebonne i really loved the ambiance and the cleanliness of the studio plus the very friendly teachers as well. I was telling all my yogini colleagues also my coworkers downtown bragging this studio to give it a try i promised you wont regret.

Most definitely the best hot yoga studio in Montreal! I've been to many yoga studios across Canada, this one however has the best energy, the best instructors and the friendliest owner. You can literally feel the love and dedication put into the classes and the ambience. The location is also amazing with the coolest fountain as you enter and leave the studio in addition to the lovely views from the windows as you practice. Would highly recommend to everyone!

I am eager every time to go and practice at the studio. The teachers are quite amazing, very thoughtful and the exercises there are crafted for all levels. You can improve and get an incredible work-out (work-in!) regardless of how good you were before or if you are just new to it. I simply love it!

It was such a blessing that this yoga studio opened just 5 minutes away from my house. I bought the opening month pass and go there every day - sometimes 2 times a day.

After several months of inaction at home my body has been craving a good stretch and the good vibes of the yoga community. I am really impressed by this studio. It is very welcoming and cozy. Everyone is really helpful and friendly. There is a good balance of male and female teachers and this is important to me as I strive to cultivate both shiva and shakti energies in my practice.

After almost one month of practice at this studio I feel at home there and have a connection with my favourite teachers: Krystina, Jimmy, Sabrina and Jamie. All of these guys are wonderful in different ways and have a ton of experience.

It's very easy to register for classes. I love the heating panels and I feel that I can breath really well inside the studio. Amazing vibrations of light and love every time I come to practice. Totally recommend to anyone. Meow and purrrrrrrr. Namaste:)

Highly, highly recommend!
I had never tried hoga yoga but was always curious so when the Innocere studio opened up in my neighborhood, I was eager to check it out. I just walked in one day and was immediately drawn- the vibe was incredibly calming and inviting. The owner (a humble, warm, dedicated and incredibly genuine guy) happily gave me a full tour of the place and it really is a must see and try. The place is always immaculate and is very tastefully designed. It really is a state of the art facility to make sure the air quality is as good as it can get.

They offer a good number of classes each week and in all honesty, I've tried all the instructors and I have never left a class disappointed. I was a total beginner and I found that the classes can really fit anyone's need/level with ease. The whole experience has made me absolutely love hot yoga and I seriously can't imagine going without it anymore.

Must add: they are doing a really good job maintaining safety while continuing yoga practice during the whole covid situation.

I couldn't recommend it more!
